OOOPS, COSTCO...PLEASE CHECK YOUR FILES...

LOCATED ON LOS FELIZ BLVD, I DISCOVERED A DEBIT SALE DATED 12-15-15 FOR MY RENEWAL TRACE #001343 APPROVED:ONLINE APPROVAL #499848 ENTRY METHOD: SWIPED BATCH #000628 FOR $55.00 IN ADDITION THE LAST DIGITS OF MY DEBIT CARD ENDING IN 5368 WAS USED. NOW, ON 3/15/15 AT 12:49PM I MISTAKINGLY RENEWED AGAIN, AND MY DEBIT CARD WAS ONCE AGAIN CHARGED ANOTHER $55.00. THE INDIVIDUAL HANDLING THE TRANSACTIOIN APPARENTLY WAS NOT AWARE THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR A YEARS SUBSCRIPTION WHEN SHE LOOKED UP MY ACCOUNT IN THE COMPUTER. THE OTHER CURIOSITY IS THE FACT THAT IT STATED ON THE SALE RECEIPT THAT I WAS APPROVED ON LINE FOR LAST YEARS' SUBSCRIPTION, WHEN ACTUALLY I HAD PAID IN PERSON. I'M HOPING THIS SLIGHT ERROR CAN BE RESOLVED ASAP, SINCE I AM CONSIDERING COSTCO AS BEING PART OF THE GLOBAL PLAN, IN ADDITION, WHILE DOING SALES FOR AFLAC IT WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT COMMUNICATING WITH THE MANAGERS THERE, YOU'VE GOT QUITE A FEW MANAGERS I SEE... I ALSO LIKE YOUR LOCATION IN BURBANK. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, SEE YOU SOON! I NEED TO GET MY CARD REPLACED WHICH WAS RECENTLY STOLEN IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE THESE DAYS, PEOPLE REFUSE TO WORK FOR WHAT THEY WANT, THEY'D RATHER STEAL FROM A SENIOR SUCH AS ME.
