Another Account RE:Merit Financial, AKA Seacoast Coins, EXPOSED...

T J Ritz called me one Saturday, and sounded very differently from all prior conversations, throwing out an amount of $275,000, asking me what was the lowest amount that I'd be willing to accept, and I stted no less than $250K, reminding him there wasn't that much difference...He laughed, and during the conversation I remember thinking that he was being coached, and he said, well I'll tell you you're not going to get even close to $250K, keep in mind this was before there was a settlement. What I allege, is that Mr. Ritz was not just representing me, though I thought the case was mine alone, afterall, I paid the initial retainer and I received 70k, not a lot of money when you consider I had not been working for awhile, and then throw on that the 15K which was stolen by Lana Marks, so if that is what actually occurred, that the settlement was not just mine alone, but also others as well, who did not have to go through the incarceration, which occurred prior to the settlement, thanks to Cedars and DelAmo, where I was observed, blood taken, high dosage of drugs prescribed and monitored 24/7 and had to go before a judge to be released. Keep in mind, I had already sent the Peace and Love Speech to the LA Weekly and the NY Times...And had sent a fax to Ron Meyer regarding the Childrens Lab, referencing my great grand children, and the joy that they brought me. Perhaps, the person responsible for halting my career, and trying to make my life miserable, ought to pay. I got a phone call from my son, while at DelAmo beratting me, and screaming, and I returned the verbal assault. My son wanted me to listen to the so called doctor, a hack, in my opinion, because he lied about releasing me, and then thought about the money he could charge if he kept me, which, by the way I received a bill from Cedars and DelAmo, for about 31K, which probably if I had been stupid enough to pay, would have meant a big pay day for lots of people. Second thought, I probably have already paid with the settlement. When I returned to Aflac after the assault I discovered that everyone in the office in Burbank knew what had happened regarding my being in the hospital. Also, keep in mind this was after I had taken Matthew Spaulding over to Universal to pitch Aflac, to head of HR dept. Ken Kars. Also, Mr. Ritz, also sent several emails regarding the case to Aflac, which I advised him not to do, since I believed at the time that Aflac knew nothing of the case, I guess I was mistaken, this was all part of the scheme, which meant a pay day for many people, unfortunately, I had paid the price, but did not get the amount that I deserved, far, far less. I hope to find an attorney that truly knows the law, and I believe the reason that nine courts were closed including Beverly Hills, was due to the potential exposure OF ILLEGAL FRAUD GOING ON IN THE COURT SYSTEM. Oh by the way prior to it closing a shyster Theatre Owner, got to keep $300 of my money, which was awarded by a judge? Suddenly after stating how strong the case was, it was suddenly not strong enough and by then Ritz had been moved to a higher floor and larger offices, the case was not strong enough, after Ritz, clearly said to the contrary. This was a well thought out plan. I believe the settlement was higher than what I was told. The case is very strong, had I been privy to the file prior to the settlement of course I would never have settled. Again, I believe there are many good law abiding Jewish People, however, I believe the constant propaganda, and their hatred for mixed marriages, specifically when it comes to religion, I find many Jewish people expert in propaganda, with their victim hood, when in actuality, they perpetrate racial hatred, and they keep the public off balance by making it appear that they are the victims, when they victimize. Again, this is a specific group that unfortunately controls the entertainment industry, the ADL fr instance. They victimized my mother, and they are attempting to do the same to me. Some of them are ghouls, I remember when I went to Paris with a so called friend, who was having spousal problems, NOTE'NEVER VISIT THE CITY OF LOVE WITH SOMEONE HAVING MARITAL STRIFE, IT WILL BE MISERABLE...This "friend" stuck with me when my mom was dying, but she was always miserable and could not be happy for anybody that was doing well in their career... Some of my so called "friends" also benefited, some in this very building, receiving 140 actres, pllus a horse, etc. while others got their unit remodeled, and they don't pay mortgage or dues, and of course, there are those that are out and out taking what doesn't belong to them... I've spoken to several attorneys that allegedly are experts in civil rights cases and employment law, and they mention well once you settle, blah, blah...If they were truly good professional attorneys they would find the loop hole since the information that was puposefully kept from me I would think would automatically disqualify the settlement, and the attorney received more than I did, and I'm sure he picked up additional fees from who ever else he was representing. Though this is supposition, the case was very strong, Peter Epstein would walk close behind me, without my knowledge and gyrate in back of me, this came out, also constantly being invited in to the men's room...And yes, I did hear someone having sex in the men's room, since both bathrooms were virtually next to each other And of course, DelAmo made sure to show Al Pacinos, movie with the piles of cocaine, oh did I mention that the movie, Scarface, was Albert Novian's favorite...Both Isaac and Albert had an addiction habit similar to the character in the film, where a female character was attacked in the men's room... This entire episode was a concerted effort by Hollywood to prevent me from having the career I should have, afterall, I was on The Best of Everything" right, the day time soap coming out of NY...done LIVE by the way... So, I need the amount that I should have received, since as far as I knew, this was my case alone...but apparently it wasn't, and lots of people got paid off, including those at Aflac, representing Tellers at the B of A branch, in Beverly Hills right around the corner from Lana Marks...When I thought I was purchasing a Princess Diana bag, which was not the case. Aside from what is owed to me for this case, in addition... I did the work, meaning writing, now pay me...Enough of this nonsense...Everything new is not good enough, since New is NOT ALWAYS BETTER, it just costs more...OLD HAS CHARACTER, NEW HAS COST WITHOUT VALUE...GOOD NIGHT...GHOULS NOT INCLUDED...OH YEAH, REGARDING SOMETHING ABOUT A KISS, AND ME GROWING FRANTIC, BECAUSE IT WOULD COME FROM SUPPOSEDLY ANOTHER FEMALE...NO KISSING ME ON THE LIPS, BOTH CHEEKS ARE FINE, AFTERALL, I DON'T KNOW WHERE THOSE PAIR OF LIPS HAVE BEEN... Being made a scapegoat, and why is she being called "stupid"?...She's a good actress, wasn't she Justin Timberlake's girlfriend, and wasn't Justin Timberlake the one who was involved in the orchestration of pulling Janet Jackson's (oh, oh there's that name again, "Jackson").costume which exposed her breast, and not only was she ridiculed unfairly, her breast from what I saw was adorable...but you had these big ugly overweight men judging her, saying, "Nobody wants to see a forty year old breast?" Oh No? Really? Since when..There was a Rev. Jackson, through marriage who was my uncle who supposedly married my ex and I in New Jersey, and somehow New Jersey, the state where we married, couldn't find the marriage license...What they did put on the certificate was a (1)Kennedy...I wonder what that means? Could it mean my ex sired a Kennedy? See how wild my imagination is?) I would always pick my son up on the week-ends, and I can remember as clear as day, when he referred to my husband's second wife as, "Mom", and I told him, "Tod you only have one mother, and it's me" I remember how it felt as if I'd just been shot through the heart, but I never said anything about it when I heard him refer to my ex's second wife, as Mom, when he spoke on the phone to her...But it still hurt...I didn't blame my son, but I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling for my ex...I believe that men of that generation had lots of help from women in how women got treated, particularly, the lazy ass women who never wanted to work...And got lazy and fat, and critized women such as myself who were go getters and hustled, like my Mom, who worked all her life...And like her, I definetly deserve better...YES, GHOULS ARE NIGGA'S AND I DON'T CARE WHAT THEIR HUE IS...Sorry OPRAH, BUT SOMETIMES THE WORD IS APPROPRIATE! As I write this a helicopter circles above the building...When I said I am a human transmitter, I truly mean it... When I said most of the insanity in the world stems from not knowing who your true father is...This is deliberate and it is a way of keeping the power in place...It's more than Insideous...It's MADNESS...And under attack, are Artists...No Need to try and Plagarize this too, because it is already protected...And no one can write it but me, which holds true RE:LOST ANGEL and In Pursuit Of Destiny, which I am the only author of... Back to the Ghouls...

Now that I'm resuming reading the file regarding my lawsuit against Seacoast dba Merit Financial in Santa Monica, and the allegations I'm making against TJ Ritz in not taking this matter to trial after lying regarding none of the witnesses signing declarations which all of them had, I am discovering that AMPAS, and the so called big name stars were in on this is what I'm suspecting and the reason, they were trying to get my real estate, the times that I refinanced with B of A, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual etc. I only got a portion of the money, a great portion went back to the banking institutions in fees,etc. and what I'm finding that Sir Names, and Streets of businesses are named after certain actors, either by first or last name, i.e. Kiera Matthews as example...Remember I mentioned about Kate Blanchard now living in my old apartment that I had fixed up over on Masselin...And before that when I was beaten by the Rampart Division of the Police Dept and after Park Labrea built the fancy townhouse Addition, and the Museum of Religious Tolerance was built...And now what used to be May Company which along with the Insurance Company owned Park La brea, now AMPAS is about to build their museum where May Company used to be...AMPAS remember stands for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and I could not understand why most of the AMPAS screenings had none of the so called "stars" showing up... I believe when the natural evolution of my career was halted and newer actresses were sliding in to place, such as Halley Barry(Monstors Ball, oh really?)and many others, this was orchestrated by the "big black devil" which I had made reference to in one of my prior blogs... Anyway, I believe that not only is AMPAS guilty, and the banks and insurance companies, but also, SAG AFTRA CU, where I had purchased three cars which I fully paid off, Infiniti, Audi, and my very first second hand Chevy when I first moved out from New York, which along with CA I consider my home, actually I consider the entire world my home...But that's just me...And I did write to President Obama about my being a good will ambassador, since I did come up with the 90/10 Plan mentioned in my PeaceLoveSpeech, which I need to take to the UN... Apparently the names that I mention in my fax to Ron Myer at Universal, some of those individuals are already calling the shots, and they and I have yet to meet, to see if we have a meeting of the minds. And I'm sure somewhere in the picture is Aflac...I recall the day that I brought Matthew Spaulding over to Universal with me to pitch Aflac, I had the contact with Universal, not Mat, but at the gate of course they already had my name, and wanted to know who Matt was, and he proclaimed before I could answer, "I'm her manager!" I gave my ID, and we were allowed through the gate. Within a week, I discovered that supposedly Universal/NBC already had a deal with Aflac, from their Washington DC office, apparently this is an ongoing Modus Operendi of Aflac, that I had discovered early on with working with them as a commission only representative of my own company in which I paid an office fee etc. I can recall my first appointment when I got there I was told someone had already been there. AGAIN, KEEP IN MIND, THAT LIKE ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES, I HAD MENTIONED, TELEZONE, HAD BEEN IN THE SAME BUILDING AS SAG AFTRA, AND WAS TELEMARKETING, AND I DID VERY WELL, BUT THE MANAGER THERE TO AVOID HAVING TO PAY, WOULD "SUSPEND" PEOPLE FOR SUPPOSEDLY MISREPING. AGAIN, KEEP IN MIND I JUST CONSIDERED MYSELF AN ORDINARY INDIVIDUAL, NOT THINKING THAT I WAS A "STAR". AGAIN, THERE ARE THOSE THAT ARE HELL BENT ON KEEPING ME FROM MY TOP POSITION IN THIS INDUSTRY, and they've done it to others as well, forcing young actresses to marry older men for money, or partnering individuals that have no rhyme or reason to be together, except for the lecherous desires of the Ghouls... When you see how I am helping the world, give me an offer, and I'll counter it, right now it's up to about 600 million...which is very reasonable considering how I have helped President Obama and Michelle, and many others... Is it because I'm female, and African American, and the age I am that you feel I'm not worth it? Think about this, YOU ALWAYS PAY MORE FOR VINTAGE...YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE IT HAS A HISTORY!!! PAY ME NOW!!! THANKS, HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY! Recently my ex shared with me that our son, and his younger son by his second wife, who got the house and quite a bit of money I understand regarding the divorce, and by the way the younger son and his wife Kelly got married in Italy, nice huh, and they live on Central Park West, really nice, and expensive... Anyhow my husband mentioned Legacy...Now I recall that during my approximate year and a half stay with Aflac, a Mrs Woods supposedly brought in an account named Legacy...turns out so did many other reps around the country who had already been paid commission, and now these new accounts, let's say if my ex husband is now a client of the same Legacy, which again, if true, tells me that the Insurance Companies have full plates. I'm being nice, afterall, it is Sunday. I also recall when I found out after my ex returned from Mexico after getting our divorce my dear mother in law informed me that he was getting married to a woman by the way, who knocked on the door after following my ex home...Again, could be one of those women who may have been devious, I don't know, I saw her from afar when I visited my son's elementary school...And I know she was quite hostile when I did call, though I had nothing against her...I was going to go to the wedding in Italy, since my son was going to attend his brother's wedding, but after the wife expressed her displeasure according to my second daughter in law who relayed this info to me...I know my son did not attend the wedding as he had planned, nor did I...Actually I just wanted to visit Italy...

In All Fairness to the Good Guys Out There...

Yes, a woman has the right to change their mind, and yes I have to add to the comment about some males only interested in one thing...Of course the female counterpart to that is the "helpless" female who doesn't want to help herself and expects the guy to do everything for them, while he's trying to get his own life in order...Also, women that marry for money and not for love...Same holds true for guys doing that trick..I remember when I first bought my condo on Hillside, I suddenly got all these emails from eligible bachelors...(BEWARE THE INTERNET IS THE WILD WILD WEST, ONLY WILDER) The interesting thing is that true love may vary in intensity but it never ever leaves...where money comes and goes...Not to minimize the importance of money mind you, just don't sell your soul for it, because it'll never lead to a happy ending in my opinion... Know that Unique Perspective

...Is being controlled by others, seriously, ever since I delivered evidence of my 90/10 Plan, and Peace Love Speech, to a particular bank after the information had been requested of me, around July of this year, I am now being subjected to all kinds of interesting deliemmas...(again, misspelled words are a sign of genuius/ my sepll check has been deliberately removed)house keys of mine have been stolen, credit cards taken and used, cell phone under water, all to eleiminate communication and to prevent my succeeding... You devils really hate me don't you, you're being immediately exposed today, and thank God for my Angels! Remember, do not marry a man, who cannot offer you more than what you already have. This unfortunately doesn't work quite the same for females, because we do yearn, men don't, they live strictly for the e......n...That's why I believe that women love, and men f..k...Different plumbing...And boy am I being harrassed, outside and inside my apartment... Also, one of my plays, is extremely provocative, yet, the irony is that the denoument is moral...I will be directing and they'll be many versions, and it will take place in the Creator's time, and my time, since there are so many obstacles deliberately placed before me by the Gremlines, in this building, keys were stolen today,,,But what the Hell, You Devils knew that, right? In Addition...

Though there is evidence that TJ Ritz lied about a number of matters, and I haven't even finished going through the file, word got back that the comment was, "So?" Well, that certainly let's us know what path we're on, doesn't it? The relevancy of an attorney saying that witnesses did not sign declarations when they did, and also lying straight out about the opposing attorney not getting paid if the case settles, is total nonsense which tells me that TJ Ritz wasn't even an attorney. He lied about going to school back East. The Law Boards In Take Person he had gone to School in Southern California, how many more lies do I have to discover before this is taken seriously and I'm entitled to my money being returned? More Grumblings and Rumblings - My Commentary about Insidious 2...

Something tells me that I placed # 1 in something or other, but since I don't have a TV, I'm not aware of what it is, perhaps I'll be enlightened. Also, do not think I was apologizing when I said that my soon to be ex daughter in law (perhaps) looks like the female on the poster for the film Insidious 2...The great thing about being a writer, producer, and perhaps doing an occasional acting role, like there's a role in "A Matter of Choice" the film I will be directing in Yonkers, NY, and I intend to play the head of the Fashion Institute...I don't have to have no lines on my face, when you reach my age, you should have lines on your face, and if you've had a child, you should have stretch marks, but, if you don't wish to fine...That's no one's business. I get the feeling that folks who have no business determining my fate, my ability, etc. have taken that position based on what, may I ask? I believe that my law suit against Merit Financial has something to do with this, and I believe that the position of some men presuming that because I'm female and of a certain age, that I don't qualify to take care of running my own productions. Some of these individuals have chased the spot light in all the wrong ways. As stated, I have never slept with anyone to get an acting role, not that it's any body's business, and before I quit Aflac, I was suddenly bombarded by individuals, with helicopters whizzing above my head about who I had been sexually intimate. May I ask was the nation's security at stake? Why and who initiated this? Was the purpose to get ratings. Yes, I have slept with powerful men, so is the implication that I should be getting funding from these individuals for my projects. Why does that sound like blackmail to me. Now if they like the project, and wish to invest, then by all means, I wouldn't turn money away. Again and it bears repeating, when I raised money for a fish fry for a church in Santa Monica, I actually heard a man speak about being on CAB's team (initials of my ex-husband)... I presented my thoughts and writings of my 90/10 Plan as well as my Peace/Love Speech to a bank that I've done business with, the person I mailed the plan to is a Senior Business Consultant for this bank that I have a strong preference for, than with some of their competitors. Some people are saying, I wrote the plan for the money, as I have stated many times, it will be a "fair" percentage, which will be worked out by accountants (not necessarily John Wurts, who was advertising on the Larry Elder Show, when I first found out about his existence, about four years ago). Though I do hope that John will be a part of my team, but nothing is written in stone at this point. It's difficult to get "good help", and my ex husband who had been an accountant due to health reasons says he's not interested. I find that hard to believe knowing how much he loves the spot light, more than me, and I had a career as an actress. The individuals that I mentioned that I wanted as part of the Children's Lab which I faxed to Ron Myer at Universal Std. are people whose work I respect, but no one has the title of "Indian Chief"...This is too important to presume that by my throwing your name in to the hat so to speak that, first I would assume that you would want to be a part of this global plan, or, secondly, if we, can get along. This does not automatically qualify you. Some people say, I'm too nice, others say the opposite. I must say that I care less about what people say about me, and more about executing a plan that embraces my global vision, that is not to say, that I don't welcome input. However, the scuttlebut that I hear, tells me that the people making decisions are not in a position to do so, and unfortunately I am still contacting individuals by mail, since my phone lines are breached. Also, I do not have a secretary at present, so I am the elected one to correspond, and all letters are personalized. In addition I am attempting to pitch my projects for the income, and I hear rumor that some of these projects are already in production. Again, I have not been compensated, and everything is coming out of my pocket, not anyone else's however, I believe some of these individuals that have elected themselves to a ultimate position have no right to do so and perhaps it's time for them to put their money where their mouth is, and back me, the person that initiated the plan. (NOTE- The date that is on the cover of The Children's Lab) is not the date when I came up with the plan, it was long before the date on the cover, and this can be proven. I am looking for individuals, Corporations, etc that can improve upon my vision, but I need to be informed of the status of things and I have a distinct feeling that I am not getting all the news that's "fit to print". Have a good week-end and try to stay on the positive side. This is my cause, eleminate war forever, feed everyone and make sure everone in the world has a place they can call home that they own, and they have jobs...The simple ideas are always the best, yes? Insideous 2??? HOW FAR WILL THE INTERNET GO WITH THEIR RUTHLESSNESS...

I couldn't figure out why my ex daughter in law, by the name of Tony, or is it Toni, was doing up at SAG Federal Credit Union, gossiping with one of the staff up there, all dressed up and looking pretty...Perhaps a facade of who she really is...Perhaps...My son and Toni met on the Internet, Monster I believe... I met Toni the first Christmas my mother had passed away, and I went to El Paso where my son was living in an apartment at the time, and he was separated from his first wife, the wife who is responsible for having my three grandchildren, and ultimately GIVING ME my two great grandchildren. Toni had been married three times prior, and she was keen on making my son husband number 4, which she succeeded. I met "Tinker" her youngest, a sweet child who I was told going to be a Nurse, her son, was in the Air Force and is retired from that according to what my ex husband told me. I told my son to go slow, but he couldn't do without Toni. So I wasn't surprised when they visited and I saw the wedding band my son was wearing. When I inquired about him getting married, he said, "Yeah Mom I told you" which of course he hadn't...My ex husband also stated that our son had not told him about the marriage. What's interesting however, is that shortly after marrying my son, she sent an email out to my son's first wife, discussing personal things which were inappropriate. Inappropriate to the extend that it was upsetting to my granddaughters. I shared this information with a friend, and they said, "Wow, she must really be insecure", meaning Toni, Well I thought no more of it, until recently. Because from the Billboard of Insidious 2 it truly looks like Toni, and I was wondering if the Ghouls had gotten to her offering her a film career, to show just how easy it is to get in to pictures. Now Toni. like all of us has a pass, a brother in the slammer I was told. Her father was Canadian, who is deceased. Her mother whom I met seemed like a pleasant woman. When I visited I stayed at a Hotel, and Toni was a good hostess and very good at giving orders. Her girlfriend when I told her my age and that I was still working, looked at me as if I had three heads. I was working for Merit Financial at the time. The gold company that wrongfully terminated me, and I should never have settled as the Attorney T.J Ritz had urged, based on misinformation he gave me about witnesses not signing documens. which was not true. I have not gone through all of the evidence, because it is massive, but again, I contend that the Ghouls, of all hue, stripes, cultures and religion, etc are still out to control and enslaving those that do the work, such as myself with all my screenplays, novel, etc. I have been employed since the age of 13...That's 58 years... Back to Toni, my son's soon to be ex wife, perhaps. Someone wanted to show how easy it is to make a movie, and I was wondering who funded Insideious 2, and why? If indeed, it is my perhaps soon to be ex daughter in law, who stayed one week-end and questioned me about why I spent so much money in painting my bedroom when she and my son would have done it for a far better price. Toni looks like and does resemble the adult in the poster of Insideous 2. I was told that Tony's third husband was a minister, and he asked out of the marriage. I also understand that Toni and her mother do not get along well, this info was imparted to me by my son's father. Also, when I took a ride to check out my rental property in CAL CITY, I had introduced my son to the guy who was building an enclosure for the property, Toni never got out of the car. She was in real estate then. Prior to that supposedly a school teacher. My son after they married helped her lots in getting her license in medicine. I get the distinct feeling that this young lady needs to feel that she has to prove something to my son, and that is, that she's far superior to me, her soon (perhaps) ex mother in law. And I was wondering though I haven't seen the movie about ghosts I'm told by my granddaughters who saw the film, that she could come out to Hollywood and make a movie without any problem...I wonder where the financing came from? By the way, there is always going to be someone better...somewhere... Also, my son and his first wife did go through bancruptcy, which I haven't as yet, but there are unscrupulous forces that are certainly trying to get me there. Which was one reason for the unlawful firing, and the fact that it affected my work potential, which is why I'm rebooting my Production Company. Toni, if my unique perspective is correct, let me say, Congrats if it is you in Insideous 2, a word that I used in my earlier blogs, which nobody is seeing. I am not in competition with anyone, least of all any of my daughter in laws. I'm only interested that my son be happy whether he's married or not. Personally, I thought it may have been better if you took some time to get to know each other, rather than jump in to another marriage after 6 mos. Also, when my son and you married, you purchased the house on Craigo, now unfortunately, you moved back to the house where you were when you first met. I BELIEVE THAT THIS ENTIRE SCENARIO CAME OUT OF INTERNET HARRASSMENT, WHERE THE INTERNET IS USED TO DECEIVE AND DELIBERATELY PUT FOLKS TOGETHER, TO SEE HOW MUCH MONEY AND PROPERTY, AND WHATEVER ELSE CAN BE GLEENED FROM THESE PERHAPS, UNHOLY UNIONS...REMEMBER, I DO NOT HAVE TO BE POLITICALLY CORRECT... THERE ARE SOME INDIVIDUALS THAT WOULD STOP AT NOTHING, I RECALL MY SON THE LAST TIME HE CAME OUT TO VISIT AND WE DROVE UP TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY HE SAID, "oh maybe toni and i will buy this"...I believe WE SENIORS HAVE TO BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS OF THE INTERNET AND THESE SITES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PUTTING FOLKS TOGETHER...AGAIN, I HAD A 776 SCORE, I NOW HAVE A 641 SCORE, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS WHICH WAS THE COMPANY THAT MY EX HUSBAND'S DAUGHTER IN LAW WORKED FOR BY THE NAME OF, KELLY, WHO IS MARRIED TO MY SON'S YOUNGER BROTHER, WHO IS AN ENTREPRENEUR, AND I BELIEVE THAT THE TARGET HAS BEEN ME, NOT ONLY MY SON PERHAPS. MY SON AND HIS FIRST WIFE DID FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY...MY SON WAS SERVING HIS COUNTRY AT THE TIME, AND HIS ALLOTMENT MONEY WAS GOING HOME TO HIS WIFE, AND FAMILY, (MOTHER IN LAW AND CHILDREN) AND YET, BANKRUPTCY CAME KNOCKING. I BELIEVE THE GHOULS ARE OUT TO TRY AND DO THE SAME TO ME, BUT AS I STATED PRIOR, I AM NOT LYING DOWN AND PLAYING DEAD, AND I HAVE ALREADY PAID, AND PAID, AND PAID...AND YOU'LL GET YOUR MONEY ON MY TERMS NOT YOURS, ESPECIALLY YOU INSURANCE COMPANIES, NOW INSIDEOUS IS PERFECTLY CORRECT FOR THEM... WHY DO PEOPLE ABHOR ARTISTS, AGAIN, ARTISTS ARE BORN NOT MADE...NO ONE CAN TEACH YOU HOW TO BE A GREAT PAINTER, WRITER, DANCER ETC. Did Merit, or Tod's father help with the financing? This is my unique perspective on Insideous 2...And was it that you wanted to prove, in addition, to showing my son how superior you are to me. Yep, Like it Or Not, I'm Still Here...

Just wanted to check in with you guys, (any one offended by that, too bad, remember the name of my blog)...There's so much that I have to do, have you ever had so much on your plate that it caused inertia...? I swear ( yeah I enjoy cursing) if that too offends you...Oh Well...It goes with the territory, I go out of my way to offend, it's called pushing buttons, and many writers particularly doing stand up that thrive on it...There is nothing so sacred that it can't be poked fun at...Like today for instance in Hollywood, I was stopped by two rogues, who I believe were actually auditioning for a part in one of my films, there are a couple of cop parts, though I can admire their boldness...They must remember, touching someone unless they want to be touched is off limits...Any how, trying to put my ducks in a row for my global citizens of the world peace/love plan,the children's lab, and the 90/10 plan...and to get my personal projects going and already the ghouls are trying to take credit... When is having notoriety ever enough for some people, some people want to be hogs and don't want to share...obviously these people are not prone to eating vegetales and fruit... Hearst Publishing keeps sending me invoices, which I have stopped opening...seeme like I've already paid three years in advance...Is business going that badly...? Interesting how...

We forget, at least I do, that I am full of contradictions and everything is in flux all the time...Here's what I wrote back in 2007 and I believe that it's as true for me now as then... I proudly state that I am an American...I am sick and tired of terms such as African American, Irish American, Italian American, etc...first, it's redundant...being an American automatically means you're multi-cultural...that's what makes Americans, us, you, me, such extraordinary folks.. We are the best in the world, and every time someone identifies their roots as being from some other continent first, or ethnicity, or roots first and then being American second, you are falling into the hands of racists... We as Americans become stronger by identifying with the country where we are still free, still are able to succeed and to achieve greatness...Granted, we and our country are not flawless, but WE are the best in the world, America! Today rightness was exposed, not just with the firing of Imus, but three innocent white men, Americans, had been prejudged and suffered for it... These Ghouls Continue to Harrass...

The Helicopters are whirling around above my building, and the Good Year Blimp is near by...Well I guess they just don't like me fighting back...I didn't know until fairly recently that my mother had belonged to a Union that had been sued many times for racial discrimination... called, UNITED ELECTRICAL RADIO AND MACHINE WORKERS OF AMERICA, LOCAL #454...THOMAS SMITH WAS THE PRESIDENT...Of course it no longer exists, or, they probably just changed the name,,,And my Mom had worked in the Dept of Crystal...Like Billie CrystaL?... I believe Hollywood is doing to me what they had done to my mother... I could've sworn I saw one of the Royals was it Carmella?, I don't know any of them, but apparently, she's been on my health regime too which was literally stolen from me during my incarceration at Del Amo Hospital, taken there from Cedars Sinai...For questioning the 35,000 bill they wanted to stick me with, for getting the hives on April 15th,...What they didn't count on was my ability to put pieces of the puzzle together... So they devised this insidious plan (the movie of the same name undoubtedly sucks)which in the past has sent beauties such as Ava Gardner, Barbara MacNair the singer, and many, many other women, and probably some men as well, running scared shitless out of Hollywood. Of course California the State is Beautiful, but the places that supposedly represent Hollywood...crapolla... AND IT'S A WAY OF KEEPING YOU AWAY FROM OBTAINING YOUR DREAM...I WAS A THREAT BECAUSE I HAD MY OWN IDEAS, I WRITE, I'VE BEEN PUBLISHED, AND ALL WRITERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HATED IN HOLLYWOOD... IT'S A SMALL MINDED HICK TOWN WITH SMALL MINDED PERSONS WHO CANNOT COME UP WITH AN ORIGINAL THOUGHT WHICH IS WHY I'M A THREAT AND OTHERS LIKE ME ARE ALSO...THEIR MANTRA, DRUGS, CASH, OR ASS...THAT'S WHAT THEIR MISSION IS, AND THEY DESPISE MIXED MARRIAGES, GAYS, LESBIANS, INDEPENDENT FREE THINKERS...ETC They are already changing the names of authors of books, they want to create their own reality which is the antithesis of what's real... Of course I don't even know if my blog, Unique Perspective...is reaching any one, it indicates that it's not on one hand,yet on the other hand, a map indicates that there is some infiltration...But who knows...This is not the age of enlightenment, just the opposite...They don't like thinkers, they like drinkers, druggies, and followers...That's the Hollywood Way...drive over Barham, and you'll get to Hollywood Way... I believe the connection of knowing where I am at all times may have been provided by . well, I won't say at this time, along with Google...I'm a human transmitter, which was a part of the settlement I allege, without my knowing or agreeing to it, where I am listened to 24/7 and what I'm thinking is also known...When an ex co worker at Merit who'd been there way longer than I, he referred to Merit Financial as a :HELL HOLE, I BELIEVE HE MAY HAVE BEEN RIGHT...SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS I WAS PAID as a settlement and t joshu ritz got 76-79 thousand, and I'm discovering more evidence that leads me to think that tj ritz was walking both sides of the street and not only that, but he has failed to answer why he lied about my witnesses not signing the declarations...and I'm also alleging that some of the owners in this complex are in on this as well, and again, going back to why 9 court houses were closed right around the time of this miscarriage of justice...I believe that this was a class action suit when it shouldn't have been, regarding Mitchell vs Merit and they didn't want to go to trial in May of this year, so they settled around November, right near the holidays because of course I needed the money. When I went to work for Merit, Peter Epstein and Mike Getlin were renting apartments, they didn't own real estate, and they resented that an African American woman who worked for everything she got, may have been perceived as a slap in the face to them, which is why they harrass...not only me by the way, after a year of me being there they bought homes...And Peter more than once thanked me for bringing in "so much money" i'm beginning to think that there is no true justic in America any more, if there ever was, though my 90/10 plan will still succeed, and as stated, I will receive a fair percentage for bringing the idea in to the public's view... Are the Ghouls winning? I pray not! TIME TO PAY ME, NOW...AND BY THE WAY MY PEACE LOVE SPEECH, 90/10 PLAN ARE NOT ONLY COPYRIGHTED, BUT TM (TRADE MARKED AS WELL)... I speculate that perhaps my mother was one of the many Marilyn Monroes, at least that's what I overheard Rosie ODonald saying to a retailer in New York, when I visited over a year ago...Now this could have just been a ploy to get me to comply to something that I don't choose to do...Who knows...I figured I'd put it out there...Yes Hollywood steals...they steal my writing and have since the days at AFI when it was at Greystone Mansion...Someone allegedly committed suicide and rumor has it that the ghost is still in the building, similar to what people say about Elvis... Finally, I think, the appropriate ending to...In Pursuit of Destiny...

Thanks to the creator, I found my manuscript on my desk top, and I now think the appropriate ending (denoument) has arrived,,,Thanks to all the Believers in True Love and of course to our Creator, that deemed it that way! The Novel and then the film awaits...With me finally getting the appropriate writing credit and yes, this will be done through Love Std. which has its own distribution company... I got an accepted offer to present The Actress and the Agent, at Nate Holden's Theatre in conjunction with the Ebony Showcase Theatre, for a possible two week-end run at the most. So, this I'm grateful for, thank you Gayle Hooks... Also, my friends restaurant KABOOM, Jamaican fusion restaurant, is right across the street from the theatre...Agnes is Phillipino and hubby Roy is Jamaican man...Hey Now, pass the gangee (only kidding) It's fusion food (Jamaican and Phillipino cusine) family owned restaurant with great flavor, large portions, and extremely low prices... so I'm going to be quite busy, my apologies if I haven't gotten back to those that have contacted me as yet...I think it's time for me to take a run up Runyon Canyon today, and unfortunately I don't have my music, my cell drowned under water...Oh well, better days ahead, and it is a glorious looking Sunday, isn't it? In Spite of it being a beautiful Sunday, the BAD GUYS ARE STILL UP TO NO GOOD...The Devil never Rests,,,

Particularly on Sunday... This is the latest...I wrote a novel which had a working title of Lost Angel, which was later changed to "In Pursuit Of Destiny"...Now I had several endings for the novel, and certain individuals at AMPAS, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences , you know the folks who give out the Oscar, well, somehow, I guess it's pretty easy to do these days, my computer was hacked in to and they lifted In Prsuit of Destiny, because they don't like my Unique Perspective Blogs, and what's interesting, the folks in my building here at 7218 Hillside, are stealing my literary work, particularly the folks on the first floor. The husband is trying to make it seem that he's a writer...Kind of like he's doing the writing, however, I have been writing and have been published for some time...LONG BEHFORE HE MOVED IN TO THE BUILDING, COMING FROM ENGLAND BY THE WAY, I just discovered that they had hacked in to my desk top, which I had taken along with me to the Apple Store to have things transferred... Back to AMPAS, one of the endings I wrote the protagonist winds up with a beautiful blond, yes a love relationship between two women, i've been working on these ideas for awhile, and as any real writer knows, it's fun to have in mind an actor or actress when you're writing the part, it makes it fun, and they're on their way to adopt a child...I liked that ending, and may still go with it, and by the way, BOTH VERSIONS ARE COPYRIGHTED INNESS AND GERARD, and whoever else, including Sally Wolf, Graham and Ingrid, or, well you know who you are... who thinks he's Harry Potter by the way...Also, some others who will go nameless for the time being... No I'm not on drugs, that's just the way these horrible devils, GHOULS, are taking over Hollywood, and stealing everything from artists...the true artists... I didn't know why an individual had approached me at the Beverly Hills Health Club for women,it has since been torn down, and there was the Beverly Hills Health Club for Men where 24 Hour Fitness is located in West Hollywood, and the person became my friend, yet I know why now, and I didn't realize that her motives were less than honorable, and her brother was a writer on the Steve Harvey Show, and I let the brother read a screenplay of mine...and I don't know if Gabe is a good writer or not, he wrote four screenplays, according to Maria, one called "Vanishing Cream" was that a hint? and MT, formerly MD, I thought was a friend, but she had other ideas about our relationship which I have come to realize is not something I was remotely interested in... So, there are many players in this absurd play to try to steal my intelectual property and my real property...Sorry MT I was never in to you in that way...And what about Anthony, how does he feel about that...? So, I would suggest, that you not plagarize my material, because I will come after you, I really don't care how you're connected with the mob or what...I DO HAVE FRIENDS IN VERY HIGH PLACES...Tell me when you invited me for the week-end in Chicago at the apartment building where Oprah lived at the time, or perhaps she still does, what did you really have in mind? Know that I have my work protected, and I am well aware of all the places my NOVEL, WHICH WILL BE A FILM, WITH MY GETTING THE DESERVED WRITING CREDIT...AND IF ANY STUDIO ATTEMPTS TO STEAL AND MAKE THE MOVIE, without paying me, YOU WILL BE DEALT WITH BY THOSE ON HIGH...Just goes to show you, the folks that are always going to mass and church on Sunday, are often the BIGGEST DEVILS... Be forewarned, so now, I understand why you always wanted me to call you on Sunday, when Anthony wasn't home, did you have any notion that I cared about you other than you being a friend...And I say I LOVE YOU, to most people, I did not have the intention of you thinking it was romantic in any way, you silly lady... A Departure from my usual blog..Carmen Inspires at LAOPERA.

Last night I had the extreme pleasure while working out in the gym, to have George's Bizet's "Carmen" all to myself as I listened to the portable radio not the best vehicle for such an important opera as Carmen. It was performed in French with protected English Trasnlations...The role has a particular interest for me. This is due to the fact that my Aunt, Inez Matthews, Internationally known, Mezzo Soprano, had performed the role of Carmen brilliantly many times. Patricia Banton, Irish Mezzo Soprano, who portrays the ill fated temptress was clearly focused on her task and I could feel every nuance of her bold and honest interpretation of what Carmen was experiencing measure for measure. Run don't walk to the Dorothy Chandler Pavillion to experience the LA Opera...It is for EVERYONE, rich or poor, young and old, I forgot how much pure listening pleasure Opera imparts, and you don't have to speak or understand the language being sung, to enjoy this very thrilling rendition of one of the most popular operas ever performed. The music carries your soul away to a heavenly tranquil place. In addition to Patricia Barton as Carmen, Brandon Jovanovich as Don Jose, and the Opera is conducted by the magnificent Placido Domingo. There are limited performances of Carmen, and I would suggest you checking out the schedule and upcoming Operas by going to LAOpera.com I recommend the Rush Tickets you arrive about a half hour before show time and wait to see if any tickets have not been sold and you can buy them on the cheap...A Great bargain for exceptional entertainment that can help you escape from the mundane... Your husband, Richard Donner,who was not your husband at the time he directed me in a wonderful episode of Ironsides...And he was a good director, who like all good directors, allowed me the space to perform the role, not a large role, but significant to the story of the Ironsides Episode...I also see that my name on the Treatment had been changed to M. Shapiro, would that be Mark Shapiro perhaps? Any relation to Harvey Shapiro, who I purchased property from up at California City that you, I allege, with the help of some of my neighbors in my condominium are trying to steal. Oh My God, say it ain't so Joe!

I'm looking at an envelope with a return address of Verdon Productions LTD, 9350 Wilshire Blvd STE 310, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, and stamped date is Sept. 3, 77, cost of mailing the Book Rate was .41 and this was the return of my mauscript that I had sent to Mr. Sidney Poitier's Office, and guess where I was living at the time...You got it! It was Addressed to :Ms. Gwen Mitchell, 1037 Masselin Avenue, Los Angeles, CA (no zip code), but it was returned, and it had been read and of course I had informed Mr Potier that I would be sending "HEAD" about a black barber shop...long before I mailed it...I have an old draft that I found inside the envelope. Oh yes, the address on Masselin, that's where Kate Blanchard is now living in my unit, which I had renovated, by the way she is British of course and now works at AFI, and I was attending AFI when I was going to AFI in '75 and probably Kate getting an earful (from recordings) of what had gone on when I was living there...Yes, I was the first to put a No Smoking Sign on my door, and then it caught on...But it's time for me to be paid and get the credit for my writing... The fact is, I am a writer, actress, producer, and now I also can do stand up...That may upset Hollywood, cause Hollywood wants you to be one thing and one thing only, and they now use actors as writers, to write their scripts, it's cheaper that way...Some are saying I have a huge ego. I say I have a healthy ego. It's just that so many think so little of themselves, because they do so little. It would break my heart to think that Mr. Sidney Poiter, whose novel I have not read, but I did read his most recent autobiography, The Measure of a Man" was partially responsible for what I am now experiencing...Because I would have liked for him to be on the board...of my plan global plan among others, and it would hurt to know that I was sold out for 70 thousand dollars which is what somebody thought that that was all that I am worth...WELL I GOT TO TELL YOU, YOU'RE WRONG, I'M WORTH MUCH, much MORE, PARTICULARLY FOR ALL THAT WAS DELIBERATE THAT YOU PUT ME THROUGH... In fact Sidney and Harry Belafonte were guests on Bill Cosby's variety show, when I played Bill's wife, and my son met the three gentlemen at the time that I performed on Bill's show as his wife. Mark Warren, the director, very talented, took my son up to the director's booth so he could watch the show. I remember when I went for my make up Lola Falana was there, and I sat down next to her, giving her a friendly greeting, and I got absolutely no reply. So I said, well, Welcome to Hollywood. Unfortunately, I never got credit for the show, yet Albert Novian saw the show and thought I was great. When I had mentioned to my agent, JACK FIELDS, about securing the credit, all I got was that they'll offer me another show. Of course that didn't happen. The show was produced by George Schlatter of Laugh In fame. Why was that done to me and why is the assault continuing? What is being kept from me? How much money has the industry taken from me and who is reaping the financial rewards of my labor? I recall, because you have to have a good memory to be a writer, when I mailed the packet, a postal worker had said at the time of the mailing to Verdon, "The Black Bastad did it again". Could the black bastard be the Devil Himself? Know that evil does exist, and so does the Devil, and from what I have seen, it's most definetly true. Whose sins am I paying for, other than my own? Addendum to "Protecting...etc...

To complete the thoughts about the nine courts...Since I didn't complete my thought, and there's no way to change anything within the body of the content any more...I was referring to the courts being closed, including in Beverly Hills...Now one must go to Inglewood, where I won my lawsuit yet was never able to collect...I suggest American Express, which my ex-husbands daughter in law had worked as an executive, and mail was sent to my son using my address...In addition my ex husband bragged about his younger son, they don't communicate for personal reasons having to do with how chuck treated his second wife, Elsie, who he married about a day after our Mexican divorce, however, the city where we married in Verona NJ cannot find our wedding certificate, supposedly it may not have been filed, by then Minister Rev. Ulysses Jackson...There's that name again, Jackson...Jackson as in the name of Charlize Theron's alleged adopted son? So I suppose that the industry wants to spread the wealth of my hard work, which I have yet to be properly compensated, passing it on to the "black" side...All allegations of course, yet, they make sense... What did come back from the State of New Jersey regarding the marriage of Gwendolyn Mitchell to Charles Bussey during the period 09/18/1960 Vital Statistics- Correction Unit in Trenton NJ was the number of my request on 05/18/2007 and printed next to that number was printed 1kennedy...This was during my applying for the Airport Security at LAX they had requested my marriage certificate...After passing all tests they disqualified me because I had smoked pot in my 20's. So what does that mean, it could just be human error, but then again, maybe not...Maybe again, it's a plot to take what is rightfully mine...Afterall, there was a time in this country and elsewhere where husbands took all properties of their spouses, including their intellectual property...Is that what my son and ex are trying to do? Why did the second wife get the house, and everything else, and her son, who is no smarter than mine, now lives on Central Park West in New York and has several businesses, including Cold Stone Ice Cream... Could it be that this tactic is still going on? Could be, my granddaughter tells me that it's still a Man's World, I disagree, let's see, who is right, let's see how all this plays out... Nice photo of Michelle Obama, looking more healthful by the way sitting next to President Obama who I attempted to visit during my visit to South Africa, yet I did visit the Temple of Rememberence...My trip did not cost over 100 thousand as allegedly was the cost of the Obama visit...And though I was not officially titled, I did act as a positive ambassador for the US, and did not get paid, though I can assure you I will be claiming all costs for making it "better for everybody" to quote TJ Ritz who I also found lied about going to law school back east. No only did I turn down alimoney, now this may explain why my dear son said to me out of the clear blue one day, "Mom, I'm getting tired", I don't know what he meant, but I do know that he and my first daughter in law were in bankruptcy, and the second wife, who I didn't know that she and my son were married until they visited me and I saw the wedding band. Interesting that Tony had been a realtor with Prudential, or Coldwell banker in Texas, and I remember writing a check to a Tony someone or other who supposedly wanted to rent my home from a realtor named Edbland, who was a minister of a church in CAL City, and I returned the money to this "Tony" and it was all around the same time that my son and his second wife had visited and there had been inquiries about my property all of a sudden, my property near Runyon Canyon... And an offer to present me with a buyer, when I wasn't interested in selling...Could it be that my dear son, who definetly who is his father's child was trying to take my property, since the only thing I asked for at the time of my divorce, was to go back to my maiden name of Mitchell... My son, being inamored by the "weaker sex" perhaps, over promising something about his love interests. And why was my second ex daughter in law up at SAG's office recently, I know she wanted her son who is in the military, to get in to show biz, and her daughter, "Tinker" is a nurse. I did visit their home, she was a lovely hostess and I always stayed in a hotel as to not inconvenience them, as I always did with my first daughter in law, a now retired fire fighter. Must be nice to retire on a full pension...Mine keeps going down, again, another part of the plot against Senior Citizens. Stop them from working, put them in bankruptcy, and then POW, take everything, and usually the children don't want to be bothered, and the Ghouls just love it. During my trial in Inglewood where I won my case against Lana Marks, the evil individual reping Lana Marks who claimed to own bags beloning to Princess Di, happened to mention Farah Fawcett, who died unfortunately of brest cancer, was I to think that this would be my fate? That's what they wanted me to think of course...This devil of a character, who represented Lana Marks in court, and the Notice of Service was issued on 04/02/13, less than a month that I was to go to trial, and of coure leroy D Baca's name was on this Notice of Service, and M Chaidez, was the Deputy name on the service, and Arlett Merral was I believe the person representing Lana Marks in court when the judgement was entered on 04/24/2013, small claims case # 13S00339. so, the connection there, it appears, SHERIFF'S...THERE WAS A FEMALE SHERRIF INVOLVED IN MY BEATING RIGHT AFTER SHAFT, A FEMALE SHERRIF HAD GIVEN DRUGS TO ALBERT, WHICH WAS FOUND UP IN MY KITCHEN CABINET AT PARK LABREA, THEN, PETER EPSTEIN SHERRIF (PART TIME) AT MERIT FINANCIAL WHERE I WAS WRONGFULLY TERMINATED, AND THEN, LOW AND BEHOLD, ON THE CASE THAT I WON, I WAS NEVER PAID, SHERRIF LEE BACA'S NAME IS ON THE JUDGEMENT... PROTECTING WHAT IS MINE...

My novel, "In pursuit of Destiny" was copyrighted on April 27th, 2008...Though I emailed a myriad of publishers,agents, friends, etc. I find it necessary to state this, because this magnificent novel, yet to be published which I will probably be putting on an on line platform to sell, since Publishers are part of the ghoulish family and will turn you down, and then go ahead and publish your work making it some one else's which may have a name brand, it's out and out theivery...Kind of like immanent doman (remember I don't have spell check) where the Gov't can now come in and take your property, rezone it, and make it commercial, or anything they want actually... Again, it bears repeating I am 71, and now working on my projects for my own production company, and those so called A List folks with their "Identity Theft" movies etc. are all connected to these internet scams which is why I am no longer paying these outrageous bills which don't make sense, and why folks are becoming more enlightened, yes, thanks to me, I will take some credit... And while I was incarcerated at Cedars where they OD'd me on heavy medication and then transferred me to DelAmo Hospital and attempted to keep me there, while they spied on me, took items in my home, while I was in New York, the Electronic Firm Lou Piano Electronics, actually let someone in my home, and they took a brand new sweater, and other items, and Mr Piano claimed some nonsense that the Police weren't called because "You're a low priority"...Again, this is all a ruse to attempt me to become bankrupt, and to take my property...And the politicians, they are merely pawns in this... Again, Aflac, I remember, every morning someone would be calling to see if I was at the office, which I would be, and they would bait people against each other based on race, color of skin,they, Merit and all the other Companies I worked for, plus, the Novians, who treated me horribly, and the women resented me for being independent and buying my properties, since I had stopped seeing their son, Albert, the oldest, and I helped Albert, and gave to him rather than took from him and they know it. I WORKED FOR EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE, AND I BELIEVE THAT MELROSE DISCOUNT CARPET, AND ALL THAT THE NOVIANS OWNED WAS ACHIEVED BY MY NOTABILITY, NOT THEIR WORK, as stated prior, I was the one that suggested to Albert that his father should Incorporate... They treated me horribly, as if they were better than I was, and I would always tell Albert that no one was better than anyone else in this world. Also, I paid a visit to the law firm that supposedly represented his father, it is closed, Lana Marks who came on to Albert, is now supposedly in Florida, and Walter Marks who owns the building next to the old Williams Morris Office, are they related Lana Marks and Walter Marks, the woman who still owes me over $10,000. I believe that Albert benefited from our relationship giving women the idea that he was my benefactor, which was not the case. After the beating by the Rampart Division of the LAPD, with me landing in the hospital, unable to walk, though Albert was fine, though he was my "friend" and lover at the time of the beating when I was living on the top floor of Burnside Ave in Park LaBrea again which was owned by May Company where the AMPAS Museum is to be built, I say, like the Ambassador Hotel, it is bad, and I will continue to make known these facts, until I am paid. It's a new day, I am not Ava Gardner, with the street named after her, or Spaulding, the last name of the manager over at the Burbank office at Aflac. This was a systematic deviant plan particularly devised against women in particular especially those of color and various ethnicities, along with gay and lesbians, and anyone who dared to go against the system. The reason the industry and the world is benefiting from me, is because of my purity of heart and mind, something that is lacking in Hollywood. They did the same thing to Jodie Foster, free thinker, talented, Ivan Dixon who produced The Spook Who Sat By the Door a compelling novel, based on what is still going on, like for instance, Marvin Butler at Merit, and others, spooks who spy for the man, and report against the independent thinkers so they can secure their jobs to the detriment of the truly talented and productive. Also, I believe that this case without my knowledge was a class action lawsuit which is something I don't believe in, because only the attorneys make money, and I believe, that Merit, Aflac, and all my prior employers, since I was forced out of the industry by the ghouls because I refused to play their game, have come after me. Also, ask yourself, why did Nine Courts, through out Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, where the Novians reside at 1018 Crescent Drive, the old home of the great producer Stanley Kramer, the novians had purchased the home, after leaving Cadillac Ave, and again, I believe I am the one with the money, my dear mother, never told me the entire family story, and I believe that certain individuals have been getting kick back from my purchases, and services I have paid for. I remember that the owner of Presteige Motors in Encino had stated after repairing my car my old black 240Z license plate 1APR,,,that there were people that wanted to be paid after my car had been repaired, I don't know why he told me this, or what the basis of his needing to tell me this... I know my mother belonged to a entertainment union which practised discrimination and my father was a musican, and very good and they the ghouls, killed the hopes and dreams of my father and my mother who always wanted to be a dress designer, and who was raped by wealthy white men which is why she had to have abortions, and Hollywood is fully aware. They control by making you servants of their scheme... In other words, they take your soul, and some of the very people in this building where I currently have my offices, are helping them and this is more than a "misunderstanding", this is a system whose time has come to be ended, and allow the artists claim their prize for all the work, more specifically me. The stories you see on TV, Cable they have exploited from my life and from watching me... Notice how many gyms have opened because the gyms are required to give kick back, because I had always stated while working at Merit and before and after that, if you don't have your health you have nothing, and when I exposed Medicare Fraud, after my incarceration after getting Hives in 2012, and needed to be treated I was deliberately given medication twice the dosage of what it should have been, as stated to me by the pharmacist. Every place that I have lived there were electronic devices that listen to everything going on...In the Film, "Young Adult", my face and features had been superimposed on the face of the lead actress Charlize Theron, who in the film...Somethhg called ....the Huntsman, her character, the evil queen, states she wants her Muse returned..." Charlize Theron looks nothing as she had looked when she received the Oscar for "Monster"... Because I am pure of heart and mind, I was used to restore the beauty of these actors and actresses through our creator and these Ghouls are trying not to pay me...I refuse to work for anyone anymore but myself and my Productions Company and Love Std which will be located where previously stated... The Beat Goes On...

More allegations about how the Gov't, along with the insurance companies, are trying to snatch our property...Particularly with Seniors...me included of course...and sometimes unfortunately, some family members, and those by marriage, are just out to snatch everything that they can get...Isn't it totally sinful...How our morals have decayed to such an extent...I'm not exempt by the way...And I believe my ex employers, and this is an allegation, particularly insurance companies, that have lots of information...could be in on it...Mercy, mercy, me... Oh what a tangled web of deceit, and getting down right snarly (is that a word?) I don't know... Anyway have a good week-end and I will be working regarding our 90/10 Plan as well as trying to get private investors for Love Std. etc...Which will have a global prescence as you know...Don't wig out, if you are at all, regarding the "fair" fee...When I say it will be "fair", it will be...And remember, there's always room for negotiation...We are getting together with lawyers and accountants and of course we need Individuals beyond reproach... Clarification of New Password with B of A....

Understand this, that my changing my password on my Bank of America account today, does not turn GLM Productions an affiliate of Artists with Friends, aka as Gwendolyn L Mitchell in to a philanthrapy...As previously stated, those that are ready to go with their projects under Artists with Friends which was the current name when form back in Nov.2011, feel free to do so, yet do understand there will be a "fair" percentage anticipated going in to GLM Productions, aka Gwendolyn L Mitchell, with specific banks. Those that are on our team and you should know who you are based on previous contact via FAX, with attorneys and accountants, etc. Of course will also be expected to pay a 'fair percentage" for my original idea described in the Peace/Love Speech, and my 90/10 Plan sent to my accountant JohnWurts,Ron Meyer(with the names of those individuals that should be participating) at Universal, President Obama, Maria Tamburri, etc. for GLM Productions, and me acting as President for my prior corporation, GLM Productions Inc, known as Great Lasting Moments Productions, and later changed to God Loves Many, when I received notice from the state that I needed to change the name. This Hollywood Sham has been going for ages, it's like politics trying to keep the status quo...None of the so called "STARS" are anything and you can see it by the non quality of film...Actors making up their own dialogue...Even in the film screening of "Adore" was weak though the actors were good, same thing with the Butler, what Hollywood does, no matter where Hollywood is and what they have been doing is STEALING all my dialogue, actions, idea, I've been on Camera pretty much since the day I was born... NOW BECAUSE I AM THE AGE THAT I AM THEY FEEL IT'S TIME TO "KILL ME"...WELL I DON'T THINK SO, AND THE POLITICIANS HAVE LONG HAD A HAND IN THIS FOLLY... THE REAL TALENT IS HARD TO SEE, OR THEY DESTROY IT, SO THEY WANT TO MINIMIZE ME, BY GIVING WHAT IS GOD GIVEN TO ME, AND PASS THE ACCOLADES TO OTHERS, MAKING THEM OVER, CHANGING THEIR LOOKS, AND COPYING FROM THE TRUE STARS, THOSE NAMES ON THE HOLLYWOOD WALK WAY THE MOST RECENT ONES PAID TO HAVE THEIR NAMES IMPRINTED...ABOUT 5K A POP, MAYBE MORE NOW... AND HOLLYWOOD DIDN'T TAKE IN TO ACCOUNT, THAT TRUE GIFTS AND TALENT COMES FROM THE ALMIGHTY, NOT FROM WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT UP ON THE SCREEN, AND I HAVE EXPOSED THEIR SCAM...THEY WANT ME TO GO? THEY CAN GO TO HELL! THEY DID THE SAME THING TO AVA GARDNER, I REMEMBER HOW SHE LOOKED WHEN I SAW HER ENTER A BAR IN MANHATTAN, DISHEVELED WITH A LOOK OF TERROR ON HER FACE AND MY EX HUSBAND AT THE TIME CASUALLY SAID, "OH THERE'S AVA GARDNER"...LIKE IT WAS THE MOST NATURAL OCCURANCE...AND I HADN'T BEEN MARRIED FOR LONG...BUT I REMEMBER IT AS IF IT WAS YESTERDAY... AND HOLLYWOOD HAS TRIED TO DO THE SAME TO ME...BUT I'M NOT RUNNING, IF ANYTHING THOSE THAT ARE STILL TRYING TO RUN THEIR EVIL GAME WILL BE FULLY EXPOSED...AND THE BUSINESSES ETC WILL BE EXPOSED...WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT IS NOT REAL, AND THEY ARE NOW ATTEMPTING TO MAKE SURE OF GETTING THEIR REVENUE FROM YOU BY COMING UP WITH MORE TECHNOLOGY... THIS IS GOING ON ALL OVER THE WORLD AND THE MEDIA IS TO BLAME AND ALL THESE NEW GADGETS ETC, THEY'RE COMING OUT WITH, THE MORE IT INCREASES, THE LESS INDIVIDUAL POWER WILL EXIST... IT'S BOGUS...THE WHOLE THING, THEY WANT TO RUN A GAME ON ME, REMEMBER, THE OBJECTIVE IS TO CREATE TRADE...BUT ONLY A FEW WILL HAVE IN ON IT...AND I HAVE BEEN USED AS A SLAVE IN AMERICA, AND THE GHOULS ARE TRYING TO TAKE EVERYTHING I WORKED FOR, BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO MARRY, I LOVE MY WORK, WRITING, ACTING, PRODUCING AND THEY DON'T WANT ME TO HAVE THAT KIND OF POWER, AND I'M SURE THEY DO IT WITH ALL ATTRRACTIVE FEMALES THAT HAVE THE TALENT...
