Another Account RE:Merit Financial, AKA Seacoast Coins, EXPOSED...

T J Ritz called me one Saturday, and sounded very differently from all prior conversations, throwing out an amount of $275,000, asking me what was the lowest amount that I'd be willing to accept, and I stted no less than $250K, reminding him there wasn't that much difference...He laughed, and during the conversation I remember thinking that he was being coached, and he said, well I'll tell you you're not going to get even close to $250K, keep in mind this was before there was a settlement. What I allege, is that Mr. Ritz was not just representing me, though I thought the case was mine alone, afterall, I paid the initial retainer and I received 70k, not a lot of money when you consider I had not been working for awhile, and then throw on that the 15K which was stolen by Lana Marks, so if that is what actually occurred, that the settlement was not just mine alone, but also others as well, who did not have to go through the incarceration, which occurred prior to the settlement, thanks to Cedars and DelAmo, where I was observed, blood taken, high dosage of drugs prescribed and monitored 24/7 and had to go before a judge to be released. Keep in mind, I had already sent the Peace and Love Speech to the LA Weekly and the NY Times...And had sent a fax to Ron Meyer regarding the Childrens Lab, referencing my great grand children, and the joy that they brought me. Perhaps, the person responsible for halting my career, and trying to make my life miserable, ought to pay. I got a phone call from my son, while at DelAmo beratting me, and screaming, and I returned the verbal assault. My son wanted me to listen to the so called doctor, a hack, in my opinion, because he lied about releasing me, and then thought about the money he could charge if he kept me, which, by the way I received a bill from Cedars and DelAmo, for about 31K, which probably if I had been stupid enough to pay, would have meant a big pay day for lots of people. Second thought, I probably have already paid with the settlement. When I returned to Aflac after the assault I discovered that everyone in the office in Burbank knew what had happened regarding my being in the hospital. Also, keep in mind this was after I had taken Matthew Spaulding over to Universal to pitch Aflac, to head of HR dept. Ken Kars. Also, Mr. Ritz, also sent several emails regarding the case to Aflac, which I advised him not to do, since I believed at the time that Aflac knew nothing of the case, I guess I was mistaken, this was all part of the scheme, which meant a pay day for many people, unfortunately, I had paid the price, but did not get the amount that I deserved, far, far less. I hope to find an attorney that truly knows the law, and I believe the reason that nine courts were closed including Beverly Hills, was due to the potential exposure OF ILLEGAL FRAUD GOING ON IN THE COURT SYSTEM. Oh by the way prior to it closing a shyster Theatre Owner, got to keep $300 of my money, which was awarded by a judge? Suddenly after stating how strong the case was, it was suddenly not strong enough and by then Ritz had been moved to a higher floor and larger offices, the case was not strong enough, after Ritz, clearly said to the contrary. This was a well thought out plan. I believe the settlement was higher than what I was told. The case is very strong, had I been privy to the file prior to the settlement of course I would never have settled. Again, I believe there are many good law abiding Jewish People, however, I believe the constant propaganda, and their hatred for mixed marriages, specifically when it comes to religion, I find many Jewish people expert in propaganda, with their victim hood, when in actuality, they perpetrate racial hatred, and they keep the public off balance by making it appear that they are the victims, when they victimize. Again, this is a specific group that unfortunately controls the entertainment industry, the ADL fr instance. They victimized my mother, and they are attempting to do the same to me. Some of them are ghouls, I remember when I went to Paris with a so called friend, who was having spousal problems, NOTE'NEVER VISIT THE CITY OF LOVE WITH SOMEONE HAVING MARITAL STRIFE, IT WILL BE MISERABLE...This "friend" stuck with me when my mom was dying, but she was always miserable and could not be happy for anybody that was doing well in their career... Some of my so called "friends" also benefited, some in this very building, receiving 140 actres, pllus a horse, etc. while others got their unit remodeled, and they don't pay mortgage or dues, and of course, there are those that are out and out taking what doesn't belong to them... I've spoken to several attorneys that allegedly are experts in civil rights cases and employment law, and they mention well once you settle, blah, blah...If they were truly good professional attorneys they would find the loop hole since the information that was puposefully kept from me I would think would automatically disqualify the settlement, and the attorney received more than I did, and I'm sure he picked up additional fees from who ever else he was representing. Though this is supposition, the case was very strong, Peter Epstein would walk close behind me, without my knowledge and gyrate in back of me, this came out, also constantly being invited in to the men's room...And yes, I did hear someone having sex in the men's room, since both bathrooms were virtually next to each other And of course, DelAmo made sure to show Al Pacinos, movie with the piles of cocaine, oh did I mention that the movie, Scarface, was Albert Novian's favorite...Both Isaac and Albert had an addiction habit similar to the character in the film, where a female character was attacked in the men's room... This entire episode was a concerted effort by Hollywood to prevent me from having the career I should have, afterall, I was on The Best of Everything" right, the day time soap coming out of NY...done LIVE by the way... So, I need the amount that I should have received, since as far as I knew, this was my case alone...but apparently it wasn't, and lots of people got paid off, including those at Aflac, representing Tellers at the B of A branch, in Beverly Hills right around the corner from Lana Marks...When I thought I was purchasing a Princess Diana bag, which was not the case. Aside from what is owed to me for this case, in addition... I did the work, meaning writing, now pay me...Enough of this nonsense...Everything new is not good enough, since New is NOT ALWAYS BETTER, it just costs more...OLD HAS CHARACTER, NEW HAS COST WITHOUT VALUE...GOOD NIGHT...GHOULS NOT INCLUDED...OH YEAH, REGARDING SOMETHING ABOUT A KISS, AND ME GROWING FRANTIC, BECAUSE IT WOULD COME FROM SUPPOSEDLY ANOTHER FEMALE...NO KISSING ME ON THE LIPS, BOTH CHEEKS ARE FINE, AFTERALL, I DON'T KNOW WHERE THOSE PAIR OF LIPS HAVE BEEN... I THOUGHT IT WAS THE SILLIEST THING ON THE OSCAR SHOW WHEN THOSE TWO ACTRESSES AWKWARDLY KISSED ON STAGE WHAT AND WHO WAS THAT FOR, OBAMA?

Being made a scapegoat, and why is she being called "stupid"?...She's a good actress, wasn't she Justin Timberlake's girlfriend, and wasn't Justin Timberlake the one who was involved in the orchestration of pulling Janet Jackson's (oh, oh there's that name again, "Jackson").costume which exposed her breast, and not only was she ridiculed unfairly, her breast from what I saw was adorable...but you had these big ugly overweight men judging her, saying, "Nobody wants to see a forty year old breast?" Oh No? Really? Since when..There was a Rev. Jackson, through marriage who was my uncle who supposedly married my ex and I in New Jersey, and somehow New Jersey, the state where we married, couldn't find the marriage license...What they did put on the certificate was a (1)Kennedy...I wonder what that means? Could it mean my ex sired a Kennedy? See how wild my imagination is?) I would always pick my son up on the week-ends, and I can remember as clear as day, when he referred to my husband's second wife as, "Mom", and I told him, "Tod you only have one mother, and it's me" I remember how it felt as if I'd just been shot through the heart, but I never said anything about it when I heard him refer to my ex's second wife, as Mom, when he spoke on the phone to her...But it still hurt...I didn't blame my son, but I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling for my ex...I believe that men of that generation had lots of help from women in how women got treated, particularly, the lazy ass women who never wanted to work...And got lazy and fat, and critized women such as myself who were go getters and hustled, like my Mom, who worked all her life...And like her, I definetly deserve better...YES, GHOULS ARE NIGGA'S AND I DON'T CARE WHAT THEIR HUE IS...Sorry OPRAH, BUT SOMETIMES THE WORD IS APPROPRIATE! As I write this a helicopter circles above the building...When I said I am a human transmitter, I truly mean it... When I said most of the insanity in the world stems from not knowing who your true father is...This is deliberate and it is a way of keeping the power in place...It's more than Insideous...It's MADNESS...And under attack, are Artists...No Need to try and Plagarize this too, because it is already protected...And no one can write it but me, which holds true RE:LOST ANGEL and In Pursuit Of Destiny, which I am the only author of... Believe me as stated previously, President Obama is NOT the first leader of the so called free world to participate in a continual money grab taking money out of our pockets and putting it in to theirs... Doesn't the Supreme Court have that...And yes, I DO LIKE CLARENCE THOMAS, and he is not an Uncle Tom, and perhaps the hate towards him is because of who he married...Judge SCALIA I ALSO LIKE, HE'S SMART, AND HE KNOWS THE LAW, AND LIKE THOMAS, THEY BOTH VOTED AGAINST IMMINENT DOMAIN WHERE THE GOVERNMENT CAN COME IN AND TAKE YOUR PROPERTY...BUT JUDGE GINSBERG OF COURSE, VOTED FOR YOUR PROPERTY BEING TAKEN BY THE GOVERNMENT...AS AN EXAMPLE... Back to the Ghouls...

Now that I'm resuming reading the file regarding my lawsuit against Seacoast dba Merit Financial in Santa Monica, and the allegations I'm making against TJ Ritz in not taking this matter to trial after lying regarding none of the witnesses signing declarations which all of them had, I am discovering that AMPAS, and the so called big name stars were in on this is what I'm suspecting and the reason, they were trying to get my real estate, the times that I refinanced with B of A, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual etc. I only got a portion of the money, a great portion went back to the banking institutions in fees,etc. and what I'm finding that Sir Names, and Streets of businesses are named after certain actors, either by first or last name, i.e. Kiera Matthews as example...Remember I mentioned about Kate Blanchard now living in my old apartment that I had fixed up over on Masselin...And before that when I was beaten by the Rampart Division of the Police Dept and after Park Labrea built the fancy townhouse Addition, and the Museum of Religious Tolerance was built...And now what used to be May Company which along with the Insurance Company owned Park La brea, now AMPAS is about to build their museum where May Company used to be...AMPAS remember stands for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and I could not understand why most of the AMPAS screenings had none of the so called "stars" showing up... I believe when the natural evolution of my career was halted and newer actresses were sliding in to place, such as Halley Barry(Monstors Ball, oh really?)and many others, this was orchestrated by the "big black devil" which I had made reference to in one of my prior blogs... Anyway, I believe that not only is AMPAS guilty, and the banks and insurance companies, but also, SAG AFTRA CU, where I had purchased three cars which I fully paid off, Infiniti, Audi, and my very first second hand Chevy when I first moved out from New York, which along with CA I consider my home, actually I consider the entire world my home...But that's just me...And I did write to President Obama about my being a good will ambassador, since I did come up with the 90/10 Plan mentioned in my PeaceLoveSpeech, which I need to take to the UN... Apparently the names that I mention in my fax to Ron Myer at Universal, some of those individuals are already calling the shots, and they and I have yet to meet, to see if we have a meeting of the minds. And I'm sure somewhere in the picture is Aflac...I recall the day that I brought Matthew Spaulding over to Universal with me to pitch Aflac, I had the contact with Universal, not Mat, but at the gate of course they already had my name, and wanted to know who Matt was, and he proclaimed before I could answer, "I'm her manager!" I gave my ID, and we were allowed through the gate. Within a week, I discovered that supposedly Universal/NBC already had a deal with Aflac, from their Washington DC office, apparently this is an ongoing Modus Operendi of Aflac, that I had discovered early on with working with them as a commission only representative of my own company in which I paid an office fee etc. I can recall my first appointment when I got there I was told someone had already been there. AGAIN, KEEP IN MIND, THAT LIKE ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES, I HAD MENTIONED, TELEZONE, HAD BEEN IN THE SAME BUILDING AS SAG AFTRA, AND WAS TELEMARKETING, AND I DID VERY WELL, BUT THE MANAGER THERE TO AVOID HAVING TO PAY, WOULD "SUSPEND" PEOPLE FOR SUPPOSEDLY MISREPING. AGAIN, KEEP IN MIND I JUST CONSIDERED MYSELF AN ORDINARY INDIVIDUAL, NOT THINKING THAT I WAS A "STAR". AGAIN, THERE ARE THOSE THAT ARE HELL BENT ON KEEPING ME FROM MY TOP POSITION IN THIS INDUSTRY, and they've done it to others as well, forcing young actresses to marry older men for money, or partnering individuals that have no rhyme or reason to be together, except for the lecherous desires of the Ghouls... When you see how I am helping the world, give me an offer, and I'll counter it, right now it's up to about 600 million...which is very reasonable considering how I have helped President Obama and Michelle, and many others... Is it because I'm female, and African American, and the age I am that you feel I'm not worth it? Think about this, YOU ALWAYS PAY MORE FOR VINTAGE...YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE IT HAS A HISTORY!!! PAY ME NOW!!! THANKS, HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY! Recently my ex shared with me that our son, and his younger son by his second wife, who got the house and quite a bit of money I understand regarding the divorce, and by the way the younger son and his wife Kelly got married in Italy, nice huh, and they live on Central Park West, really nice, and expensive... Anyhow my husband mentioned Legacy...Now I recall that during my approximate year and a half stay with Aflac, a Mrs Woods supposedly brought in an account named Legacy...turns out so did many other reps around the country who had already been paid commission, and now these new accounts, let's say if my ex husband is now a client of the same Legacy, which again, if true, tells me that the Insurance Companies have full plates. I'm being nice, afterall, it is Sunday. I also recall when I found out after my ex returned from Mexico after getting our divorce my dear mother in law informed me that he was getting married to a woman by the way, who knocked on the door after following my ex home...Again, could be one of those women who may have been devious, I don't know, I saw her from afar when I visited my son's elementary school...And I know she was quite hostile when I did call, though I had nothing against her...I was going to go to the wedding in Italy, since my son was going to attend his brother's wedding, but after the wife expressed her displeasure according to my second daughter in law who relayed this info to me...I know my son did not attend the wedding as he had planned, nor did I...Actually I just wanted to visit Italy...

In All Fairness to the Good Guys Out There...

Yes, a woman has the right to change their mind, and yes I have to add to the comment about some males only interested in one thing...Of course the female counterpart to that is the "helpless" female who doesn't want to help herself and expects the guy to do everything for them, while he's trying to get his own life in order...Also, women that marry for money and not for love...Same holds true for guys doing that trick..I remember when I first bought my condo on Hillside, I suddenly got all these emails from eligible bachelors...(BEWARE THE INTERNET IS THE WILD WILD WEST, ONLY WILDER) The interesting thing is that true love may vary in intensity but it never ever leaves...where money comes and goes...Not to minimize the importance of money mind you, just don't sell your soul for it, because it'll never lead to a happy ending in my opinion...
