IN 1992 I PURCHASED MY CONDO, AT A TIME WHEN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET HAD A SUPPOSED DOWN TURN, THE CONDO AT THAT TIME WAS APPROX. 275,000 AND DURING THE ALMOST 22 YEARS, I HAVE UNDOUBTEDLY PAID FOR THIS WITH BANK FEES EXORBITANT INTEREST RATES, STARTING WITH SECURITY PACIFIC BANK, AND A MYRIAD OF OTHER BANKS, IT IS ALL MANIPULATED, ALONG WITH THE LOSSES OF MY INVESTMENTS...OF COURSE THESE ARE SUPPOSITIONS ON MY PART, BUT TO MAKE IT CLEARER, AND TO BRING THIS UP TO DATE, I HAD PURCHASED A 2010 HONDA FOR 22,000, WITH A 3K DOLLAR DOWN PAYMENT, AND ALSO INCLUDED IN THE GROSS AMOUNT WAS APPROX 1700 FOR MAINTENANCE THOUGH EVERY TIME I HAD TO COME IN FOR SERVICE, I PAID EXTRA, I FIGURED RIGHT OFF THE BAT, 6000 DOLLARS WENT TO THE BANK AND TO THE DEALERSHIP.

THE CAR WAS REPOSSED, AFTER I PAID PAPPROXIMATELLY 1200 IN TICKETS, AND RENEWED INSURANCE, ETC. THE FACT IS I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET THE CONTENTS LEFT IN THE CAR, THOUGH I HAVE AN ADDRESS WHERE IT WAS ALLEGEDLY TAKEN, WHICH IS IN PHOENIX AZ, THOUGH WHEN I CALLED HONDA'S REPOSSESSION DEPT THEY TOLD ME IT WAS STILL AT THE TOW STATION, WHICH WAS NOT TRUE, SINCE I HAVE TANGIBLE EVIDENCE OF THE TIME OF PICK UP AND THE INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED, SO WHAT YOU MAY ASK.

WELL FIRST THEY WILL SELL THE CAR, AND THE CAR IS IN "FAIR CONDITION" ACCORDING TO THE FORM I WAS PRESENTED WITH. NOW WHAT'S INTERESTING IS THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED GAVE ME WHAT SUPPOSEDLY IS THE KELLY BLUE BOOK VALUE, WITH A DISCLAIMER IN SMALLER PRINT,"SUBJECTIVE OPINIONS"..IT HAD THE CURRENT VALUE AS BETWEEN APPROXIMATELY 13 THOUSAND TO 15000.  WHEN I POINTED OUT TO THE DEALERSHIP THAT I WOULD NEVER GET THAT MUCH FOR THE CAR IF I TURNED IT IN, BECAUSE WHAT THEY WOULD MEAN, IS THAT THE CAR WHICH I HAD OWED APPROXIMATELY $16,000 PLUS, WOULD NOT BE A WIN SITUATION FOR THE DEALERSHIP DOING THE TRADE IN, SO AGAIN, THIS IS ANOTHER WAY THAT CAR DEALERSHIPS MANIPULATE INDIVIDUALS, OR AT LEAST ME.  SIX THUSAND DOLLARS WENT IN TO THE POCKETS OF THE BANK, IN THIS CASE J P MORGAN AND THE DEALERSHIP, SO MY THREE THOUSAND DOLLAR DOWN PAYMENT, DID NOT DO ANYTHING IN LOWERING THE PRICE, I ALLEGE.  WHICH I WHY I AM GOING TO CHECK IN TO LEASING, AND SEE HOW THAT TURNS OUT.

I need to address the fact that all this started with a greedy Brit bastard from supposedly England started Reality TV, featuring non talented people with no training so they wouldn
t have to pay union wages, and again this is my opinion, the Producers are the only ones making money, the Brit's name is Mark Burnett, and they took all the good TV shoes, with dialogue, plot, writers, actors, actresses off and put all this nonsence on which appears like a soap opera in a car wreck.

Why, because they wanted to ruin the careers of the talented, bring no talents in, building them up as if they had talent, like the Conyeah, wedding, which purpose is to only sell magazines and publications, it offers nothing really for anyone looking to be entertained, I use to dig conyeah and what he was saying, but he's not for real, and neither is the marraige, everything is staged...again in my opinion...

They are taking individuals such as myself with legitimate acting credits, writing credits, and yes I did direct at AFI, a short video titled, "Changes" regarding a homosexual relationship...And of course while I was at AFI, the "bruthers" were the ones that said, why you going there, you too old, I actually had a black guy come over to me while I was in the copy room at AFI when it was on greystone mansion, and say, "You funny looking bitch"...nice guy right...Of course I ignored their stupid rhetoric and continued with my one year study as a screen writing fellow...And learned lots...Interesting too how Kate or Cate Blanchard happens to be living in my old apartment on Masselin Avenue in my unit, which I paid to have wood floors put in etc, because the lovely older couple below me offered for me to purchase the four units when they got ready to sell...

So there appears to be just too many coincidences...I also believe that true talent will always will out...There are those that will buy their way in to the industry, and then there are those willing to succeed on their own terms...Think which way you wish to go before you leap.

As stated, this Hoax included the arbitration where the insipid and out and out dishonest so called attorney Ritz, used all of my work to give himself a good pay day, without seeking my hourly wage as well as my profit sharing still owed to me, this is a stupid little man who is definetly a ghoul along with the owners of these gold companies, and as Shakespear said, "kill the attorneys!"  I say the attorneys are charlatans that have been charging people such as me for being creative and stealing my work, why Ritz had to bring up his so called neice as being an actress has no bearing on anything. and I allege most of these attorneys, and Gloria Allred fits into that bunch, there IS NO SUCH THING AS AN HONEST ATTORNEY IN MY OPINION, and these days most are getting their degrees over the internet.

My residuals and royalties, and the attempt to STEAL WHAT I'VE WORKED FOR, AND NO ONE HAS THE GUTS TO SPEAK UP BUT ME, IS A VERY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS FOR NOT ONLY THE WORLD, BUT FOR HUMANITY AS WELL.

This year unlike in prior years I have not been given the option to pay the tax bill in two parts, according to a "deliquent notice" on property this is not deliquent and would not be until June 30th of this year/

On both these bills there are penalities, cost and fees totaling over one hundred dollars with no explanation.  Also, both of these properties should be in the Good Son Family Trust not to be confused with a TV production company that was in the game show business years ago and both properties should have me as the Trustee.  So these notices are not only inaccurate, therefore, I suggest that Jackie Denney, Tax Collector for Kern County make the necessary corrections and send an accurate bill without BOGUS FEES...AND I WILL BE PAYING AS SOON AS I AM PAID WHAT I AM OWED REGARDING LEGAL MATTERS WHICH I HAVE PREVAILED, REGARDING A LAWSUIT AGAINST LANA MARKS OF BEVERLY HILLS WHICH I AM OWED OVER $10,000 IN ADDITION TO COURT COSTS, AS WELL AS PROFIT SHARING AND HOURLY WAGES STILL OWED BY MERT FINANCIAL, AKA SEACOST COINS IN SANTA MONICA OWED BY PETER EPSTEIN AND MIKE GETLIN WHO ALSO I ALLEGE ATTEMPTED TO SWINDLE ME OUT OF MY REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES WHILE WORKING AT MERIT FINANCIAL FROM 2008-2010, GOING SO FAR AS TO ACTUALLY GET A FALSE NOTIFICATION FROM THE VERY BANK WHERE MR EPSTEIN HAS HIS OFFICES, AGAIN, TANGIBLE EVIDENCE OF HOW DISHONEST THE BANKS ARE WITH THE HELP OF MANY DISREPTABLE INDIVIDUALS, WHICH AGAIN, IS THE REASON WHY MY GLOBAL PLAN WILL TAKE TIME TO GET THE GHOULS OUT OF OUR WAY, SO WE CAN PROCEED...

I BELIEVE THIS IS A CONTRIVANCE IN ATTEMPTING TO FORCE BANKRUPTY FOR THE BANKS TO ILLEGALLY GRAB CITIZENS PROPERTY.  I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE OR DELIQUENT WITH TAXES UNTIL MY WRONGFUL TERMINATION WHICH WAS A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO PUT ME IN A COMPROMISING SEXUAL POSITION WHICH BASED ON MY REJECTION OF SEXUAL ADVANCES FROM MR EPSTEIN, CREATED THIS SCENARIO FOR THE PURPOSE PREVIOUSLY STATED.  AND AGAIN, THIS IS A HOAX THAT HAS BEEN PERPETRATED AGAINST MANY ARTISTS, BUSINESS OWNERS, FAMILIES THAT ARE LAW BIDING IN AN ATTEMPT TO RUIN THEIR CREDIT, AGAIN MY CREDIT SCORE WAS 770, UNTIL THIS ATTEMPT TO RUIN MY CREDIT.

I WOULD SUGGEST THAT KERN COUNTY'S SO CALLED TAX COLLECTORS AND SELF APPOINTED POLITICIANS ARE NOT SERVING THE CITIZENS OF THEIR COUNTY.

I ALLEGE THAT SINCE I AM NOT A RESIDENT OF KERN COUNTY AND OWN PROPERTY IN THAT COUNTY THERE SHOULD BE FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION FAVORABLE TO THE OUT OF STATE INVESTORS.

AND AGAIN DUE TO THE RELIANCE ON THE INTERNET AND EVERYONE IS DRIVEN TO GO TO THE INTERNET WHICH IS CONTROLLED NOT BY YOU OR I, BUT NORMALLY DRIVEN TO A SPECIFIC AREA TO CONDUCT TRADE AT THE EXPENSE OF SENIORS, BUSINESS OWNERS, FAMILIES, ARTISTS....AGAIN TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION...

And Mark saying that you can't get old in Hollywood, it sounded like you were directing that to women only, giving examples of so called leading white men who are still sexy, you're certainly entitled to your opinion. but Robert Redford, is only 60. really? Ok, if you say so, AGE is a state of mind more than anything, in my opinion...

Mark I know at one time you must have been a good guy, because you and a couple of others supposedly helped "Famous Amos" Cookies get started...What Happened since then?  Because I feel that as long as I have known you you have not been that ethical, allowing producers to come in and take screenplays read them, steal them perhaps, and then bring them back without telling the writer...Interesting your so called son(You never had any children of your own right, you mentioned your wife's son now owns Lear Capital gold company, really?  How did that happen?  I checked out your referral, I suggest you look at the website, there's a caricature of the owner, in a "pimp's" suit which is what I interpreted as, and also PM's agency is shown to be in Pompano Beach Fl. noy New York.

When you said to me that there are basically "no good literary agents out here on the west coast(partial paraphrasing) and you say you're pretty much out of the industry except for about three clients, what's interesting while perusing my blog one day, I saw your name appear on my blog, just for an instant, which was the reason that I decided I'd call, but you say you don't know what a blog is...Interesting...

You suggested that I seek representation in New York, i wonder if there are any good literary agents anywhere?  What these agents do is steal your property, make their own deals and screw you (figuaratively speaking)...What do you think of an agent that can't get talent in to see casting people or to be able to pitch a story is a lousy agent no matter where they're located, OF COURSE THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE, GOD, I HOPE SO...And the Beat Goes On...

Blog #2 for Saturday, May 17th...And this is Serious...

I believe in addition to the internet as it exists now, it is hazardous to seniors for the lack of availability of practical computer language...Again I believe that Linux is the appropriate language because it's what we use every day...

The other thing is HD (High Definiton) TV, I remember my first response when seeing what it did, make up wise to actresses, it exposed the bad make up and every flaw possible, do I feel it's deliberate, You betchum Red Rider, here's the intention, to drive you to the scapel as quickly as possible...Creating more jobs for the so called doctors who are experts in face lifting...
I'm totally for facials, anything not involving a scapel, and I'm curious to try this organic microabrasions, and I've seen some mature actors who have done something other than the scapel to erase their wrinkles, I wonder what it is, because I'd be curious about this.

I can recall when an actress friend of mine was doing a show, this was right on the emergence of HD, and there was a real close close up, the closest CU I'd seen on TV that I could remember for any actress, black or white, this actress was black, and mature, and the camera caught every deep wrinkle that it had intended.  Now I wonder why they did that and the acress was never seen again on TV...Maybe that was during the invasion of the ghouls...

Since I think you'd agree blacks do age differently than whites,same with Asians, the amount of melanin, and were they trying to level the playing field by overly exposing a black actress, and never doing the same for whites, who I believe are overly protected ad nauseum in this industry of entertainment.  Entertainment for whom?  May I ask?.

The botton line it appears is that it's always about the money, when in reality it should be about what is on the screen, back room deals, between a limited selected few is not going to fly with the global plan...hopefully.

I do believe that there are many more good people than bad, which is why we are going to win, we've got the numbers on our side, and enough skeletons in the "enemies" closet to be able to pull this off with the help of the Creator of course.  No disrespect to non believers.

My Cohorts Informed me that I haven't said anything bad about White Women like I had Promised...Let me say this, about that, this is my personal experience...

With one white woman, who happened by the way to be a red head, and we had worked together, and I had met with this Nigerian who said that he had a special price on light crude oil, and if I could hook him up, well then we could have a deal, so I happened to mention it to this wb and she claimed her fiance, or boyfriend knew some one, I told her to keep it on the qt, and I promised that we'd split the commission, oh she was "For sure'n me this, for sure'n me that...We met with the Nigerian and I introduced her, and to make a long story shorter, she went behind my back, called the Nigerian on her own, and tried to make her own deal...So that's one experience with wb, and not all white women are wb's (and that doesn't stand for Warner Bros. by the way)...

Let me ask you, how would you feel if a black woman came up to you, you being a white woman, and said, I love white men could you introduce me to some?"

Now this happened when a woman came up to me at the gym and asked me to introduce her to some black men, I thought it was rather bold, didn't think much about it, but I was just wondering, was there anything out of line about her doing this...?

I know being from Yonkers, she probably thought I was related to Dolly, the matchmaker, but it any event, Love is Love, and the color of the skin really doesn't matter...I know this is a weak response to my promise, but not having much time, I thought I'd share it, particularly when a young white man said while waiting to do stand up, he said, "I'd never trust a white woman?"  Now what did he mean by that, he could have mommy issues perhaps, just wondering.

Well it's a beautiful Saturday here in Los Angeles, and I must confess I am doing a bit of procrastination, and I said I wasn't going to feed the birds anymore, but when they were scrounghing around for food, I decided I'd get one more bag and that's it.  I don't appreciate being dominated by a bird who doesn't even speak English, you know what I mean?

OK, that's it for now, but don't worry I'm gathering some stronger material that I can use against white women...

Remember, I'm an Equal Offender...There's no one that should be flying under the Radar on this Global Plan...

You know some black folks are something else, yesterday a mother and her daughter were looking at me with scorn and the daughter angrilly said, "It's not fair"...What could she have been referring to I wonder...Was she saying because I'll soon be 72 and have worked all my life, getting up at 4AM to work on a commission only jobs, or as an artists, working on "spec" with no money coming until my script is sold, and the Ghouls make sure to steal it from me first, or is it because I have a reverse mortgage which helps me a little bit, but when you have a society that is set up to make sure that you can't be paid for your labor as I have, then it's time to take a real hard look at the direction that this country is going, and examine the lack of opportunity, when people can steal your intellectual property, superimpose your looks on others...And the fact is, that I have earned the right to succeed, however, the entertainment industry with the help of politics, both religious and sired from Washington DC...Yes, the global plan is mine, and I know that if I were male, which I'm not, if I were younger (not that I wish to be, I don't consider myself old, some of you who are way younger, but think and act older, don't want to do anything but sit in front of the TV and collect your disability and welfare, and you have the nerve to "attack" me for doing what I am suppose to do, and that is to take care of myself, and God knows I have been more than generous, not seeking anything in return, just because that's the way I am.  But I abhor people who only want to say hello or be friendly when they think I have something to give them, it's disgusting.
Yes, I believe this country owes me lots of money for not only my global plan, but the beating that I took and was never paid for my injuries, and all that I have overcome, this is a racist mysognistic society, on an uneven playing field, that coddles to men, over women, whether the males are qualified or not.  It's disgusting, and the fact is that many folks have been able to get reverse mortgages at age 62, and yes there is a preference to how someone looks as to how they are treated with no consideration to what's inside.
My blog yesterday I enjoyed writing, because there was lots of truth that I espounded, one thing I notice about some black folks, they are real envious of other black folks who are trying to do somethng greater, and bigger than themselves.  Their faces are contourted and they look and sound evil, and they are evil.  They don't want another black person to succeed, and it is disgusting.  I have dated black men who have taken and never gave, to me, nothing, not that I was looking for anything.  I have helped many black men, who have chased after me, I have directed and helped them and when the relationship was over, they were in a better place than when they first met me.  Black men do need to grow up and stop expecting women to give, give, give, you're great takers, but not necessarily generous. And God knows I've dated enough of you, to know of  what I speak. 
Yesterday when I spoke about Bill Clinton, yes, I spoke what I believed was the truth, what does it really matter, but he's a public figure so he should expect to be ridiculed, and I'm sure he will admit to himself only perhaps, that he's no angel, and the fact is, many of us, including myself are not.
But when you see someone trying and trying and keep trying and will succeed, and barriers are constantly put up because they don't like the fact that I had good credit, they don't like the fact that I purchased property by getting up at 4 AM and working every day, and both men and women ridicule me, and want to see me fail, well let me tell you this, I WILL NOT BE GOING DOWN, AND I WILL PRESENT TANGIBLE EVIDENCE THAT REVEALS HOW CORRUPT THIS COUNTRY IS RUN.  THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY AND OTHER COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD, ARE SUBJECTED TO RIDICULE, BUT WHEN YOU TARGET A 72 YEAR OLD GREAT GRANDMOTHER AND YOU HAVE SOME NASTY LITTLE GIRL SAY TO ME, "IT'S NOT FAIR" BECAUSE i HAVE PAID MY TAXES FOR 58 YEARS AND HAD A CREDIT SCORE OF 770, UNTIL THE EMPLOYERS THAT I HAD, WHEN I WAS WORKING ON COMMISSION ONLY, NEVER GETTING A SALARY, AND I'M WELL AWARE THAT EVERYTHING THAT I'VE BEEN DOING IN HOW I LIVE MY LIFE IS BEING CHRONICLED, FOR EVERY ONE ELSE'S BENEFIT THANKS TO SEACOAST COINS DBA MERIT FINANCIAL, AND YOU DON'T FEEL THAT I'M WORTH NOT MILLIONS, BUT BILLIONS, THEN, THERE IS DEFINETLY SOMETHING WRONG. A Revisit...So How Do You Think HBO's Show "The Tudors" More Fodder for my Stand up- Don't blame me, I'm crazy!

Was able to swipe my dialogue...Copyrighted at that...They're making money off of my work and I haven't even gotten paid first time...These paid cable companies need to be taken to task,,,,Why is it the harder I work, the less I have...This is the USofA, and as an artist, I expect to be paid...I've not only got the credits but the chops to back it up...I know some of you mf'ers, which stands for mother father flubbers...can appreciate this...The man keeps stealing from us, taxing us, when they don't pay any taxes at all, and I can't afford to get a mani pedi,  but you've got these politicians, who are going for botox, breast enhancements, shlong extensions, hair extensions, you name it, and YOU AND I ARE PAYING FOR IT?
I briefly whizzed by yesterday, seeing EX PRESIDENT CLINTON ON AOL NEWS, WHY DO THEY KEEP REFERRING TO HIM AS PRESIDENT, HE'S NOT, AND WHY INSULT BLACKS BY CALLING HIM THE FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT, I BE DAMN...HE'S STICKING UP FOR HILLARY HIS WIFE, ISN'T THAT SWEET OF HIM, OF COURSE WE KNOW THIS IS JUST A DISTRACTION, BECAUSE LET'S FACE IT, IF HE REALLY CARED ABOUT HILLARY WOULD HE HAVE BEEN DOING, THE YOU KNOW WHAT IN AND OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE, I MEAN I'M JUST SAYING...I FEEL KINDA EVIL TODAY, WEARING MY HAIR IN A NATURAL DOES THAT TO ME, I'M AFFECTED BY MY DO...THAT'S RIGHT...WHO SAYS POLITICS ISN'T HILARIOUS!!!

SO GETTING BACK TO OUR GLOBAL PLAN, I BELIEVE THE PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T BEEN PAYING TAXES, NEED TO PAY, AND NO TAXES FOR WE CITIZENS...AT THIS POINT, IT'S MORE THAN SCANDELOUS OF WHAT THESE FOLKS BE DOING TO US...YOU AND ME AND ALL THE PEOPLE THAT BELIEVED WHAT THEY TOLD US, IN AMERICA ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS WORK HARD AND YOU'LL SUCCEED, OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T MENTION ABOUT THE POLITICIANS, INCLUDING THE ORGANIZED RELIGIOUS GROUPS, WHY SHOULDN'T CHURCHES, AND ALL RELIGIOUS FACILITIES NOT BE TAXED, THEY GOT MORE MONEY OR AS MUCH AS THE POLITICIANS, IN FACT, THEY'RE IN EACH OTHER'S BACK, FRONT AND SIDE POCKETS, WHY DO WE KEEP TAKING THIS?

THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY MORE THAN 10% OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND THAT MAY EVEN BE TOO MUCH...THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO BE PROTECTING OUR BACKSIDES, AND THE ONES WE LOVE, RATHER THAN DOING WITH OUR BACKSIDES WHICH IS ILLEGAL...STOP IN THE NAME OF THE LAW!!!..

BEAUTIFUL WEATHER WE'RE HAVING THE TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT TWO HUNDRED DEGREES IN THE SHADE, THE SKIES ARE CLEAR AND BLUE, AND TRAFFIC IS MOVING RIGHT ALONG...OK, THAT'S IT FOR NOW...BUT TUDOR'S YOU OWE ME FOR LIFTING MY WRITING AND ILLEGALLY MAKING IT YOURS...

NOT GOOD, FOR HBO, OR ANY OF THE CABLE COMPANIES, YOU LOSE YOUR CREDABILITY, AND WAS THAT TO GET BACK AT ME FOR CANCELING DIRECT TV?

YES, I KNOW THAT AT AND T AND TIME WARNER RECORDED MY PLAY THE ACTRESS AND THE AGENT DURING THE REHEARSAL AT MY HOME, AND YOU FOLKS HAVE SEVERAL OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES OF MINE WHICH I EXPECT TO BE PAID, HOW LONG DO YOU THINK YOU CAN KEEP STEALING FROM ARTISTS WITHOUT SERIOUS REPERCUSSIONS?

There's much more to the global plan than what I had emailed today to President O'bama...

Which hopefully he will appear, though he has not commented, he and First Lady, their daughters and their mascot...Some may feel that you've been left out, not so, as I stated there are many parts to this plan, and it is a living breathing thing which as time moves forward it will enhance not only my perspective but yours to, since you will be contributing, it needs input from the citizens of the world...
I have no idea if President O'bama will see his way clear to appear in the film version of my novel, and what was sent today was only a part of his dialogue, in playing himself...

Unfortunately politics seems to rear its ugly head, that was not my intent, the fact that the President of the United States is an exaulted office, whether or not those holding that office are necessarily worthy of that position, however, President O'bama and his wife and family is a positive role model which the citizens of the world can relate...

As you know I did not vote for President O'bama, and this is not about him, or me, it's so much more than that, but children from financially deprived areas I would like to consider giving special attention, that is not exclusive, there will be children of many backgrounds, social and economic standing which is a must to make this work...

I was fortunate to rub elbows with rich kids when I was growing up as well as kids from my neck of the woods, and those much less fortunate, and I'd like to think that this helped me to have better empathy , sometimes I fail at this, but I'm only human. 

I'm not forgetting about what is happening to women, men, children, artists, independent business owners, veterans, etc, there are so many of us that are truly in the same boat, and have been, which is why I believe our global plan stands a chance ecause we do outnumber those that have been in control, or have assumed constrol, and WE LET THEM.

THERE IS A PEACEFUL AND PRODUCTIVE WAY OF SETTING THE WORLD AXIS ON THE RIGHT COURSE, AND YES, THAT IS TRUST, IN THE POWER OF OUR FRIENDS IN HIGH PLACES...

Why do you think government comes after Seniors, Independent business owners, AND artists like me?

Because wjem we die, they can grab our social security, pensions and real property as well as intellectual property, that's what government does,  and remember government is suppose to be for the people and by the people, unfortunately the idiots that vote these scavengers in power actually think that these male and female rascals are working for you, the citizens of the world, oh contrare, THEY ARE WORKING FOR THEMSELVES ONLY, and I'm talking about organized religion, etc, WHICH NEVER PAYS TAXES , AND I DOUBT THAT ANY POLITICIAN HAS EVER PAID TAXES, THE IRS GOES AFTER THE WORKING CLASS TO ASURE THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS GOING TO HAVE MONEY TO SUPPORT THESE LAW BREAKERS, THAT YOU ELECT TO COME IN TO OFFICE.

DO WE NEED A PRESIDENT, CONGRESS, AND ALL THESE POLITICIANS, GOVERNMENT IS TOO BIG WHICH IS WHY MY GLOBAL PLAN IS NECESSARY, WE DIDN'T NEED OBAMA CARE, THAT WOULD'VE WRECKED THE US OF A, WHICH IS WHAT THESE LAW BREAKERS WERE HOPING FOR, SO THEY COULD SAY, SEE WE'RE TRYING TO HELP, NO THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN ABSOLUTE MONEY GRAB, AGAIN, LIKE THE AIS "BS", I PROPOSE THAT WE CHANGE THE PARADIGM BY REVERSING THE ROLES THOSE POLITICIANS AKA LAW BREAKERS CAN NOW PAY US WHAT THEY OWE US .

WE KNOW THAT THE IRS HAS NO LEGAL RIGHT TO TAX YOU AND I...SO I SUGGEST THAT THE GOVERNMENT TAKE 10% IN TAXES AND WE KEEP 90% OF WHAT WE EARN, AND OF COURSE THESE POLITICIANS ARE ALREADY ATTEMPTING TO TAKE MY GLOBAL PLAN AS THEIRS, BELIEVE ME IF THAT HAPPENS, IT WILL BE THE SAME OLD SAME OLD AND THE PLAN WILL NEVER COME TO BE.

THEY ARE ALREADY ATTACKING AUTHORS, CELEBRITIES, ETC, JUST STEALING EVERYTHING OUT FROM UNDER US, AGAIN, I'VE BEEN WORKING FOR 58 YEARS, (THAT IS NOT A COMPLAINT) I WAS NEVER LATE IN PAYING MY TAXES AND THE GHOULS ARE ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE ME IN TO BANKRUPTCY TO CREATE A PAY DAY FOR THEIR RUTLESS ATTORNEYS, MANY OF WHOM HAVE GOTTEN THEIR LAW DEGREES ON LINE, AND PROBABLY HAVE OTHER PEOPLE TAKING THEIR EXAMS FOR TEN.  UNLIKE MYSELF, WHEN I TOOK AND PASSED MY INSURANCE EXAMS AND AT THE EXAM CENTER, SOMEONE ACTUALLY SWIPED ALL OF MY INFORMATION WHEN I HAD TO INQUIRE ABOUT SOMETHING.  THIS IS A HOAX, IF THE POLITICIANS PAY WHAT THEY TOOK FROM US, WE WOULD BE OUT OF DEBT IN NO TIME, SINCE THEY ARE THE VULTURES THAT ARE STEALING EVERYTHING WE WORKED FOR AND EARNED, FOR OURSELVES AND FAMILY.

AND TED TURN WHEN YOU BOUGHT OUT ORIAN AND ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES, INCLUDING MUSIC PUBLISHING, ETC. ETC. ETC. I ALLEGE YOU STOLE MY RESIDUALS WHEN YOU DID THAT, I GUESS THAT'S HOW YOU WERE ABLE TO BUY THOSE 26 HOMES, HEY?  HEY JANE, S DID YOU GET YOUR HOUSE BY WORKING FOR IT ON YOUR FEET, OR OTHERWISE?  I HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK, SINCE i'M DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE LOSSES WHICH BECAME TED TURNER'S ASSETS, I ALLEGE, SO THIS IS STILL ABOUT ANGY OLD MEN STILL MAINTAINING POWER AND STEALING EVERYTHING FROM WOMEN, MEN, CHILDREN, AND ALL OF US.  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH AND TOO MUCH STINKS.  I SAY NO TAXES COMING FROM THE CITIZENS OF THE WORLD UNTIL THE SOB'S PAY THEIR SHARE OF WHAT THEY OWE.

AND AFLAC AND ONE OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY IS SENDING ME BOGU 1099'S ON INCOME THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.  THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.  I HAVE MADE NO MONEYT OTHER THAN MY SMALL PENSION OF WHICH RESIDUALS AND ROYALTIES I ALLEGE WERE STOLEN, AS WELL AS SOCIAL SECURITY NOT GIVING ME FULL CREDIT FOR ALL THE JOBS THAT EMPLOYED ME, OFTEN, ON A COMMISSION ONLY BASIS, AND THE DONATION FROM THE STATE OF MO, OH STUPID ME, THAT WAS ACTUALLY MY SS CHECK, AND DIDN'T REALIZE IT SINCE I HAD ALWAYS HAD IT DEPOSITED DIRECTLY IN TO MY BANK, WHICH UNFORTUNATELY SEEMS TO BE "SWIPING ABOUT TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS EVERY MONTH FROM SO CALLED FEES AT 35 DOLLARS PER CHECK ON CHECKS IN AMOUNT OF 1.50, $4, 8. ETC.  AND THEY MAKE SURE THEY TAKE THIS MONEY FOR THESE ALLEGED FEES NOT AT A TIME WHEN THE MONEY IS ACTUALLY THERE, BUT WHEN IT'S NOT SO THEY CAN EXTRAPULATE THE FUNDS IN ORDER TO MAKE THOSE CHARGES. ON MAY 1ST A DEPOSIT WAS MADE IN TO MY ACCOUNT WHICH WOULD HAVE MORE THAN COVERED THE ALLEGED "FEES", BUT THEY WAITED UNTIL SATURDAY, A NON BANKING DAY TO SUDDENLY POST THE FEES.  IN ADDITION THEY CLOSED MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT LIFTING THE SMALL AMOUNT THAT WAS IN THERE, STILL THE POINT IS THE SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS WAS NOT THEIRS TO TAKE.  THIS BANK IS A BANK REPRESENTED ALL OVER THE WORLD.

I AM STILL OWED HOURLY WAGES AND PROFIT SHARING FROM SOME OF THESE EX EMPLOYERS THAT HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAMES AND USING BOGUS NAMES SO THEY WON'T BE REVEALED AS THE SCUMBAGS THEY ARE.

ALBERT NOVIAN OF MELROSE CARPETS, I MUST RETRACT MY OFFER TO YOU OF BEING EXECUTIVE PRODUCER OF THE BEAUTY STEALERS, SINCE APPARENTLY I'M TOO NICE FOR MY OWN GOOD AND INDIVIDUALS WHO THINK THAT I'M TOO WEAK TO CARRY OUT MY OWN GLOBAL PLAN, AND CERTAINLY THE LAST TIME I SAW YOU, YOUR ONLY CONCERN WAS WHAT I HAD DONE WITH MY 1990 INFINITI WHICH I HAD GIVEN TO CHARITY, I DON'T BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE IN ANY CONDITION TO CARRY OUT ANY POSITION REGARDING MY GLOBAL PLAN OR ANY OF MY PROJECTS WHICH I HAVE AUTHORED.  SO JOON I MUST RETRACT MY OFFER, BESIDES I BELIEVE I'VE BEEN MORE THAN GENEROUS TO YOUR FAMILY, SUGGESTING OF COURSE THAT THEY INCORPORATE THAT THEY REMOVE THE WPRD "DISCOUNT" FROM MELROSE DISCOUNT CARPETS. SECONDLY, THE BANK THAT I HAVE NOT ONLY WORKED FOR WHILE LIVING IN NEW YORK, BUT IN ADDITION APPEARS NOT TO BE ETHICAL, AND I ALLEGE THAT THEY ARE CATERING TO YOU, AT COST TO ME, THINKING PERHAPS THAT YOU ARE TRULY AN EXECUTIVE PRODUCER WHICH YOU ARE NOT, AND YOUR FATHER AMIER, I RECALL HAD DIED ABOUT TWO YEARS AFTER MY MOTHER, AND YOUR BROTHER IN LAW WHO WAS MARRIED TO MINA, A PSYCHIATRIST SUPPOSEDLY WAS DYING AT THE SAME TIME AS MY MOTHER AS CEDARS, SO NOT TO BELABOR THE POINT AND TO BE SPECIFIC ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR BANK, WHEN I MADE MY DEPOSIT ON MAY 1ST I SPECIFICALLY WROTE A NOTE TO THE TELLER ASKING HER WHAT MY BALANCE WAS.  SHE TOLD ME, AND I ALSO ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY NEGATIVE AMOUNTS DUE, WHICH SHE HAD REPLIED THAT THERE WEREN'T.

HOWEVER TODAY, FIVE DAYS LATER, THE BANK IS SUDDENLY IS CHARGING ME OVER MINUS $208. AND CHANGE WHICH MAKES NO SENSE.  HOWEVER, WHAT THEY DID WAS CHARGE ME 4 DIFFWERENT TIMES  FOR CHECKS THAT I BELIEVE I HAD ALREADY BEEN CHARGED, SO THEY COULD KEEP OVER TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS OF MY MONEY. 

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE PLOY REGARDING TWO BANKS IN PARTICULAR THAT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PASS SCRUTINY REGARDING MY GLOBAL PLAN, WHICH IS MINE, AND MINE ALONG AT THIS POINT, AND YOU NO TALENTS THAT THINK YOU CAN BOGARD YOUR WAY IN TO THIS PLAN WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE SCRUTINY, FORGET IT, I DON'T CARE WHICH BANK OR HOW BIG YOU THINK YOU ARE.  I KNOW WHO MY BLOOD RELATIVES ARE, AND EVERYONE WITH THE LAST NAME IS NOT A RELATIVE, ONLY WHEN IT'S TO SOMEONE'S DEVIOUS ADVANTAGE DO PEOPLE WANT TO CLAIM ME. WELL GUESS WHAT, NO THANKS.

I WILL CHOOSE WHO WILL BE ON THE BOARD, AND I SEE THAT BUILDING ON LABREA THAT MILLENIUM THE CLIENT OF AFLAC IS GOING TO HAVE MUCHO PROBLEMS WITH THAT BUILDING ALREADY, NOT THE LEAST OF WHICH IS GOING TO BE THE PARKING.

I ADVISE YOU TO RETURN THE TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHT DOLLARS YOU REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT LEGAL AUTHORITY.  YOUR ACTIONS WERE NOT ONLY DIABOLICAL, BUT SNEAKY AS WELL.  THERE ARE MANY, MANY, GOOD BANKS, ETHICAL BANKS THAT WILL WELCOME BEING PART OF THE GLOBAL PLAN'S NETWORK.

So Now Do You Understand Why I Have Not Had the Success I Deserve Yet? No?!!!Are you Braindead or what?

I happened to pass one of those throw away sheetS and on the front page it said, "Rising Star"...Sally Field...Really, an Academy Award Winner, is not a star already, unlike myself Sally was born white in a society where the Anglos take everything for themselves whether they deserve it or not...Took a look at my throw away mail, and some smiling white dude running for something or other, mentioning some of the very things I have written about in my Global Plan, 90/10 Plan, Children's lab,etc...It would be great if the people that actually deserve these so called desireable awards, like the "Oscar", which is gold plated by the way, how about making it worth something in the event that the talent needed to pawn the thing so they could have a couple of meals...See what I mean about the sham in Hollywood, now they're getting plenty of help, Hell Low Aflac? and all prior employers...They hate me number one because I'm proud of my roots, yes, Black African American, Definetly Female, though those insecure white and black be itches (if the shoe fits wear it comfortably) are trying to spread rumors quite the contrary...
And yes, I have worked and earned everything I received, which the ghouls of all stripes are trying to swindle me out of...Oh by the way, thinking of feeding the birds, which I love the birds, but didn't realize the mess they can make, dropping their you not what all over the place, besides they're not the neatest eaters, I feel we need some type of outdoor bird sanctuaries, a community thing, to accomodoate them in a natural habitat...

Anyway, back to my angst, not only did the Inudstry set me up for raising money for private offerings which the ghouls would come in and take over, and make money from my hard work, but then I had to keep looking for jobs every two years or so, that was to make sure that I was kept busy earning them money, by the way NO SALARY STRICTLY COMMISSION, THOUGH I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID AN HOURLY WAGE AS WELL, AND MF,(NO, NOT THE BAD WORD) STILL OWES ME MY PROFIT SHARING, (AFTER TWO YEARS, I WORKED THERE FOR 34 MONTHS, AND ALSO THE HOURLY WAGE) AND WHAT EVER WAS PLACED IN MY MOUTH TO TRANSMIT MY IMAGE, THOUGHTS, ETC, TO THE WORLD, you know the politicians that you elect, to steal your money, how do you think someone who gets in to office for four years, then gets to float for the rest of their life WITH THE BEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE OF EVERYTHING,, and these politicians, including religious politicians WHO HAVE NEVER PAID TAXES BY THE WAY, NEVER, EVER,...IN THEIR LIFE...

AND these so called Oscar Winners, are actually winning their Oscars for how much money they've spent in promoting the best new thing...Now there are actors and actresses that are very deservng of the little gold eunich,,,That was before the ghouls, the big conglomoates took over the film industry,,,again, HOW CAN YOU RUN A FILM INDUSTRY WITHOUT USING FILM AND WITHOUT SCREENPLAYS, STREAMING IS NO FUN FOR TALENT THAT INTENDS ON GETTING PAID, AND LISTENING TO ACTORS AND ACTRESSES MAKING UP THEIR OWN DIALOGUE HAVING YOU SCRATCHING YOUR HEAD, NOT BECAUSE IT ITCHES MIND YOU, BUT BECAUSE YOU NEED TO TICKLE YOUR BRAIN TO SEE IF IT'S STILL AWAKE...

I WAS IN ONE OF THE HIGHEST GROSSING FILMS, MADE FOR A MERE MILLION AND A QUARTER AND IT GROSSED OVER A HUNDRED MILLION, IT WAS AN ORIGINAL, SHAFT, AND I WAS THE SHAFT CHARACTER'S "MAIN SQUEEZE) AN ICONIC FILM WHICH GOT MGM STUDIOS, THAT STANDS FOR METRO GOLDWYN MAYER BY THE WAY...OUT OF THE RED AND PUT IT IN TO THE BLACK, AND THAT'S A GOOD THING, WHICH MEANS THE MOVIE MADE ENOUGH PROFIT FOR THE STUDIO SO THAT WHEN THE INDUSTRY FINISHED USING THE BLACK" STARS", DECIDING TO GO BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL EVIL WAYS OF RACISIM, MYSOGENY, AND EVERY OTHER ISIM TO PROMOLGATE THEIR RACIST TACTICS, AND THEN OH YES, ALONG CAME AN ALLEGED BRIT(NEVER MET THE GUY WHO SINGLE HANDEDLY PUT 90% OF ACTORS AND ACTRESSES OUT OF WORK, IS THAT MARK BENNETT?) OH YEAH, I HEARD HE MARRIED A BLACK WOMAN, REALLY?, IS THAT TO SUDDENLY MAKE HIM GUILTLESS, AND WHO DECIDED ON THAT BIT OF POLITICS MAY I ASK?

SO HOW DID SAMUEL L JACKSON BECOME SHAFT, AGAIN, RATHER THAN THE ORIGINAL ACTOR, ARGUABLY THE BETTER ACTOR FOR CREATING THE ROLE OF SHAFT, AND WHY WAS THIS ACTOR SINGLED OUT, AS I ALLEGE I WAS, WAS IT BECAUSE WE WERE JUST TOO DARN SEXY FOR OUR OWN GOOD, AND ATTRACTED THOSE OF EVERY HUE IMAGAINABLE PERHAPS.  THE PAULTRY TRYING TO BE SHAFT WAS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF SOMEBODY NAMED SINGLETON, WHO ACTUALLY HAS A STAR ON THE HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME...WHICH BY THE WAY ONLY COSTS $5000 TO PUT DOWN, IMAGINE, SOMEONE OF SUCH MINIMAL TALENT IN MY OPINION, JUST LOOK AT HIS VERSION OF SHAFT, HAVING A STAR, THE SAME AS TRULY GREAT TALENT, LIKE GEORGE AND IRA GERSHWIN, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?  NOW CONFESSION, WHEN I HEARD ABOUT THIS VERSION HAVING NOT READ THE SCRIPT MIND YOU, IF THERE WAS A SCRIPT, I CONTACTED THIS SINGLETON GUY, AND THE CREEP FELT HE WAS TOO IMPORTANT TO SEND ME A NOTE, SAYING, THANKS, BUT NO THANKS, AND YOU WONDER WHY THE INDUSTRY IS IN THE SHAMBLES THAT IT IS, AND WHY THE GHOULS FEEL IT NECESSARY TO TRY AND STEAL MY PROPERTY THAT I WORKED FOR AFTER BEING BLACKLISTED FROM THE FILM INDUSTRY.

Let's not forget that there is a devious plan...

To put individuals such as myself in a vulnerable position to take everything from me that i have earned over the 58 years of working, and then being wrongfully terminated.  This plan was well calculated, and it's a plan that travel where ever I would go...It also is a plan with many moving parts, and the communication line is endless, where businesses actually receive information that is supposed to be private, and it reveals when checks are mailed and when checks arrive and the ghouls sit in wait for me to fall, which ain't going to happen.

Again, the weather is beautiful but the people of Hollywood, a very small minded town, survives on artists like me, and my intellectual properties have been breached, and careful of so called advertised literary agents who are part of the scheme in being able to steal intellectual properties from under your nose.

Hollywood is a place where the word professional, meaning one that is paid for their area of expertise, in my case, that would be acting, writer, and director, all of these I have done.  The small mindedness comes in when people with absolutely no talent feel that they warrant attention and accolades that they don't deserve.  Which again, why these bogus agents, who hang their shingles out without knowing the first thing about truly representing real talent, need to be scrutinized thoroughly.

I received recently a DMV print out with a total amount of alleged tickets, without verification or specifics of each ticket.  This goes along with a prior incident when I picked up mail from my post office box and came out to find on my car windshield a notice claiming that the ticket was not available nor was the officer who was responsible for writing the ticket but it gave me a preaddressed envelope for me to mail the fee alleging of a violation which could not be verified.

You think perhaps it's time for Hollywood to be run like a true American city rather than a Hollywood set?

From the "Truthful Eqyal Offender"

How is it that many businesses, (including Contractors, Retailers, Service Industries, etc, etc, etc) have jumped on my global plan and have run with it, without feeling the necessity to pay me any thing?
I know that the ghouls historically have always stolen from the very gifted and that actor who portrayed the guy who invented the automatic windshield wipers, when the Entertainment Industry has in their ghoulish ways and have repeatedly stolen from me, my identity, superimposing my looks on other actresses, whored me out to various and sundry, well, you know what you've done. 
With this global plan, I should not be judged on the same time table , right now, technically I am a one person office as others who are being paid off of my idea, an idea, as mentioned before I came in to this world owning because of its direct gift coming from the Creator, have much support and employess to do their bidding, so who ever is judging and scrutinizing I would appreciate if you would keep that it mind.  I am involved in many project, speaking of which, Mr. Albert (Not Amier, who died some time ago and is Albert's father) who I offered executive producer, of, The Beauty Stealers Part 1, Albert you will be executive producer of the first beauty stealers, and the sequels for executive producer will be decided upon, later, by me.
There is only one state, thus far, in all these United States that has given any financial support and that is MO(Missouri, "The Show Me State") What's up with the rest of the states that are already benefiting from my plan, and the myriad of individuals that are healtheir due to taking what I do and applying it to themselves, including their sexual life, since there have been so many that have been in the dark regarding this.

Bysubsses that have not lived up to an ethical approach and treatment of their customers will not be welcome in to the plan unless they admit their unethical behavior which will be found out eventually anyway, and correct their error(s).  Example, When an employee tells a deliberate lie to gain control of something that doesn't bellong to him, or her, are you listening argentum photo lab?, or, when a product is sold for full price when it's out dated, by almost a year, as an example, Hollywood Gym) or DMV(not listing all alleged parking tickets totaling $622 and change...etc.

Again, no boards have been officially set up and those who have gone ahead and wrongfully presumed their position in the plan without any authority coming from me will have to be totally financially responsible for bringing their work up to code, once those standards are in place and face the possibility of losing all that they invested by not being authorized to partipate in the first place.

NOTE: Because i may not blog every day does not mean that i am not still thinking of the global plan and you, I appreciate those who have given me the moal support which is very helpful and necessary, thank you.

ORGANIC COTTON?  i could be wrong but what's the difference between regular and organic cotton balls?  I can readily understand with the importance of food and health care items but just became something is labeled as "organic: doesn't mean it's necessary to be organic.  It does mean you're paying more money,i.e. organic cotton balls at Rite Aid?  What's the difference between regular or stadard cotton balls and organic cotton balls, Mr. Rite Aid?

Is the talent poos so abysmal that Steve Harvey and Bill Cosby are coming back?  Like we haven't had enough of their mediocrity?  And Steve Harvey, I'm just wondering is the actress on your show that played your love interest, is she stil an attorney in real life, or was she just making believe, per Variety, listing her as an entertainment attorney.  And is Manny Bassanese, now on your writing staff for your radio show that just s happens to be in the same building where I used to be a registered rep raising funds for private offerings...So this industry is not based on talent, but who you know, is that it? Still?  Well my global plan is going to change that, and by the way are you paying alimoney to your ex wife, or did you leave her high and dry after giving you a son.  You need to keep your nose and hands clean , Sir.  I am not "Crystal".

This global plan is not intended to favor any person over another, particuarly re" their hue, and I've got a feeling that your support may not be coming from a source that will be compatible with the global plan, I could be wrong, but you, like me, and I've already been thouroughly scrutinized, you need to be scrutinized as well, as everyone else that will be participating.

I only ask because of his routine called, "Fat Abert?"  I know I;ve had enough of Bill who likes to belittle women, remember Bill when you would come to NY and call up the modeling agencies to send over models so you could look good, well DelMarco Agency which had represented me for modeling had contaced me and you may recall after hearing you pontificate while smoking your great big xpensive cigar I got up and left, and is that why when I did the Bill Cosby Variety Show you verbally insulted my then 9 year old son?  You're not so funny-- Wandy Sykes didn't deserve the put down that you perpetrated against her on national TV- you mean old dude...Hope you have some new material...You're going to need it.  You put down my son because your ego didn't like me getting up and leaving since you had an audience you didn't need me and I was more than just a model...
Were you reponsible, or George Schlaughter (excuse spelling of Laugh In fame) for not giving me my deserved acting credit on your Variety Show when I played your wife.  All you folks who uphold each other based on skin color and will say anything whether true or not will have a rude awadening...No one is that important that they can say or do unkind thing and get away with it.  You should apologize to my son, but you don't have the guts...The director of the show Mark Warren, a very talented guy was sensitive enough to take my son up to the directors booth after you had insulted him...
And I believe you and your cohorts and other ghouls may be the ones responsible for my being blacklisted due to your male friends talking about the two blonds you were supposedly supporting up in Sausalito...You can blame your own posse for that rumor being promolgated.

More Evidence of Ghouls Making it Difficult for Seniors, Artists Free Thinkers...Some Insurance Companies are really UNETHICAL...

If you read a recent blog declaring banks and a certain dealership being unethical in selling me a used car, which was over priced to begin with and I allege that the bank in this case Chase received approximately $1800 returned to them from a prepaid mainteance fee on a 2010 Honda Insight, and in addition the three thousand dollar down payment  that I made, should have certainly lowered the payment that they received in January of this year..  Now keep in mind I attempted to return the car stating that the montly was too darn expensive, something like 338 dollars per mos on a now, four year old car.  When a new car, is advertised for less.  Any way I did write Chase to see how they plan on correcting their problem and to promote good customer service...

Along these same lines I also stated that the ghouls are trying to literally snatch my real estate that i worked and payed for myself, no male involved helping me, and why on deeds of trust they always identify the female as an "Unmarried Woman"? is that to immediately show that she's up for grabs.  I recall when I purchased my condo back in 92 I started getting all kinds of offers from various and sundry dating services, also certain private gyms. and again, this goes back to the nefarious dealings that the ghouls have set up to try and ensnare me to get with someone that can take my property, remember, they are always looking for fresh fodder for attorneys.  Now that there is no fault divorce, what next is available is bankruptcy, which ain't gonna work, not in my case, too much evidence which supports my allegations. 

Again, the entertainment industry is not only racist, misogynistic, mentally and spiritually deranged and that's the best part about these ghouls, but they're intentions are too obvious to continue to go on.  Again as mentioned all of a sudden in 2010 when I was wrongfully terminated, a system which continued to use my celebrity to sell their products while preventing me from earning a living in my career as an actress/writer/.  Also because I was outspoken I was blacklisted, maybe now the list is a grey list perhaps.

These ghouls continue with their crap, and today's blog is going to be brief, OK you can stop applauding, to show you that I am not the only one in the building condo that has had problems, however, there are so many gutless wonders in the building, I decided to share still another letter, this time regarding the first Insurance Company that was associated with Hillside Gardens.

THIS LETTER WAS DATED 6 YEARS AFTER HILLSIDE OPENED, ATTENTION:KIMBER PALMER (AGAIN I ALLEGE THE DUES WERE GOING TO SUPPORT WHITE ACTORS AND THEIR FAMILIES, AS WELL AS TAKING RESIDUALS AND ROYALTIES FROM ME) I GUESS I'M LEARNING TO SCRATCH MY OWN BACK FOR A CHANGE.)..
"THIS LETTER, IS FROM RAFAEL GOFFMAN UNIT 202 RE: ASSESSMENT (AGAIN I ALLEGE ASSESSMENTS WENT TO BOARD MEMBERS OF THE BUILDING, INGRID VAN ARNEM AND GRAHAM MILLER AND SALLY WOLF AND A NANCY A SO CALLED NURSE WHO MOVED IN WITH A FRIEND, AND HAD HER BOYFRIEND CONSTRUCT A ROOM FOR 6,000 DOLLARS AND SALLY WOLF WAS ON THE BOARD AT THE TIME, THAT'S WHY I DO NOT OWE ANY FURTHER HOME OWNERS DUES, I HAVE GIVEN, AND GIVEN AND GIVEN.  ALSO BECAUSE I WAS THE ONLY BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN IN THE BUILDING, THESE WHITE BIGOTS SOME OF WHOM HAVE NEVER PAID ANY DUES, AND WHY HAVE THEY BEEN ALLOWED THIS PRIVILEDGE?)

WITH REFERENCE TO THE EL NINO REPAIRS: IF THE REPAIRS THAT ARE NEEDED ARE IN A COMMON AREA OF THE HOA, THE PROPERTY INSURANCE THAT THE HOA HAS WITH FIREMAN'S FUND SHOULD HAVE A CLAIM FOR THIS OR HAVE BEEN CONTACTED.

THE MONTHLY HOA DUES ARE HIGH (KEEP IN MIND HILLSIDE GARDENS DOES NOT HAVE A POOL) FOR THE AREA THAT WE ARE IN/  IF WE INCREASE THE DUES TO $345.00 (THEY ARE NOW 400 DOLLARS A MONTH) MY CONCERNS ARE THAT SHOULD ANY OF US IN THE FUTURE TRY TO MARKET OUR PROPERTIES THESE HIGH DUES WILL BE A DETERRENT(HIS SPELLING) FOR ANY PROPSECTED BUYER.

THESE ARE ALL VERY VALID CONCERNS THAT I HAVE AS A HOMEOWNER AND I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR RESPONSE.

AGAIN, KORDA (ERIKA AND ROBERT) SUPPOSED BROTHER AND SISTER WHO WERE THE BUILDERS OF THIS BUILDING AS WELL AS THE UNIT UP THE STREET ON HILLSIDE KNOWN AS KEY LARGO, ALSO CONDOS. AND THE CANOPY ON KEY LARGO HAS NOW BEEN REPLACED SO THE NAME IS NO LONGER VISIBLE BY A GENERIC STRIPED CANOPY.

THE DECEPTION (COMPOSED FRIDAY, MAY 2, 2014 APPROX 7:22pm)

Not every so called "artist" is your friend by the way, take for instance, "Jack Black" how did he suddenly show up on the scene where did he study where did he train, now his billboard says, "Deadbeat" and he was in that dreaful movie titled, "Killer Joe" I forget the female lead, but it appeared as though she was only in the film so she could get plastic surgery how much of that was paid for by SAG AFTRA I wonder and what were her out of pocket expenses, if any?
But J Black has a side line sold at Body something or other located at Sunset in West Hollywood where Crunch is located, and also in Hollywood where 24 hr fitness is located, no accident by the way.  And I remember seeing Charlize Theron in her hey day on display in the West Hollywood location, and the last time I was in there, (The Body Factory I think is the name) was a wood sculpture of two females with their hands crossed covering their body parts.  What's my point?  Because when this entire hoax first started I was working out in the gym in my condo, and I was working on my stand up comedy routine, and I actually used that very pose during my stand up about a female committing felation on me, instructing that it wasn't all right to do so.  Coincidence? Perhaps.

My neighbor, Sally Wolf who's dead husband had the same name as my agent in New York, Don Wolf, who had asked if he could borrow the "Chicago" tape that was sent to me via the Academy of Motion Picture Arts andSciences (AMPAS), Don Wolf is Sally's second husband her first suppossedly worked for the FBI and she has a black son in law and a red headed daughter named Shelly, supposedly.

Interesting that her background and mine are so similar, my son also served his country and continues to do so with a high ranking security clearance, which somewhat concerned Aflac I recall, specirfically Michael Rinkee, the manager who ultimately was my manager.  So what does this all mean?  I haven't a clue, but me thinks I've been set up, and have been so for many years.  Again, i allege I was the Prime Whore set up by the entertainment industry without my knowledge, and my suspicions at this point are based on what appears as tangible eviidence.  I was black listed and deliberately deprived of auditioning and getting jobs as an actress, and writer.  The industry would prefer selling my "arse".
