Policies of Love Std...RE:SEXUAL HARRASSMENT

Should any "employee" experience a threat, sexual in nature implying that you must "put out" in order to get a role, that person must report that "threat" immediately and after confirming the allegation the individual who made the threat will be terminated on the spot, without warning first, due to the fact that ALL POLICIES OF LOVE STD. will be given to every one, in writing, both above and below line talent AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME. We don't need to make pseudo attorneys rich at our expense any longer for these nonsensical law suits, while the valid lawsuits are ignored or are handled via a bogus arbitration or mediation. I have found that most, if not all Human Resources are absolutely WORTHLESS, under the old regime...Rather than representing the worker, they strictly represent the business, without consideration, generally, to their employees. AGAIN, this is a long and laborious process, particularly the scrutiny of individuals and ALL INDIVIDUALS will be thoroughly checked, EVERY ONE employed by Love Std.
