THE CAVEATS NECESSARY REGARDING RENTAL AGREEMENTS
ON BOTH PROPERTIES MENTIONED IN THE PRIOR BLOG:
AT THE HILLSIDE AVE ADDRESS:
PER MY CONVERSATION THIS MORNING ON THURSDAY, AT APPROXIMATELY 11AM WITH THE ALLEGED OCCUPANTS IN MY UNIT 205, IDENTIFYING THEMSELVES AS THE LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPT. THEY MUST EXIT IMMEDIATELY.
ALL OF MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES MUST BE TANGIBLE AND PRESENT WHEN I RETURN TO MY HOME. MY COMPUTERS INCLUDING MY HP DESK TOP AS WELL AS MY MAX AIR, AS WELL AS THE FIRST APPLE VERSION OF A LAP TAP WHICH WAS IN PRISTINE CONDITION ALL PURCHASED AT 3RD AND FAIRFAX.
I MUST KNOW WHO ALL HAD BEEN PRIVY TO THEM DURING MY ILLEGAL EVICTION.
I HAVE ALREADY OBSERVED THAT MY CHANDELIER RETAILED AND PAID ON MELROSE AVE IN THE AMOUNT OF APPROXIMATELY 3K. THAT IS ALL I COULD OBSERVE OTHER THAN MY DEN WHICH WAS EMPTY EXCEPT FOR THE CONTENTS OF MY CLOSET.
MY PASSPORT, DIVORCE PAPERS, BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND NUMEROUS OTHER IMPORTANT ITEMS HAD BEEN IN THE DRAWERS OF MY DESK, WHICH HAD BEEN PURCHASED BY A NO VIAN AT THE BEGINNING OF OUR RELATIONSHIP.
MY HE WASHER DRYER, MY STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES IN MY KITCHEN TOP OF THE LINE KENMORE AS IN "KEN GREENGRASS GETS MORE" I ALLEGE AS HIS POSING AS A TALENT MANAGER FOR ME IN NEW YORK ALONG WITH HIS PARTNER "PHIL", SAME FIRST NAME AS MY EX-HUSBAND'S SECOND SON. KG(KEN GREENGRASS) RECEIVED ALLEGEDLY VIA BRITAIN AND SEARS ROEBUCK A PERCENTAGE OF THE TOTAL RETAIL PRICE WHICH OF COURSE INCREASES WHAT I AM OBLIGATED TO PAY ABOVE THE ACTUAL COST. SEARS WAS LOCATED AT THE TIME ON SANTA MONICA BLVD CLOSE TO WESTERN AVE. WHICH HAS SINCE BEEN CLOSED.
ALL OF MY EXERCISE EQUIPMENT INCLUDING MY WEIGHTS, MEDICINE BALL, RUBBER PULLEYS, PUSH UP PADS, ETC. SHOULD BE IN MY MASTER BEDROOM. ALONG WITH THE BOOK WRITTEN BY THE ALLEGED DOUBLE OR TRIPLE AGENTS LOCATED IN UNIT 104.
MY EXPENSIVE SUNGLASSES INCLUDING VINTAGE RAYBANS, MY BLUE RIMMED SUNGLASSES PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME THAT I HAD PURCHASED THE LENNON GLASSES PAYING CLOSE TO A THOUSAND DOLLARS JUST FOR THE LENNON AND BLUE RIMMED SUNGLASSES ON SUNSET ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE STREET HEADING EAST.
IN MY MASTER BATH THEY HAD ACCESS TO MY MEDICINE CABINET WHERE THEY COULD SEE WHAT SUNSCREENS I HAD PURCHASED FROM EQUINOX ON SUNSET, ALSO MY SPECIAL SOAPS PARTICULARLY THE FRENCH LAVENDER BAR ON MY JACUZZI STILL UNUSED.
MY SHOWER WITH MY SPECIAL GLYCERIN SOAPS AND MY SPECIAL SKIN PRODUCTS TO SHED MY DEAD SKIN.
THE LONGER I AM WITHOUT SHELTER, AND HAVING TO REPLACE THE MANY ITEMS YOU STOLE, AS RECENTLY AS YESTERDAY, WHICH I MADE A CLAIM TO THE HOLLYWOOD POLICE DEPT. DESPITE THE LOCATION BEING IN THE HOLLYWOOD HILLS WHICH ACTUALLY HAS NO AUTHENTIC POLICE PROTECTION IN THE AREA.
WHY? BECAUSE ALL OF THE APARTMENTS INCLUDING THE HUGE ONE MANAGED BY PINNACLE (WHICH IS WHY ITS AT THE TOP OF HILLSIDE) WHICH ALSO PRESENTS ITSELF AS A COMMERCIAL AGENCY WHICH ACTUALLY IS USED BY GOVERNMENT I ALLEGE TO SABOTAGE ARTISTS SUCH AS I WHO ARE DILIGENT IN THEIR PURSUIT AND CONSISTENT WITH THEIR WORK ETHIC PUTTING ME IN A POSITION OF BEING PIMPED OUT AND USED AS AN INDENTURED SLAVE AND GREAT BRITAIN'S POSITION ALONG WITH OTHER NATIONS AS MY OVER SEER.
IN OTHER WORDS AS MENTIONED PRIOR, AMERICA HAS A CASTE SYSTEM AS DEVIOUS AS ANY OTHER PLACE THAT SABOTAGES GOOD AND HARD WORKING CITIZENS. I DESIRE THE RESIDUAL BENEFITS OF MY SABOTAGE FOR OVER SIXTY YEARS.
THE LONGER YOU PROTECT DEVIANTS WHO OVERINDULGE THEMSELVES IN VICES WHICH CAUSE HARM TO ME AND WHAT I HAVE WORKED HARD TO BUILD MY ASSETS INCLUDING MY RETIREMENT FUNDS, AND YOU APPLAUD THESE ACTIONS I HAVE NO CHOICE OTHER THAN AT THIS CURRENT MOMENT TO SUE FOR AN AMOUNT WHICH WILL ONLY FAVOR ON THE UPSIDE OF 500 TRILLION DOLLARS SINCE THIS WAS AND IS A GLOBAL ASSAULT.
THIS ASSAULT HAS CAUSED ME GREAT EMOTIONAL DAMAGE, MY SKIN IS ROTTING, I HAVE FUNGUS IN MY RIGHT TOE WHICH IS PAINFUL. MY HABITS OF PERSONAL HYGIENE HAVE BEEN DESTROYED AND I AM CURRENTLY RELEGATED TO WASHING IN A SINK SHARED BY MANY INCLUDING PHYSICALLY BI-SEXUAL MALES AND VISITORS OF THE PARK WHICH I SLEEP ON THE GRASSY KNOLL ACROSS THE STREET.
I AM CONSISTENTLY AWOKEN, THE SAME MEANS OF TORTURE I HAD BEEN SUBJECTED TO AT DEL AMO HOSPITAL BY THEM OPENING MY ROOM DOOR EVERY FIFTEEN MINUTES, TO SEE IF "I WAS ALIVE". WHERE I WAS INCARCERATED AND BILLED FOR THIRTY ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR A WEEK'S STAY WHICH WAS NO LESS THAN EXTORTION BY THE FACILITY WHICH CEDARS SINAI AFTER A NIGHT'S STAY AND MUCH BLOOD DRAWING HAD SENT ME TO DEL AMO OUT OF TOWN FROM LOS ANGELES. THE THIRTY ONE THOUSAND I HAD REFUSED TO PAY AND I HAD BEEN RELEASED BY GOING TO A QUASI COURT AND REPRESENTING MYSELF PRO PER IN THE PRESENCE OF THE ALLEGED PSYCHIATRIST WHO WORKED AT BROCKMAN AND THE COMPARISON TO BEING AWOKEN EVERY FIFTEEN MINUTES AND HOW THAT COMPARES WITH ME SLEEPING ON THE GROUND AND A NOISY GATE OPENING AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT NEXT TO A WEST HOLLYWOOD FACILITY BRINGS BACK THE HORROR I HAD EXPERIENCED AT DEL AMO.
THAT SABOTAGE I ALLEGE WAS LED BY PETER EPSTEIN AT SEACOAST COINS AKA MERIT FINANCIAL AS WELL AS MY QUASI ATTORNEY TJ RITZ IN SHERMAN OAKS, HIS OFFICE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO TJ MAX RETAILER AS IS MERIT FINANCIAL IN THE WELLS FARGO BANK BUILDING WHICH ACROSS THE STREET SITS ANOTHER TJ MAX LOCATION ON ARIZONA AND FOURTH IN SANTA MONICA.
THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS REFERENCE IS I ALLEGE TO ALLOW THE BRIBES AND PAYOFFS TO FLOW SEEMINGLY UNNOTICED AND ASSISTED BY THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, SO NOT ONLY IS THE NAME GAME BEING PLAYED BUT ALSO LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY FOR THOSE WHO ACTUALLY WORK AND BRING HOME THE BACON.
RITZ LOCATED IN SHERMAN OAKS ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE STREET WHERE TOPZ HAD EXISTED, AND TJ RITZ TOOK THE CASE MITCHELL VS MERIT AFTER I PAID HIM $2500 AND HIS INTERESTS WERE DIVIDED BETWEEN MY ADVERSARY MERIT FINANCIAL AND ANOTHER SALES REPRESENTATIVE BY THE NAME OF MARVIN BUTLER WHO MERIT ENCOURAGED TO STEAL A $900 COMMISSION OWED TO ME.
AND MERIT STILL OWES ME PROFIT SHARING FOR THE 30 MONTHS THAT I HAD WORKED THERE WHICH IS SIMILAR TO THE SCENARIO WITH BIDZ THE COMPANY THAT HAD GONE PUBLIC AND I WORKED AT THE CENTURY CITY LOCATION AFTER IT HAD GONE PUBLIC AND I WAS NEVER PAID MY $6,000 FIRST WEEK COMMISSION.
BIDS OWED ME FOR MY FIRST WEEK OF WORKING THERE, IN WHICH I WAS ABLE TO BRING CLIENTS FROM TOPZ SINCE THE REQUIRED TIME LAPSE WAS IN EFFECT AND I WAS ABLE TO RECOMMEND NEW INVESTMENTS TO MY SUBSTANTIATED CLIENTS. ALLOW ME TO REITERATE, I WAS NEVER UNDER WITNESS PROTECTION AND I PAID MY WAY ON ALL MY ASSETS, IN OTHER WORDS THE GOVERNMENT AND ALL ITS LACKEYS I OWED NOTHING. IN FACT THEY TOOK FROM ME WHAT THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO.
I WOULD LIKE FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AND RETURN TO MY HOME AND MY NOVEL, "IN PURSUIT OF DESTINY" IN ORDER TO FINISH THE REWRITES ON THE LAST FIVE CHAPTERS AS MENTIONED PRIOR.
SINCE RAY FINNES WAS MENTIONED AS THE PERSON WHO ALLEGEDLY HAD PUT MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES IN STORAGE, WE NEED A WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM MR FINNES EITHER DENYING OR AFFIRMING THE ALLEGATION WHICH I HAD DESCRIBED IN A PREVIOUS BLOG.
I MAY HAVE TO PURSUE THIS IN NEW YORK RATHER THAN CALIFORNIA IN TERMS OF MAKING ME WHOLE ON THIS MOST EGREGIOUS ASSAULT.
I NEED TO KNOW HOW SOON I MAY RETURN TO MY HOME, AND I AM NOT LEAVING SO THAT YOU MAY HAVE A TURN KEY SITUATION ON YOUR, "MOVING ON UP GAME" WHICH IS NOW ILLEGAL IN THIS FINAL PARDIGM FOR THOSE WHO DON'T PAY BUT TAKE WHAT DOESN'T BELONG TO THEM.
TAKING FROM THE HARD WORKING TO GIVE TO THE LAZY DEGENERATES COMPARING IT TO TAKING FROM THE RICH TO GIVE TO THE POOR IS UPSURD. I WAS RAISED IN A HOUSING PROJECT AND WAS RAISED POOR BUT BECAUSE OF WHAT AMERICA HAD ALLEGEDLY STOOD FOR INCLUDING A GOOD EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM I PRESUMED THAT BY APPLYING MYSELF AND HAVING INTEGRITY AND TAKING ACTION I WOULD PERSONIFY THE SO CALLED, "AMERICAN DREAM" FOR ME, IT HAS TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE. HELP ME OUT HERE. AM I MISSING SOMETHING?
