AN APPEAL TO ALL SALES PERSONS

PLEASE, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UPSELL ME TODAY, WHICH WAS A NOTORIOUS TACTIC AT THE MARKETING PLACE THAT HAD BEEN LOCATED AT 5757 WILSHIRE, THE SAME BUILDING WHERE PINNACLE AGENCY USED TO BE HOUSED. IF YOU DIDN'T "UPSELL" THEY WOULD SEND YOU HOME. THERE WERE MANY ACTORS AND ACTRESSES THERE, AND THE SO CALLED INDIVIDUALS IN CHARGE, MANY WHO HAD NO HEART FOR THE SALE. I PERSONALLY RESENT WHEN SOMEONE ATTEMPTS TO UPSELL ME, YOU NEED TO ASK FIRST, IF THE CUSTOMER IS EVEN OPEN TO LISTENING TO YOU IN PURCHASING SOMETHING ELSE. ALSO, BE FOREWARNED, I EXPECT EXCELLENT SERVICE, WITHOUT YOU CONSIDERING WHAT YOUR TIP MAY BE, BECAUSE IT IS JUST AS DANGEROUS TO OVERTIP AS TO LEAVE NO TIP AT ALL. BECAUSE IF YOU'RE A PROFESSIONAL SALES PERSON, YOU SHOULD WANT TO GIVE THE BEST SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER WHO HAS DECIDED TO SPEND THEIR PRECIOUS TIME WITH YOU. THE SALES PERSON WHO IS ONLY DOING IT FOR THE TIPS, THEY NEED TO GET OUT OF THE PROFESSION OF SALES, AND GO WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT BURACRACEY. SALES HAD BEEN AT ONE TIME A NOBLE PROFESSION WHERE THE GOAL FOR THE SALES PERSON WAS MORE THAN SELLING THE PRODUCT. IT WAS BENDING OVER BACKWARDS TO PLEASE YOUR CUSTOMER. I WAS A SALES PERSON FOR THE MOST DIFFICULT TYPE OF SALE, AND THAT WAS TO CREATE THE SALE. WALK IN CUSTOMERS ALREADY BOUND TO PURCHASE IS NOT A DIFFICULT SALE AND SHOULD NOT NECESSARILY REQUIRE ANY TIP UNLESS UNDER UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES. I HAVE NOT BEEN GETTING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, MOST OF THE TIME I'M GETTING A BUMS RUSH, AND CONVERSATION WHICH SOUNDS INSINCERE AND DIALOGUE WHICH SOUNDS LIKE MY OWN, SO WHO EVER IS TRAINING THESE SALES PEOPLE, NEED TO USE THEIR HEART, PROVIDED THEY HAVE ONE, AS OPPOSED TO THINKING FIRST OF THEIR TIP. ARTISTS, CELEBRITIES,SENIOR CITIZENS, FAMILIES, ETC. ARE CONSTANTLY BECOMING PREY TO THESE HACKS THAT DARE CALL THEMSELVES SALESPEOPLE. GET OUT NOW BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE, AND BECOME A POLITICIAN, THAT MAY BE THE PROFESSION BEST SUITED FOR YOU. IF SOMEONE TIPS OR DOESN'T TIP, YOU SHOULD WISH THEM A GOOD DAY, RATHER THAN BYE(BUY) IT'S OVERDONE TO THE POINT OF NAUSEUM. SALES IS A NOBLE PROFESSION AND "AN ART", AND THIS ADVICE GOES TO SO CALLED TALENT AGENTS, THAT TOO REQUIRES A PERSON WITH A HEART BEAT, WHICH MANY THAT I AM ENCOUNTERING ARE LACKING.
