FRESH & EASY...IT'S NOT

I PURCHASED SOME "FRESH" CHICKEN THIGHS ON MARCH 1ST, IN FRESH AND EASY'S HOLLLYWOOD STORE, WHICH HAD INSTRUCTIONS THAT THE CHICKEN HAD TO BE CONSUMED IN TWO DAYS...WHEN I UNWRAPPED THE CHICKEN I WAS AMAZED TO SEE THE SIZE OF THESE CHICKEN THIGHS, AS MENTIONED IN A PRIOR BLOG,TITLED, "BE AWARE" ON MARCH 2ND OF THE CURRENT YEAR, I STATED THE CHICKEN WHICH THOSE THIGHS CAME FROM WOULD'VE HAD TO BE OVER 6FT TALL...AND SUGGESTED IT CAME FROM GENETICALLY PROCESSED FOOD ON MARCH 2ND, 2015 IN THE BLOG FOR THAT DAY...AFTER PREPARING THE MEAT, BOILING IT WITH VEGETABLES, I TASTED IT, AND THE TASTE WAS BLAND, I DECIDED THAT I WOULD DISPOSE OF THE CHICKEN AND NOTICED AN UGLY BLACK INSECT, COMING FROM THE CHICKEN, AND THAT'S WHEN I DECIDED THAT I COULD NOT RECOMMEND FRESH AND EASY ON THE LIST OF GOOD FOOD CHAINS, AS I HAD WITH TRADER JOES, WHOLE FOODS, AND RALPH'S... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------MORE HAVOC COMING FROM CALIFORNIA CITY AND MY PROPERTY THERE WHICH CONSISTS OF A PAID OFF LOT AND A THREE BEDROOM TWO BATH HOUSE WITH HUGE BACKYARD WHERE PREVIOUS TENANTS WHICH HAD BEEN RECOMMENDED BY VARIOUS REALTORS, AND HAD BEEN PAID FOR THEIR SERVICES OF QUALIFYING THE TENANT, AND I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID RENT NOW FOR I WOULD SAY CLOSE TO A YEAR PERHAPS...ON TOP OF THAT THE REALTOR WHO I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR SHE AND HER HUSBAND BOTH CALLED BACK, AND BOTH EXPECTED ME TO REMAIN DOCILE AS THEY WERE GOING TO EXPLAIN THAT THEY DON'T MANAGE THE PROPERTY, BUT THEY GOT PAID FOR PUTTING AHSLEY IN THE HOUSE WHO SUPPOSEDLY HAD TWO CHILDREN, AND WAS MARRIED, WHEN I PAID A SURPRISE VISIT, THERE WERE NO CHILDREN, AND HER HUSBAND WAS THERE, AND ASHLEY SAID THEY WERE ABOUT TO GO PICK UP "THE BOYS", IT WAS AFTER 7 DARK, AND I COULD TELL BY THEIR ACTIONS THAT THEY WERE MISREPRESENTING THE TRUTH... IN ADDITION TO THAT, I WOUND UP FORFEITING A MONTHS RENT BECAUSE OF A SUPPOSED LEAK, WHICH COST ME ABOVE THE RENTAL CHARGE FOR MY HOME, NOW THERE'VE BEEN NO DECENT TENANTS IN MY HOUSE SINCE APPROXIMATELY 2004, COLDWELL BANKERS LYNN, PROVIDED A AIR FORCE GUY, WHO STAYED ABOUT 6 MONTHS, UNTIL HE FELL IN LOVE, AND HAD TO MOVE, AND LYNN AT COLDWELL I BELIEVE PULLED THE AIR FORCE GUY OUT OF THE HAT, SO TO SPEAK, BECAUSE I HAD LEFT KEYS WITH LYNN LETTING HER KNOW THAT I WAS ALLOWING A REALTOR TO TRY AND RENT THE HOUSE, WHO BY THE WAY WAS THE ONLY BLACK REALTOR IN CAL CITY, SINCE COLDWELL WAS HAVING SUCH A DIFFICULT TIME, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN, COLDWELL CAME UP WITH THE AIR FORCE GUY, AFTER THE AIR FORCE GUY, CAME 4 SO CALLED ADULTS WHO I BELIEVE BY THEIR ACTIONS THEY WERE IMMATURE...THEIR PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT WERE SKETCHY AT BEST, THERE WERE TO BE NO DOGS, I DISCOVERED THEY WERE RAISING DOGS, PIT BULLS TO BE EXACT AND THERE WAS DUNG ALL AROUND THE PROPERTY, AND I PAID QUITE A BIT TO MY HANDYMAN AND TWO OF HIS HELPERS TO PUT MY PROPERTY BACK IN A CONDITION WHICH WOULD ALLOW IT TO BE RENTED, THE NEXT TWO TENANTS, CAME FROM HIGH DESERT REALTY, THE OWNER IS THE DAUGHTER IN LAW OF A JEHOVAH WITNESS MINISTER NAMED EFFORD, OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT, WHO INTERESTINGLY ENOUGH I SAW ON MY HILLSIDE PROPERTY VISITING AN EX NEIGHBOR DAVID STEVENSON OF STEVENSON MANOR ACROSS FROM THE JEHOVAH WITNESS TEMPLE IN HOLLWOOD ON COLE ST...THE PROPERTY WAS SOLD TO ME BY STRONG MANAGEMENT THROUGH MARTHA LOPEZ, AT THE TIME THE OWNERS WERE A FAMILY WITH THREE CHILDREN WHO ALLEGEDLY WERE MOVING OUT OF STATE, TO TEXAS DUE TO A JOB OFFER TO THE HUSBAND, AT THAT TIME THE PROPERTY HAD NOT UNDERGONE THE UPGRADES THAT I SPENT PUTTING A WALL AROUND THE PROPERTY, PAINTING THE INT, AND EXT, PUTTING IN NEW PLUBMBING TILES, ETC. ETC. AT A COST OF OVER 20,000 DOLLARS AND THE WORKERS DOING THE JOB WERE LIVING ON THE PROPERTY AT THE TIME THEY WERE DOING THE WORK...WHEN THE KEYS ON THE PROPERTY WERE TO BE RETURNED TO ME, I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WORKER NOT WANTING TO RETURN THE KEYS CLAIMING I OWED THEM MONEY, THOUGH I HAD PAID THEM UP FRONT HALF OF WHAT I OWED THEM, BECAUSE THE WORKER HAD DONE SOME WORK FOR ME ON MY BALCONY, AND I HAD TRUSTED HIM, BUT HE BECAME RATHER INDIGNANT WHEN I SAID WHERE ARE MY KEYS TO THE HOUSE, AND HE POINTED TO THE CAR WHERE ANOTHER OLDER WORKER HAD THE KEYS, AND HE GOT OUT OF THE CAR, AND CONFRONTED ME ABOUT PAYING THEM, AND I TOLD HIM, IF HE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY KEYS AND I HAD PAID THEM IN FULL AT THAT POINT I WOULD CALL THE POLICE, AND I STOOD MY GROUND, HE RETURNED TO THE CAR WITH MY KEYS OF MY HOUSE ON 7813 QUEZON, CAL CITY 93505, AND THAT'S THE LAST I SAW OF THESE THREE "GENTLEMEN"...SO THIS HOUSE HAS CAUSED ME UNBELIEVABLE AMOUNTS OF PROBLEMS FROM THE GET GO, I INTEND TO KEEP THE HOUSE, AND I NEED A GOOD TENANT...ALSO GETTING BACK TO EDDORD, A JEAHOVAH'S WITNESS MINISTER WHOSE REAL ESTATE OFFICE WAS NEXT TO THE POST OFFICE, AND SHE SUPPOSEDLY HAD A TENANT BY THE NAME OF STUART,SIR NAME, WHO ALLEGEDLY HAD LIVED IN CAL CITY BEFORE AND HAD BEEN LIVING WITH HIS DAUGHTER, SOMEWHERE BACK EAST, AND DECIDED TO RETURN TO CAL CITY AND WANTED TO RENT MY HOUSE, THAT TOO TURNED OUT BADLY, AND I AM TAKING THE TIME TO INFORM ALL THE OUT OF STATE OWNERS IN CAL CITY WHO HAVE BEEN KEEPING THE PLACE ALIVE(BARELY) SINCE WE TAKE ON ALL THE FINANCIAL OBLIGATION, AND THE RENTERS THAT ARE PROVIDED, AT LEAST IN MY CASE, HAVE ME SPENDING AND BEING CHARGED FOR ADVERTISING EVERY TIME A TENANT LEAVES, AND AD GOES IN THE PAPER, I PAID HALF THE RENT AS A FEE EVERY TIME A NEW TENANT RENTS, AND I HAVE CONTRIBUTED FINANCIALLY QUITE A BIT TO THE CITY AND WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED THERE I WAS INFORMED BY ONE OF THE LOCALS, "I KNOW WHO YOU ARE, I HAVE INTERNET", I HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS SPEAKING OF, I ALSO SPENT MONEY ON HAVING MY PROPERTY ASSAYED OVER ON SOUTH LOOP, I HAVE HAD GRASS PUT IN TWICE, AND HAVE HIRED HANDY MEN TO CUT THE GRASS, SO NOT ONLY HAVE I HAD A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF FINANCIAL LOSES, BUT I BELIEVE THOSE LOSSES WERE A DEVICE TO BRING MONEY IN TO THAT ZIP CODE, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY, AND AGAIN, THE SECULAR MOVEMENT, AND ORGANIZED RELIGION, IT'S NO ACCIDENT THAT I ALLEGE THE JEHOVAH WITNESS CONTINGENCY IS PART OF THE REASON FOR MY BEING DUPED OUT OF SO MUCH MONEY, THE HOUSE WAS A MONEY PIT FROM THE BEGINNING, AND THERE IS NO SUBSTANTIAL REASON WHY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN UNLESS THE SITUATION WAS DELIBERATELY CONTRIVED...IN ADDITION A NEIGHBOR CLAIMED THAT A FEMALE SHERRIF FROM LAMPOC HAD HER NEPHEW STAYING IN MY HOME RENT FREE FOR ABOUT A MONTH, AND THIS WAS WHEN HI-DESERT REALTY HAD THE KEYS AND SUPPOSEDLY WAS LOOKING FOR A TENANT... I ALLEGE BASED ON RECENT INFORMATION GIVEN THIS EVENING BY KATHY STRONG, THAT SHE EXPECTS ME TO PAY TO HAVE THE TENANT EVICTED, SINCE KATHY SAID THAT SHE OR DIANNE SHANNON WENT BY AND THERE IS SOMEONE LIVING THERE, AND HER OFFICE RECOMMENDED EXPRESS EVICTION, NOW WHAT IS INTERESTING IS THAT A CLIENT OF MINE FROM MERIT FINANCIAL IN SANTA MONICA, WHO LOVED TO CALL ME "SISTAH", ASKED ME OUT OF THE BLUE IF I HAD THE NAME OF AN EVICTION SERVICE, AND I SAID I CAN FAX YOU THE INFORMATION AND I DID, SINCE SHE SUPPOSEDLY WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH HER TENANTS. I WILL HOLD THE NAME OF MY CLIENT IN RESERVE AT THIS POINT, BUT WOULD BE HAPPY TO DIVULGE WHO THAT INDIVIDUAL, SHE AND HER HUSBAND ARE...WHICH IS WHY I RECOMMENDED THAT ALL OF MY CLIENTS, THAT I HAD RAISED FROM ALL THE COMMISSION ONLY JOBS, THOUGH THERE WAS THE PROMISE OF PROFIT SHARING, AND THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HOURLY FEES PAID, WHICH WERE NOT, THIS OCCURRED BECAUSE I ALLEGE TO HAVE BEEN BLACK LISTED AND GREY LISTED IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY, SUCH AS IT WAS AT THE TIME.
