Pro IMDb...Rip Off ? BAD SERVICE PERSONIFIED!!!

Paid for the Pro-IMDb, not only did they not put my name as I had requested, but in addition they added photos of actresses (choose not to use collective noun thank you)...that should not be on my web page, but their own web page, God bless them... IMDb should give customers what they pay for including easy access, they don't offer an easy toll free number, and it's take the money and run time... And they may be part of the internet harrassment which includes the Scientology group that can easily take over your ideas etc. Forget about getting what you pay for these days... IMDb IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SERVICE, AND THEY DO NOT GIVE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY PAID FOR... Is this the only service of its kind, or what?
