THIS BOGUS BUSINESS'S JOB IS TO CHANGE THE LEGITIMATE PAPER WORK OF THE OWNER, THIS CASE ME, GWENDOLYN L MITCHELL TO AN UNDESERVED ALLEGED OWNER, AND HOW WAS THIS SOLD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I ALLEGE AS HARVY SHAPRIO DID WITH MY FULLY SECURIED PROPERTY ALONG WITH THE HOUSE THAT MY TENANT ASHLEY MCGILL AND HER ALLEGED HUSBAND (WHO APPEARED BLACK IN THE FAXED DOCUMENTS SENT TO ME BY KATHY STRONG, MICHAEL STRONG AND DIANNE SHANNON) ALL ALLEGING THAT THE MCGILLS HAD TWO BOYS, WHICH WAS AN OUT AND OUT LIE. THESE FREELOADERS STAYED IN MY PROPERTY WITH THEIR TWO CATS,(I PAID A SURPRISE VISIT, NO CHILDREN AROUND)FOR WELL OVER A YEAR, PAID ME FOR TWO MONTHS RENT, LIED ABOUT PAYING OUT OVER $700 TO FIX THE PROPANE TANK, AND I ALLEGE THAT COLDWELL BANKER'S LYNN LLOYD, ASSISTED IN GRABBING MY REAL ESTATE WITHOUT OWNING IT ATTEMPTING TO STEAL AND SELL IT. SINCE I AM THE GRANTEE WITH THE GOOD SON REVOCABLE TRUST (THEY HAVE AN INCORRECT NAME, AND TITLE AND THE ALLEGED"PUBLIC AUCTION" THAT ALLEGEDLY TOOK PLACE ON 7/31/15 I WAS NEVER INFORMED AND HAD ACTUALLY PAID A VISIT TO CALIFORNIA CITY AROUND THAT TIME STOPPING IN TO SPEAK TO LYNN LLOYD, SO THIS IS AN ARBITRARY DATE WITH NO SIGNIFICANT MEANING TO THIS CONTRIVED SITUATION. AND FOR EIGHTEEN YEARS AND MORE MY SON WAS PAYING NOT ONLY HIS ALLOTMENT BUT $1600 A MONTH IN CHILD SUPPORT, WHILE SERVING IN THE US ARMY, 82ND AIRBORNE AT FT BRAGG AND LATER AT FT BLISS IN TEXAS AS A MASTER SGT WHICH IS HOW HE HAD RETIRED AND AFTER BECAME PART OF THE FBI. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE KING, QUEEN OF ENGLAND, FIRST MOTHER, ETC ARE ALL COVERS FOR THE REAL INDIVIDUALS, SO WE DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT THESE PEOPLE LOOK LIKE, WHICH IS THE WHOLE IDEA. I ALLEGE THAT NONE OF THE NAMES POSED ON THIS BOGUS "TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE" WITH AN ALLEGED APN # 299-052-22-00-1...FIRST THEY HAVE NOT HAD THE PROEPERTY FOR A YEAR AS INDICATED BY THE APN NUMBER, WHICH SHOWS THE DOCUMENT IS A FRAUD AND THE DATE OF THE SIG IS AUGUST 7TH, OF THE CURRENT THERE. THAT ALONE SHOWS THE DOCUMENT WAS CONFIGURED BY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH PROPER AND LEGITIMATE PAPERWORK REGARDING A HOUSE SALE. IN ADDITION SINCE MY TENANTS ASHLEY MCGILL AND HER SUPPOSED MATE WHO SUPPOSEDLY LEFT HER, NOT MENTIONING ABOUT THEIR ALLEGED CHILDREN, WHICH WAS A LIE SO SHE COULD OBTAIN THE PROPERTY. AND SINCE I HAD VISITED THE PROPERTY I COULD SEE THAT THE PROPANE WAS BEING REPLACED BY NATURAL GAS, SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN CONTINUALLY PROMISED FOR OVER A CENTURY TO THE INDIVIDUALS OWNING THE PROPERTY. THE PEOPLE ATTEMPTING TO TAKE OVER, PAID NO MONEY INTO THIS PROPERTY AS I HAVE SINCE 2003, AND I HAVE LEGALLY STOPPED PAYING TAXES ON ALL PROPERTY THAT I OWN, DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PROPERTY TAXES ARE NO MORE THAN MONEY GRABS FOR DEVIOUS INDIVIDUALS WORKING FOR THE UNELECTABLE POLITIANS WHO HAVE MERELY PRESUMED THE POSITION, AND OF COURSE BARACK O'BAMA HAS DONE THE VERY SAME THING THAT HAS TAKEN PLACE SINCE WASHINGTON AND MARTHA ALLEGEDLY TOOK OVER THE WHITE HOUSE. THERE SHOULD BE NO TAXES ON ANY OF MY PROPERTY DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE MONEY SIMPLY GOES DIRECTLY INTO THE DEVIOUS POLIITICIANS WHO MERLY PRESUMED THE POSITION OF LEADERSHIP AND NOW BLACKS AND WHITES ARE CONSPIRING TO TAKE PROPERTY THAT DOESN'T AND NEVER HAS BELONGED TO THEM. OF COURSE MANY OF THESE INDIVIDUALS HAVE NEVER GONE TO SCHOOL OR IF THEY HAD THEY WENT THROUGH A NOTORIOUS AND LACKING SCHOOL SYSTEM IN THIS CASE THE LA UNIFIED SCHOOL SYSTEM WHICH PAYS TEACHERS FOR NOT WORKING PARTICULARLY THOSE ACCUSED OF CHILD MOLESTATION OF STUDENTS, AND MOTHERS WHO SHOW UP AT SCHOOL WITH THEIR CHILD SO THE TEACHER CAN BE PAID FOR THE CHILD ATTENDING THEIR CLASS, ONLY TO HAVE THE MOTHER LEAVE WITH HER CHILD AFTER ATTENDENCE HAS BEEN CALLED. PART OF THE FARCE IS TREATING WOMEN IN PARTICULAR WHO ARE ATTRACTIVE, TALENTED, AND SMART AS IF THEY'RE NOTING SPECIAL, IN AN ATTEMPT TO "BRING THEM DOWN TO SIZE" SINCE THE MALE AVAILABILITY BASE IS LACKING TO SUCH A DEGREE...WHICH IS WHY MY EX HUSBAND GATHERED HIS POSSEE IN AN ATTEMPT TO SNATCH MY PROPERTY, ANOTHER MOMMA'S BOY WHO WAS LIVING WITH HIS MOTHER, THOUGH I SUSPECT HE DID VERY WELL AS A SALES PERSON AT PITNEY BOWES. AND DIANE SHANNON KATHY STRONG'S AGENT, CLAIMED THAT THE PROPERTY WAS ONLY WORTH $37,000 WHEN SHE ATTEMPTED TO TALK ME INTO SHORT SELLING IT, WHICH IS WHEN SHE SUDDENLY CAME UP WITH THE BOGUS TENANTS "THE MCGILLS" AND THEIR TWO CHILDREN. ALSO I NOTICED THAT SUNSET GRILL IS NOW UP IN CAL CITY ALONG WITH OTHER SIMILAR PLACES THAT ARE HERE IN HOLLYWOOD. REMEMBER I DO NOT LIVE IN HOLLYWOOD. AND CAL CITY SUPPOSEDLY WAS NOT POPULAR BECAUSE OF THE ENORMOUS WINDS AND ALSO THE HIGH ELEVATION. SO THIS IS STILL ANOTHER REASON TO QUESTION EVERYTHING.
