CLUES ON THE ALLEGED EVICTION & PERSONAL SERVICE

THE DOC "CH-200" WITH ALL ITS SPLENDID FOIBLES. NO ACCIDENT THA THE CASE # STARTS WITH THE LETTERS"BS"...ALSO THE "YOU'RE FAT OFFICER NIKIKI ABSKHARON" WHO WAS NOT THE SERVER BUT ONE OF THE OFFICERS WHO HAD ARRIVED ON 9/15/2015 WHO LET SLIP AFTER INFORMING ME THAT SHE HAD A HOME WHICH SHE HAD GOTTEN VIA MEANS OF FORECLOSURE AND SHE SAID, "THERE'S NO CRIME ABOUT THAT". MY RETORT, "IT IS IF IT'S A CONTRIVANCE." JIM WHITE'S DECLARATION ABOUT BEING EMPLOYED BY GOLDEN ESTATE MANAGMENT AKA GE MNGMNT MEANS THAT JIM WHITE AN ALLEGED OWNER OF THE UNIT ON THE TOP FLOOR IS GETTING A SALARY. WHICH IS IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THE CC&R'S. I HAD SERVED ON THE BOARD WHEN THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAD BEEN HOA MANAGEMENT OWNED BY SANDY BRYZINSKI AND RUN BY "BOB" BERKOFF, IF MEMORY SERVES ME WELL, BOB BERKOFF WAS A COWORKER OF MINE AT TOPZ RESTAURANT AND NEITHER OF THE MEN ARE REMOTELY SIMILAR. AND I WAS COERCED TO SERVING THREE TIMES DURING MY 23 YEARS LIVING THERE AND OWNERSHIP. COERCED BECAUSE I WAS ALSO WORKING TO PAY MY RE TAXES, HOA DUES, SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, WORKING AS A SALES REP WITH VARIOUS FIRMS WHO ONLY OFFERED COMMISSION, THOUGH IT IS ILLEGAL TO HAVE A REGISTERED REP AND OR SALES REPRESENTATIVE OR ANYONE TO WORK WITHOUT AN HOURLY WAGE. I HAD NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT SERVING ON THE BOARD. AS DID I ALLEGE TERRY TUNDER, DAVID STEVENSON, INGRID VAN ARNHEM AND HER ALLEGED SPOUSE GRAHAM MILLER WHO WERE THE FIRST PRESIDENT AND VP RESPECTIVELY OF THE HOA TO SERVE ON THE BOARD. AFTER MY FIRING "WITHOUT CAUSE" FROM MERIT FINANCIAL AKA SEACOAST COINS IN 2010 STILL BEING OWED PROFIT SHARING GIVEN TO THOSE WHO HAD WORKED FOR TWO YEARS AND I BELIEVE THAT JASON BARKER HAD BEEN GIVEN MY PROFIT SHARING. I WAS ALSO OWED $900 FROM "MARVIN BUTLER" WHO TOOK MY COMMISSION AND THIS ACTION WAS ALLOWED MY PETER EPSTEIN. ALSO AFTER MY DISMISSAL FROM MERIT, I TOOK THE INSURANCE EXAM AND PASSED AT AFLAC. THE FIRST YEAR I HAD BROUGHT IN OVER TWENTY CLIENTS AND THEY REWARDED ME WITH ONE STOCK SHARE. AFTER WORKING FOR 16 MOS AT AFLAC I QUIT BECAUSE OF WHAT I CONSIDERED TO BE UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND THE FACT THAT I WASN'T MAKING ANY MONEY DUE TO THE FACT THAT ONCE AN APPOINTMENT HAD BEEN SET BY ME, THOSE IN CHARGE WOULD ALLOW A MORE SEASONED SALES REP TO SNATCH THE APPOINTMENT AWAY JUST TO GET THE QUICK MONEY OF COMMISSION AND THE CLIENT UNFORTUNATELY WOULD HAVE NO ONE TO TURN FOR FOLLOW UP. THEREFORE THERE WAS AN EXORBITANT RATE OF TURN OVER AS WELL AS CUSTOMERS WHO HAD NO SUPPORT IN FILING A LEGITIMATE CLAIM WITH THE AFLAC OFFICE IN BURBANK. WHILE AT AFLAC THE COMPANY DOUBLE BILLED MY DEBIT CARD FROM BANK OF AMERICA THE BRANCH AT OGDEN AND SUNSET HERE IN LOS ANGELES FOR OVER FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING THE MATTER STRAIGHTENED OUT. I RECALL THE BANK OF AMERICA REPRESENTATIVE WHO WAS HELPFUL SAID THAT IT APPEARED THAT AFLAC HAD NO KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO SIMPLY REVERSE CHARGES REGARDING THE MATTER. SOON AFTER I WAS NO LONGER WORKING COMMISSION JOBS I HAD NOTICED THAT THE MAINTENANCE IN THE BUILDING HAD DECREASED SUBSTANTIALLY. AND MANY OF THE ALLEGED ORIGINAL OWNERS SUCH AS MATTHEW MCGEE, LUC BESSON, ACTRESS NICOLE ECKHART'S BRITISH MOTHER WHO HAD ATTENDED A HOA MEETING COMPLAINING HOW POORLY THE SO CALLED GARDEN WAS BEING CARED FOR, SOON AFTER HER DAUGHTER SOLD HER UNIT FOR OVER THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND. AND I WONDERED IF MATTHEW MCGEE HAD EVEN OWNED THE UNIT HE SOLD, WHICH WAS THE CASE OF THE OTHERS AS WELL. MANY RECEIPIENTS HAVING SIMILAR NAMES TO THE MEDICAL STAFF AT USC SUCH AS DR NANCY MCDONALD. NOT ONLY DID MCGEE FILE FOR FINANCIAL AID AFTER THE EARTHQUAKE BUT SOLD HIS UNIT ABRUPTLY WITHOUT HIM BEING A LEGAL OWNER, AS MANY IN THE BUILDING I ALLEGE HAD. INCLUDING SALLY WOLF, HER DEAD HUSBAND DON WOLF POSSESSING THE SAME NAME AS MY AGENT AT CMA IN NEW YORK WHO SUDDENLY BECAME "DOM" AND NOW OCCUPIED THE UNIT FOR SALE AT COLDWELL BANKER ON THE THIRD FLOOR. THESE INDIVIDUALS NOT ONLY HAD ME PAYING FOR EVERYTHING, BUT ALSO PIMPED ME OUT TO MY DATES AND I HAD NO IDEA THAT THIS WAS OCCURRING UNTIL I BEGAN LOOKING THROUGH PAPERWORK WHICH I HAD IGNORED DUE TO MY BEING INVOLVED WITH MAKING A LIVING SINCE I HAD BEEN BLACK AND GREY LISTED FROM THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY. I ALSO DISCOVERED PAPERWORK ON THE LAWSUIT OF GWEN MITCHELL VS ORION ET AL, EXONERATING ORION FROM ANY CULPABILITY IN MY SABOTAGE THAT HAD LASTED FOR SIXTY PLUS YEARS. BACK TO JIM WHITE'S DECLARION FOR "SHORT TITLE: HILLSIDE GARDENS HOA V. MITCHELL. A FULL NAME WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR THE ALLEGED DEFENDANT AND ALSO SINCE I OWN THE UNIT 205 IF I HAD REASON TO BREAK THE WINDOW TO ENTER MY DEN TO FINISH REVISIONS ON MY NOVEL, IT IS MY BUSINESS. ALSO THE ALLEGED OWNER IN 204 AND I NEVER HAD WORDS BECAUSE HE NEVER APPEARED WHICH IS CLEARLY A LIE AND IT WAS JIM WHITE WHO KEPT SCREAMING THE EPITAPH THAT I WAS A DOG IN HEAT, I DID NOT ACT BELLIGERENT. I ALLEGE THAT JIM WHITE IS AN IMPOSTER POSING AS AN OWNER OF UNIT THAT HE HAD TAKEN OVER FROM LUC BESSON, ALLEGED FRENCH FILM DIRECTOR LUC BESSON ALLEGED FRENCH DIRECTOR...I SAY ALLEGED BECAUSE I DO RECALL A NEW YORK ACTOR THAT WAS LIVING AT THE MONTECEITO AT THE TIME WHOSE FIRST NAME IS BESSON WHO BECAME QUITE BELLIGERENT WITH ME ONE DAY CALLING ME "UGLY" AND I HAD NO IDEA WHY THE SUDDEN OUTBURST OF COURSE HE HAD A RIGHT TO HIS OPINION BUT IT SEEMED TOO BIZARRE THAT HE WOULD SUDDENLY VERBALLY ATTACK ME FOR NO REASON. THIS JIM WHITE WHERE MATTHEW SPALDING AN ELEMENTARY CLASSMATE OF MINE AT PS 25 IN YONKERS NEW YORK, WHOSE PRINCIPLE WAS MR TOWNSEND AND VP WAS MR D'AGOSTINO. I ALLEGE THAT PERHAPS THEY AND OTHERS CHOSE TO USURP THEIR POWER IN AN ATTEMPT ALONG WITH OTHERS TO STEAL MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES RIGHT FROM UNDER MY NOSE. THE ATTEMPT ENABLED PERHAPS BY SALLY WOLF WHO SET UP THE CONTRIVANCE WITH OTHERS ALONG WITH HER BUDDY GREY DAVIS WHICH IS HOW I ALLEGE SHE WAS ABLE TO LIVE FREELY IN THAT CONDO CALLED THE CONTINENTAL FOR YEARS AS SHE AND OTHERS HAVE AT MY EXPENSE AT HILLSIDE GARDENS. OR, ARE THEY ANGELS IN DISGUISE, NON WINGED CHARLATONS WANTING A PIECE OF THE ACTION DECIDING TO SNATCH PERHAPS THE ENTIRE PIE FOR THEMSELVES RAVENOUSLY CONSUMING DESSERT AFTER DESSERT WITHOUT OFFERING ME ANY OF THE LEFT OVER CRUMBS.
