THEIR GAUL IS ONLY EXCEEDED BY THEIR STUPIDITY...

I STOPPED BY TO PICK UP THE GRANT DEED THAT HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM THE "GRASSY KNOLL" ON POINSETTIA PLACE ON DECEMBER 23, 2015. I HAD RECEIVED THE COPY FROM "JULIA" VERY HELPFUL, WHO WAS KIND ENOUGH TO HAND ME A COPY OF THE GRANT DEED DATED DEC. 2013. THE ORIGINAL PURPOSE FOR THE RE CONVEYANCE WAS TO SATISFY A REVERSE MERGER THROUGH GENERATION MORTGAGE OUT OF ATLANTA. GA. BY THE WAY WHILE IN NEW YORK WITH OBAMA ACTIVELY GIVING ORDERS FOR ALL REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES TO BE ALTERED I WITNESSED KATIE HOLMES, NOTHING MORE THAN A COVER, STANDING IN THE DOORWAY OF THE NEW APARTMENTS ACROSS FROM CENTRAL PARK, AND HOW IN THE HELL DID SHE GET THE RIGHT TO MOVE ON UP WITHOUT PAYING FOR ANYTHING, I DON'T CARE IF HER ALLEGED FATHER IS AN ATTORNEY, HOOKED UP TO SCIENTOLOGY I ALLEGE, OR AN OUTFIT THAT RUNS ITS AFFAIRS DISORDERLY LIKE ALL ALLEGED RELIGIONS INCLUDING JEHOVAH WITNESSES, 7TH DAY ADVENTIST, THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, METHODIST, BAPTIST, ETC. AFTER MEETING HIM IN THE GARAGE OF MY HOME OF 23 YEARS WHERE I HAD PAID MY MORTGAGE, SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, TAXES, ETC TO VARIOUS VENDORS PROVIDED BY ROBERT P KORDA, PRESIDENT AND "MISS ERIKA HOMES, INC." A CORPORATION, PARTNER"...SHE TOO AS HER BROTHER IS THE PRESIDENT OF KORDA HOMES, A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP AKA "R.P.K.DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION", "A CORPORATION, PARTNER" WHICH EXISTS OUT OF NORTH RIDGE. CA. THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED ON THE "PARTNERSHIP GRANT DEED":. WHAT CATCHES THE EYE IS THE FACT THAT WHAT I HAD PAID IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,540.00 HAD BEEN CROSSED OUT, AFTER THE FACT, REPLACED WITH AN AMOUNT OF $1.00 THIS WAS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS, RECORDERS OFFICE LOS ANGELES, COUNTY CALIFORNIA AT APPROXIMATELY 4PM AND 31 SECONDS ON MARCH 25TH, 1992. I HAD PURCHASED THE CONDO IN FEBRUARY 1992. THIS DOCUMENT SHOWS THAT I HELD TITLE TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7218 HILLSIDE AVE. #205, LOS ANGELES, CA 90046. THE DOCUMENT IS 92-503909. WHAT BLATANTLY APPEARS IS THE ILLEGAL CHANGING OF AMOUNTS RECEIVED TWO CHECKS ONE FOR $302.50 AND THE SECOND $1,237.50, CLEARLY THIS IS ILLEGAL AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN, OF VIEWING THIS DOCUMENT. PAGE 2 OF THE SAME NUMBERED DOCUMENT 92-503909 SIGNED BY "LILLY E POLLOCK" DATED JANUARY 31, 1992...POLLOCK AS IN THE DIRECTOR PRODUCER OF THE SAME SIR NAME, AND PERHAPS "LIBBY" IS HIS SPOUSE OR DAUGHTER. THIS WOULD INDICATE HOW THE "MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE" WERE ABLE TO GET FINANCING FOR THEIR PROJECTS WITHOUT ANY RISK, SWOOPING IN AND SNATCHING WHAT DOESN'T BELONG TO THEM, AND KEEPING IT QUIET UNTIL IT IS TIME TO STRIKE, WHICH THEY DID, ILLEGALLY ON A DOCUMENT STATING THAT MY PROPERTY WENT THROUGH PUBLIC AUCTION ON 09-11-2015 IN THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES WITHOUT ME BEING NOTIFIED THOUGH TWO ADDRESSES WERE AVAILABLE. THE DEED OF TRUST ANNOUNCING THAT THE SECOND PARTY BEING THE HIGHEST BIDDER OF SUCH SALE BECAME THE PURCHASER OF SAID PROPERTY AND PAID THEREFORE TO SAID TRUSTEE, THE AMOUNT BID BEING $622,500.00 IN "LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES". IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE SAID FIRST PARTY HAS EXECUTED THIS CONVEYANCE ON 09-11-2015 "TITLE TRUST DEED SERVICE COMPANY SIGNED BY "ERROL STILLMAN, PRESIDENT". THIS INDIVIDUAL I ALLEGE IS A FELON NOT LEGALLY LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BUT ENTERED THE COUNTRY AS ONE OF THE MANY INGRATES UNDER WITNESS PROTECTION AND OR, HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICE, EITHER OR, OR BOTH. THE FIRST PARTY AS IS STATED IN THE SECOND PAGE OF THE "TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE RECORDING REQUESTED BY TITLE TRUST DEED SERVICE COMPANY, MAIL TAX STATEMENTS TO AND WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO""ASC" PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT LLC, 13412 VENTURA BLVD. #220, SHERMAN OAKS, CA 91423, WHICH MAY BE LOCATED IN THE SAME BUILDING AS TJ RITZ THE ATTORNEY WHO TOOK MY CASE MITCHELL VS MERIT FINANCIAL AND MADE IT A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WITH THE INCORRECT VENUE IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, RATHER THAN WHERE THE CRIME TOOK PLACE IN SANTA MONICA, ON ARIZONA. ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE WELLS FARGO BANK BUILDING, ACROSS FROM THE "PAINTED TURTLE" ANOTHER DEVIANT I ALLEGE SECURING FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSES OF BRIBING CHARLATAN OFFICIALS WHO JUST MAY BE THE VERY PEOPLE PIMPING ME OUT ALSO CULPABLE IN THIS LAWSUIT WHICH WAS A WRONGFUL TERMINATION BY MERIT FINANCIAL, ET AL. IN ADDITION I HAD PAID ALL LEGAL FEES WITH THE DELIBERATE OMISSION ON RITZ'S PART THAT HE WAS REPRESENTING OTHERS INCLUDING MARVIN BUTLER, WHO ENJOYED A FREE RIDE AT MY EXPENSE. TJ RITZ SHOULD BE DISBARRED, IF INDEED HE EVEN HAS A LICENSE THAT WOULD SUGGEST THAT HE PASSED THE CALIFORNIA BAR. THE SAME HOLDS TRUE FOR DAVID SHAUB NOW HEADQUARTERED IN NEW YORK LIVING IN THE SAME BUILDING AS ROCHELLE OLIVER AND HER COME ALIVE HUSBAND JAMES PATTERSON AND MATTHEW BRODERICK AND HIS ALLEGED WIFE SO CALLED STAR OF SEX IN THE CITY, WHICH I ALLEGE I WAS THE PROTOTYPE USED IN MANY OF THE EPISODES, AND AGAIN, NEVER COMPENSATED. VICTOR ARNOLD MAY KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS, REMEMBERING AN EPISODE WHERE HE PLAYED A BOARD MEMBER OF A CONDO IN A SHOW WITH THE ACTRESS WHOSE NAME ESCAPES ME, BUT SHE PORTRAYED A WOMAN PASSING AS A MAN, OH YES, "GLEN CLOSE". ALSO CULPABLE IS STONE RIDGE ESCROW AND I QUESTION THE SIGNATURE OF PHYLLIS BUSSEY MY SON TOD'S ALLEGED FIRST WIFE, AND ON DOC # 95-1516609DATED SEP 18, 1995 WHERE THE GRAND DEED IDENTIFIES MY SON AS "TOD ROBERT BUSSEY, A MARRIED MAN (WHICH AGAIN SUPPORTS THE DISCRIMINATION TACTICS AND PRACTICES AGAINST INDEPENDENT, WOMEN SUCH AS MYSELF. ASC PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT LLC, I ALLEGE IS CONNECTED TO TRIPLE A AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF AMERICA WHICH IS WHO I HAD WRITTEN MY CHECKS TO FOR THE INSURANCE OF MY TWO AUTOS, MY 1972 240Z AUTOMATIC AND MY 1990 Q45 PURCHASED NEW FROM THE BH INFINITI WHEN IT WAS ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF WILSHIRE BLVD AND JUMPED OVER TO THE NORTH EAST SIDE...AGAIN SUPPORTING WEST VS EAST GAME WITH THE GUILTY CONTINGENCIES BEING MANY ETHNIC GROUPS.
