I suddenly thought about purchasing a blond wig to see if the adage is true...I'm still considering it...Amazing how much emphasis we all put on hair...The texture, the color, good vs bad, etc. (And as "Seal" sings, "Who Am I To Judge You By The Color of Your Hair")...And Prince reminding us that "straight hair has no curl" I have twice in the past during my younger, cuter days, cut off all my hair...Reminder, the Creator made you perfectly...Love your perfection in yourself and in others...
What I must constantly remind myself is, that, it is what's inside that counts...The heart, the soul, and the capacity for giving and receiving love...I'm still working on it...How about you?

The Scamming of Artists and Workers Who Work on Commission...
Readers,
First I must apologize for venting on this beautiful Sunday...However, there seems to be an overly abundance of interest in regards to my securing a job, after being, wrongly fired without cause, other than the fact of my gender, which led to my suing the company, and settling out of court for an amount that was a mere fraction of what I brought in to the company in just under 3 years...The sum was approximately 8 million that I had raised ON COMMISSION ONLY SALES...When I was first hired by this company which shall go nameless due to the threat of unjustifiable financial retaliation...They were struggling...The owner praised me for bringing in large sums of money...Suddenly I was let go after developing their path to success...Earning I suspect more than folks with a college degree...
Not long after my dismissal I went to another company, also working ON COMMISSION, that was selling an identical product to the company that decided to fire me...They hired me expecting that I would bring my hundreds of clients over to their domain so they could reap the similar benefits as their competition (the company I was previously fired from) which I did not do because in my opinion, it was ethically wrong..
I had to fight for unemployment that I had paid in to during my success as a sales account representative...And after several hearings I finally was able to receive what was rightfully mine...My Unemployment Benefits...You may ask why would a company fire a person that is doing well? Which is a reasonable question. Since they had a library of my recorded pitches, they had the where withall to expand bringing in several new male account reps and opening a second office, rather than keep someone that cared more about their clients receiving what they paid for than earning commission...(Imagine that!)
Now I believe would be a good time to announce that I have been working since I was 13 (after school at HL Green) I am now 70 (Perhaps I don't look it, thanks to the grace of our Creatir and also the fact that I don't mind working, I am not a slacker...Also I watch what I eat and I excercise which many of you know by now...
However, soon after my firing I got a call from a company soliciting me for a so called job opportunity of a life time, a company that happily announces that their acronym stands for Alcholics Finally Landing A Career.and I selcome drink alcohol except on rare social occassion, (I admit it I am somewhat of a recluse)..This was B2B sales...and again I brought in more new accounts than any one else on my team...
Now I suspect, and this is an allegation, that these commission sales once they find an exceptional sales person with integrity will get rid of them, forcing we poor schleps to go door to door knocking selling insurance that promises to be of benefit to the consumer...Let me say that there are some, not in the majority unfortunately in my opinion, of Insurance Companies that are perhaps honorable...
I recently was emailed an appointment for a work fair which I attended and they had an individual that supposedly was a Career Counselor who was to interview potential candidates, this person was so heavy handed in her approach, repeatedly mentioning that they were only interested in candidates with a 4 year college degree...To sell Insurance Door to Door? I did not have the desired college degree...I spent an enjoyable summer semester in 2007 at LACC receiving an A on my final paper, and though I had been accepted to two fine institutions during the last century I did not attend either. Rather I became a working actress and like most artists, particularly Actors and Actresses (viva la difference rather than the collective swooping of both male and female gender together I prefer noting the gender difference, but that's just me)...
Getting back to my job search, of which 99.9 % of the jobs being offered today required a degree, which is upsurd in my opinion in sales...In fact I suspect that these companies are offering nothing...It's your time, gas and car being used, often paying for office space, and I believe this is directly in conjunction with our current messed up educational system, since I have been inundated with unsolicited phone calls from all over the country offering me a way to further my Education, by getting in to debt. I know I am not the only one that has been approached....Since 90% of the actors and actresses are unemployed on any given day, we actors are looked as Fodder for these companies, usually insurance companies, at least in my case, yet not all. They like the fact that actors can and do communicate, that's what we do for a living, COMMUNICATE!!! Like many trained artists we have been educated in our craft. Unfortunately due to the overwhelming amount of Reality TV shows, which in my opinion should be placed on one single cable network, and go at it, and restore true entertainment to the viewing audience. I am an actress, writer, director and producer, who has in my humble opinion like many other actors and actresses, craftspeople, etc. deserve to earn a living and if we need a 9-5 job to support us during the lean times, so be it, but make it a reasonable salaried offer! You know, I'm just saying, because you've got GREAT TALENT (not speaking of myself) going to waste when you conglomrates only concentrate on the bottom line and wonder why you feel so miserable making more than enough money than you need...HOW ABOUT GIVING TO ARTISTS AND FRIENDS!!! This is just one more reason why things need to be revamped, and how about restoring our Privacy...I spoke a manager and was told that all phone calls are recorded by phone companies, if you don't want to be recorded you must state so before hand, and of course we know that they will abide by our wishes...WE ARE FIGHTING FOR NOT ONLY OUR FREEDOMS, BUT THE FUTURE OF YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN TOO...YOUR FAMILY....AND YES, WE ARE ALL FAMILY.

Accomodating Cyclists
Driving North on LaBrea I noticed that the bike riders had no clear path which could create a potential collission between rider and car...Remember the rider has very little protection, even if wearing a helmut.

A Shot of Truth...
As I worked out at Gold's Gym this morning, doing my TXT Bootcamp led by the amazing and talented, "Taffiq", getting my warrior's body in stronger shape, since as we of all like minds realize that MIND AND BODY WORK AS ONE...
It occurred to me that WE HAVE ALL BEEN ENSLAVED...no matter where our roots, our hue, our religious, non religious, or spiritual belies, sexual predilection and least we forget the FEMALES OF THE WORLD THAT HAVE BEEN OVERBURDENED BY BEING FORCED in to subservient position for the simple fact that we were born female...AND WE ARE ALL DEMANDING OUR FREEDOM TO PURSUE A LIFE OF HAPPINESS FOR OURSEVLES AND OUR FAMILY...AND THE CITIZENS OF THE WORLD ARE FAMILY!...AND ARE UNITED BY ONE COMMON CAUSE...EARNING AND KEEPING WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY OURS AS DETERMINED BY OUR CREATOR.
We are demanding that the evil doers, those conglomerates and Satins' of Business that leave America to pursue cheaper labor across the global oceans, while enslaving the people of origin...Grabbing the tax breaks that America offers these spirit and freedom killers...
Those individuals, the artists, if you will, and artists including farmers, carpenters, care givers, indivuals that clean our homes and deliver our mail, that are free thinkers for their survival, that don't rely on Government hand-outs, however, Government takes and continues to take from the Artists of the World, i.e, the good Citizens of the World, but THIS HAS COME TO AN END, NOT TOMORROW, BUT TODAY!!!...
This has been in the works for a very long time...Governments of the World see the enemy as anyone who thinks for themselves, who works for a better day for all the good citizens of the world...ANYONE INDEPENDENT...THOSE IN BUSINESS FOR THEMSELVES HAVE BEEN SLAPPED DOWN AND TOLD TO STAY IN YOUR PLACE, BECAUSE WE HAVE THE POWER OVER YOU, BUT THESE GODLESS, SOULESS CREATURES ARE SLITHERING AWAY, CRWLING ON THE GROUND TO GET INSIDE THEIR HELLISH HOLES IN THE GROUND LIKE THE TRUE VIPERS THAT THEY ARE...YES!!!THE CHECKENS (hopefully free range, in fact, one might consider the way to go for longevity and peace of mind, a RAW DIET, perhaps)REALLY HAVE COME HOME TO ROOST...Anything with a soul, and all that believe in OUR CREATOR, from a blade of grass to the Powerful and noble "king of the jungle, and all in between, such as the flappable hummingbird, all soul based lives will be PROTECTED in order so that our future generations may be protected from AVERICE.
Recently I was hit by this realization when I went in to a FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS which I had often frequented, I noted that the environment this time was more peaceful, less chaotic and when I went to pay for the service I was accommodated by a young woman who sat next to the female owner. The owner introduced her as her niece who had worked for the business some time ago, but had only recently returned. The young woman stood and shook my hand stating it was a plesure meeting me, which told me that this young person has been properly raised and knew the importance of FAMILY. It is my belief that this family had taken back control of their business. it was back in the rightful hands where it belonged.
This is just one instance and it is happening around the world, as i had predicted in my Peace/Love Speech that all CITIZENS OF THE WORLD, are UNITED for the common cause of taking back our inalienable (God-given) rights...You see what has been forgotten by the power greedy mongers that have given themselves the power to tax you in order to maintain their lavish life style at the cost of you and your families' life style which has been deteriorating, making us all slaves that must fulfill their needs...IS THAT THEY ARE NOT IN CHARGE!!!
Actors, Writers, Directors, Musicnas, Honorable and Ethical Doctors, Lawyers,(yes, some really do exist as well as ethical Politicans) have been under seize, but that day as I stated previously has come to an end, REPLACED by hard working, independent thinkers reppresented around the world that are taking back what our Creator has already deemed as ours...REMEMBER, NONE OF US IS PERFECT, THERE IS ALWAYS THE YING/YANG factor, HOWEVER, WHEN YOUR GOD BECOMES ONLY MONEY THEN THE RESULT IS LITERALLY, HELL ON EARTH...
CITIZENS OF THE WORLD HAVE UNITED AND ARE DEMANDING THAT THE CONTROLLERS OF THESE MAJOR CONGLAMORATES AND INDIVIDUALS who have in the past raped the citizens of the world by CREATING WARS AND CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT OF HATE, again, brother, sister, cousins of different hue, RACE HATE SPEAK, creating animosity for your very family members around the world.

Beautiful Weather...
What beautiful weather we're having out here in LA...Litttle windy, but absolutely heavenly...As i had previously mentioned in a prior blogg..."I see the tide changing and the winds are blowing in our favor; good always trumps evil and this is happening now"...

A Perfect, Thriving World Without End
i see a perfect world....with love abound, the environment free from harm and all people, all flying and crawling things and the oceans inhabitants through out the world, all the oceans are clean, its inhabitants safe...our sky is free from harm and planes and passengers are safe to travel and arrive relaxed and worry free...
i see no child any where in the world going hungry. i see all children around the world happy, healthy, and being loved by family, and we are all family.... i see all people through out the entire world being sheltered i see a world where there is genuine caring through out the universe that we need not ever worry again of war, pestilence or discease and the world without end is here and now...we ask our creator for this and he has made it so
Our Creator is giving us all another chance to redeem ourselves...i have sinned and i ask for forgiveness coming from all those that i have ever harmed both knowingly and unknowingly...
i see a world where friends are available where parents help their children and children help their parents and they teach and learn from each other...
i see the world as it exists now, as one universal family and we all love and genuinely care for each other...
i see the needs of all people through out the world, North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Russia, Asia, China, India, Saudia Arabia, Iran, Australia, etc, and the Artic, Pacific, Atlantic,Indian Ocean, and the seas, greenland, norwegian, barents sea, kara sea, all the seas that exist now and are yet to be discovered being healed and all the inhabitants of the seas and oceans and all the inhabitans in the air, on the earth and in the oceans being healed forever...the quality and guantity of water is good and getting better and being directed to perfection by all of us consciously making it so.
the sickly young and old will be healed and made well and thrive and they will discover and share their knowledge for a better world...aiming towards perfection and our creator is making all this possible because of our sharing of love, knowledge, and understanding for each other, for family and we are all family.
i see all nukes disabled...i see all landmines removed...i see the people of the world finding work that will inspire and help them and all of us in creating an even better perfect world.

Killing Environment in Many of our Health Facilities
I went to visit a friend recently in a convalescent hospital and prior to entering the building I noticed a posted sign with a WARNING stating that the facility was not safe due to chemicals and other harsh materials inside the building which was hazardous to the environment.
What was also interesting was that most, if not all, of the patients were elders, and, or, the disabled.
Our taxes should go to local government to protect the security of individuals; in fact that is the main and only purpose of any government, is to protect its citizens. Unfortunately, our taxes are being derailed in to the pockets of politicians.
Politicians who don't enforce the laws already on the books, in fact, don't even read them. We the citizens deserve better.

Questions/Ideas Posed for Leveling the Global Playing Field for World Cizens
1) What would be the most practical system, or, would one have to be created to direct funds from an anticipated 90% Worldwide Earnings Financial Base, belonging, and controlled by the citizens of each country, or, possibly a one source world financial base, and what would be the best method in directing the remaining funds representing 10% of the World Financial Base to World Governments without jeopardizing the inalianable rights of the worlds' citizens?
2)Would it be possible to combine the citizens earnings globally, setting up a type of world conglamorate? With a responsible and dedicated committee made up of professionals in their specific fields of endavor dedicated to the premise of, no war, no hunger, prosperity for every world citizen and with the world revenue, we provide shelter, health care, etc to and for, above and below line labor and their families, remembering that the citizens of the world, each and every one of us, is a member of the same family...the family of mankind.
3) The citizens committee, as example, may consist of responsible highly moral individuals, be they teachers, artists, public and private business owners, etc. to carry out the needs and wishes, of the world citizens: those needs would always be determined by the Worlds' Citizens for the needs of the worlds' citizens. This may be determined by individual countries inacted by the citizens committee.
4)Unlike now, the government and governing bodies have dictated their will without consideration of the needs and will of the world citizenry...Could we reverse this premise, making the priority the needs of the world citizens rather than the primary consideration being the arbitrary fullfilment of the government and the individuals that benefit most, again, without the consideration to our true allies, THE CITIZENS OF THE WORLD.
5) A government that often times does not have the legal or moral authority to act, and popular opeinion admonishes government for not following, (in America's case, the Constitution of the United States which clearly points to the guidelines that dictate the wishes of its' citizens.)
6) How does this differ from unions? Unions force enrollment, authomatically take dues, pay union bosses, bribe political canidates, do not necessarily satisfy the needs of its members...(Similar to government raising taxes on its citizens without representing them.)
7) What is the practical financial means to connect worldwide in emplenting a financial power base to assure that the needs of the world citizens and their families are fulfilled and met, and remove the uneven and corrupted power that the governments around the world indugle themselves, giving no value what so ever to the world citizens who they claim to represent.
8) Rather, how do we legally with moral consideration, remove government powers globally, whether they be single rule by dictatorship, etc. and legally restore it to the world citizens?

SEVERAL TIMES, NO ANSWER, UNTIL I DECIDED THAT I WOULD GO, SO I SAID, “WELL GOOD-BYE”…AND SUDDENLY THIS WOMAN, OPENED THE DOOR AND SHE ASKED WHAT I WANTED…I SAID I’D LIKE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, AND SHE SAID, WELL USUALLY DURING THIS TIME ON WEEK-DAYS THERE IS NO ONE HERE, BUT YOU’RE WELCOME TO CALL BACK…

THERE WAS A TRUE LOSS TODAY FOR THOSE OF US WHO BELIEVE IN EARNING AND KEEPING WHAT WE EARN. FOR MANY THERE IS THE RECOGNITION THAT THE DEBILITATING WELFARE STATE IS DESTROYING THE UNIQUENESS OF INDIVIDUALISM, ALONG WITH THE DWINDLING OF OUR FREEDOMS THROUGH OUT THE WORLD, PARTICULARLY HERE IN THE UNITED STATES.
THIS IS HAPPENING DUE TO “PROGRESSIVES”, CODE WORD FOR THOSE WHO CONSIDER SOCIALISM, THEIR DESERT. A TERM THAT ONE OF CALIFORNIA’S ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES (INITIALS “MW”) ACTUALLY LET SLIP ON NATIONAL RADIO NOT TOO LONG AGO, ADMITTING THAT THE PROGRESSIVES OF HER PARTY WERE ACTUALLY, “SOCIALISTS”.
SOCIALISM DOESN’T BELIEVE THAT IMAGINATION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EDUCATION; THEY DON’T BELIEVE IN FREE TRADE, THEY INTENTIONALLY BELIEVE IN TAKING AWAY THE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS OF THE VERY PEOPLE THAT ELECT THEM. RATHER THESE ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES UPLOAD THE POWER OF GOVERNMENT BY HANDLING AND CONTROLLING OUR PURSE STRINGS.
LIKE GOLDA MIER, MARGARET THATCHER CAME FROM WHAT I WOULD CALL TODAY IN AMERICA AN UPPER MIDDLE CLASS BACKGROUND. HER FATHER WAS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER RESPONSIBLE FOR EARNING A LIVING FOR THE SURVIVAL OF HIS FAMILY AS WELL AS ADEQUEDLY SUPPORTING A SYSTEM THAT WOULD HELP TO BRING PROSPERITY BACK TO A WORN AND TORN COUNTRY THAT WAS CONSIDERED HOME.
IT WAS A SAD MOMENT FOR ME WHEN I LEARNED OF THE PASSING OF THE GREAT AND ENDURING “IRON LADY”, MARGARET THATCHER, A STRONG WOMAN WHO HAD THE COURAGE AND GUTS TO SPEAK HER MIND AND TO `ACT ON WHAT SHE BELIEVED IN, CHOOSING TO IGNORE ALL CONSEQUENCES; AND AS WE KNOW THERE ARE ALWAYS CONSEQUENCES.
OF COURSE MERYL STREEP WAS THE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT ACTRESS TO PORTRAY THE INCREDIBLE WOMAN WHO CARED MORE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT WERE WILLING TO WORK HARD FOR WHAT THEY EARNED, RATHER THAN THOSE WHO PREFERRED BEING LULLED IN TO THE STATE OF SHEEPLEHOOD.
AGAIN, THE CULPRITS OF SEDUCING THE VOTER WITH UNREALISTIC PROMISES OF A NON RESPONSIBLE LIFE SUPPORTED BY GOVERNMENT (NO MATTER WHERE) IS NOT WHAT PRIME MINISTER THATCHER BELIEVED. IN FACT SHE STEERED GREAT BRITAIN, AT A TIME WHEN IT WAS NOT GREAT, ON A REVERSE COURSE THAT LED TO THAT COUNTRY, LIKE THE PHOENIX, TO TAKE FLIGHT AGAIN, FROM THE ASHES.
WHAT DID SHE DO? PRIVATIZED PUBLIC COMPANIES, DISBANDED THE POWERFUL UNIONS AND THEIR CORRUPT LEADERS WHICH HAD THE POWER TO DETERMINE WHO WOULD BE ELECTED WITHOUT CONSIDERATION TO THE UNION MEMBERS WHO THEY SUPPOSEDLY REPRESENTED, ALLOWED FOR HOME OWNERSHIP OF TENANTS IN PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS…AND MORE, SO MUCH MORE. SHE WAS TRULY A FISH OUT OF WATER, SURROUNDED BY HUNGRY, MOSTLY MALE SHARKS WHO PREFERRED THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE TO THATCHER’S TAKE CHARGE, DAMN THE TORPEDOS ATTITUDE.
MARGARET THATCHER, WAS WRONGLY CRITIZED, I BELIEVE, MORE BECAUSE OF HER GENDER, RATHER THAN FOR THE PRACTICAL AND SURVIVAL BELIEFS THAT SHE DESIRED TO IMPLEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF RETURNING HER COUNTRY TO ITS FORMER GREATNESS.
SHE WAS A FEARLESS LEADER WITH PRISTINE INSTINCTS, INSTINTCS USUALLY BELONGING TO A TRULY GREAT ACTRESS, THAT SUSTAINED A VISION THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE, TO NOT ONLY HER COUNTRY, BUT TO THE WORLD.
IN MY OPINION, ALL THE WORLD SHOULD BE MOURNING MARGARET THATCHER’S PASSING BECAUSE SHE HAD A GREATNESS THAT SUPPORTED THE NOTION THAT HER COUNTRY, AND THE WORLD, COULD BE FAR BETTER THAN ITS CURRENT STATE, AND ALL ONE HAD TO DO WAS MAINTAIN THE COURSE, AND AT THE INEVITABLE TIME PASS THE MANTLE ON TO THE NEXT GREAT FEARLESS LEADER WHO WOULD WELCOME THE LOFTY CHALLENGE WITHOUT CONSIDERATION OF CONSEQUENCE, BUT RATHER, BECAUSE OF THE INALIENABLE RIGHT FOR ALL SOULS TO BE FREE, NO MATTER WHERE IN THE WORLD.
