THANKS TO THE SECULAR MOVEMENT CREATED BY ORGNIZED RELIGION, MIKE STERONG, THE HUSBAND OF KATHY STRONG REALTY THAT SOLD ME THE THREE BEDROOM, TWO BATH HOUSE AT 7813 QUEZON AVE. CAL CITY, 93505, IN 2003 HAS MIKE STRONG INC. CONSTRUCTION DIVISION OF THE CHAOF COMMERCE...WHY IS THIS RELEVANT, POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST, PERHAPS?
KATHY STRONGSELLS ME THE HOUSE THROUGH MARTHA LOPEZ, HER AGENT. LOOKING AT A COPY FROM THE TITLE COMPANY "FIRST AMERICAN TITLE":4540 CALIFORNIA AVE. STE 100, BAKERSFIELD, CA 93309, ORDER NUMBER WAS ISSUED WHICH IS 1501-808154(GM) COINCIDENCE PERHAPS THAT MY INITIALS ARE THE SAME AS THE TITLE OFFICER: GREG (LIKE IN MORRIS) MENDOZA: EMAIL:grmendoza@furstam.com... WHEN I WAS CONTEMPLATING DOING A SHORT SALE WHICH WELLS FARGO BANK STATED COULD BE DONE, AND THEN RESCINDED; THE CONTRACT PERSON WAS A gmendozza that was then working for COLDWELL BANKERS, THE REALTOR THAT FOUND TENANTS THAT NEVER WORKED OUT, ALONG WITH OTHER REALTORS, HIGH DESERT REALTY. LYNN AT COLDWELL BANKER PROVIDED THE AIR FORCE GUY WHO STAED SIX MONTHS WHO FELL IN LOVE AND BROKE HIS LEASE. THIS WAS DELIBERATE AND A WAY OF HAVING OUT OF TOWN OWNERS LEFT HOLDING THE BAG AND REPEATEDLY HAVING US SHELL OUT MONEY CONTINUOUSLY...SUCH AS HOLES IN THE PROPANE TANK, BUILDING OF A CONCRETE WALL, REPLACING GRASS, ETC. ETC. ETC.
I BELIEVE THESE SCENARIOUS WAS SET UP FOR ME TO LOSE THE HOUSE FROM THE BEGINNING OF MY PURCHASING IT. YET THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN AND I HAVE REQUESTED THAT ASHLEY MCGILL WHO PRETENDED TO BE MARRIED WITH TWO CHILDREN, WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. THIS TENANT WAS PROVIDED BY MIKE AND KATHY STRONG BY THE WAY, AND HER ASSISTANT SHANNON FAXED ME THE SO CALLED DOCS AND CORRIE MCGILL'S PICTURE ON HIS DRIVERS' LICESENCE MADE HIM APPEAR TO BE BLACK, AND I WAS MIDLY SURPRISED WHEN I PAID A SURPRISE VISIT AND SAW THAT ASHLEY AND CORRIE WERE BOTH CAUCASIAN AND THOUGH LATE AT NIGHT, THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD TO GO PICK UP THEIR BOYS THAT EVENING, THE ONLY "CHILDREN" I SAW WERE TWO CATS, FOUR LEGGED, BY THE WAY.
ASHLEY IS NOW LIVING IN MY HOME RENT FREE DESPITE MY ASKING KATHY STRONG TO GET THE KEYS AND I ALSO TEXTED ASHLEY FOR HER TO PAY HER RENT WITH ALL LATE FEES OR GET OUT, WHILE WELLS FARGO COTINUES ITS DEVIOUS PURSUIT IN BILKING ME OUT OF MY REAL ESTATE AND MONEY, THE ONLY INCOME COMING FROM MY SAG/AFTRA PENSION AND SOCIAL SECURITY, WHICH ARE TOO LOW BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I EARNED, AND AGAIN MY MONEY IS ACCOMMODATING THE SECULAR MOVEMENT, WHICH HAD WEST HOLLYWOOD SEASEED(PHONETIC SPELLING) FROM LOS ANGELES THIS INFO TOLD TO ME BY AN OLD OLD FRIEND, A NOVIAN WHO SAID HE'D BEEN INTERVIEWED ON TV AND SOMEONE ASKED WHAT HE THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND HE HAD SAID, "GOOD IDEA, YOU'LL MAKE LOTS OF MONEY", NOW ALBERT AND HIS FAMILY BELONG TO THE JEWISH TEMPLE IN WEST WOOD, JUST EAST OF THE SOPPHARDIC JEWISH TEMPLE, AND OF COURSE, I WOULD THINK THAT SOME OF THE JEWISH COFFERS CAN BE FOUND IN, GUESS WHERE? WESTWOOD, WEST HOLLYWOOD, HOLLYWOOD, ALL OVER...ALL SUPPOSITION OF COURSE ON MY PART, BUT...MAKES SENSE, RIGHT? SO AGAIN, CALIFORNIA CITY CONTINUES ITS SCAM OF BILKING OUT OF TOWERS OUT OF THEIR MONEY AND ANY ANTICIPATED PROFITS FROM THE LOCALS, OR SHOULD I SAY, YOKELS IN THE AREA...OH GWEN THAT WASN'T VERY NICE...TRUE, BUT YOU THINK UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES IT'S JUSTIFIABLE, THINK, BEFORE SPEAKING, OR DON'T SPEAK, JUST THINK. BACK TO THE PAPERWORK: THE PRIOR OWNER WAS RODRIGUES AND AS BUYER IT HAS ONLY MY LAST NAME AS THE TITLE HOLDER, MAKING IT EASY FOR ANYONE WITH THE LAST NAME OF MITCHELL TO REPRESENT THEMSELVES AS THE OWNER, EITHER GENDER AS WELL/

IT APPEARS THAT A DOCUMENT RECORDED ON APRIL 11, 2002 AS INSTRUMENT 02-57035 OFFICIAL RECORDS SHOWS THE RODRIQUEZ AND HIS WIFE JUANA RECEIVED THE PROPERTY FROM JAMES F CALLAN, AND BARBARA CALLAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE. AND WERE JOINT TENANTS (FOUR ADULTS LIVING IN THAT HOUSE, REALLY?)
I ALGO ALLEGE THERE HAS BEEN A HISTORY OF ILLEGAL SWAPING OF OWNERS STARTING AS FAR BACK AS 1952 (BEFORE THE HOUSE WAS BUILT) BY A "RACHEL MITCHELL'(RM) SUPPOSED WIDOW, QUITE CLAIMED ANY AND ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST TO ENTER UPON USE, DRILL INTO OR THOUGH" -
(GOOD WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT- THIS PERSON RM MAY NOT HAVE EVEN PAID ANY MONEY- NO FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION, YET, THIS "ILLEGAL" PROCEEDURE GAVE HER THE "RIGHT" TO ALL VALUE OF THE LAND THAT SHE NEVER PAID FOR) AND POSSIBLY EVEN THE HOUSE WHICH DIDN'T EXIST AT THE TIME...IS THIS LEGAL?- I HAVE ALL THE RISKS- AND SOMEONE HAVING NO INVESTMENT INTEREST CAN HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO MY PROPERTY, DOES THAT SOUND LEGAL TO YOU?
I ALSO OWN OUT RIGHT TAX PARCEL 205-102-11 TRACT 2069 LOT 214, THIS PROPERTY IS FULLY PAID OFF AND IS SECURED. AGAIN THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO SWIPE MY REAL ESTATE, WHICH WILL NOT OCCURR NOW THAT THE SABBATOGE HAS BEEN EXPOSED GLOBALLY.

I THINK WE NEED ALL THE GOOD CONTRACTORS WE CAN FIND, SO THEREFORE, I'VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT NOT USING THE ABOVE CONTRACTORS, IF IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY ARE HONEST AND REPTUABLE AND PERHAPS HAVE BEEN "VICTIMS OF CIRCUMSTANCE" AS MYSELF.
HENRY GAUSE HAD BEEN PRESIDENT OF CAL CITY LANDOWNERS ASSOC AND APPEARED TO BE EXTREMELY HONEST AND UNFORTUNATELY HAS BEEN REPLACED, I SUGGEST IF POSSIBLE , IF HE DESIRES, TO HAVE HIM REINSTATED. AN EXAMPLE OF HIS INTEGRITY WAS SUPPORTED BY HIM SENDING ME IN WRITING AN ANSWER TO MY QUESTION AS TO WHETHER I SHOULD DEVELOP MY LOT, AND HE SPOKE OF THE DEPRESSED AREA OF CAL CITY AND HOW IT HAD BEEN THAT WAY FOR VERY LONG SO "NOW WOULD NOT BE THE TIME TO DEVELOP MY PROPERTY"...SO THAT'S WHAT I BASE MY OPINION ON, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR LISTENING.
